Watersplash padded through into the camp with a large squirrel hanging from her jaws. She was very proud of her catch. She usually caught squirrels as she was a great climber. She dropped it by the other fresh kill and picked out a smaller piece of prey for herself. She was starving, it took her since she went into the territory to catch that squirrel. She had lost a mouse she was trying to catch because she saw a bird got it.

Paleface gave a small chuckle "Yes he is, he's just a little bundle of sunshine!." Paleface gave Cavernkit a quick glance before looking back at Brightsky. "He almost is! In two days she's going to be six moons old!" Paleface sounded proud as she stated this.
Cavernkit just quietly lisened to the two she-cats chatter. The small kit seemed to be deep in thought.

(I just have one question. Are all the characters in this RP straight/heterosexual (like in the books), or is there some flexibility...?) (Just gonna drop this tidbit in that not all the cats were, it has been confirmed that Ravenpaw and Barley were both gay, as well as a couple. I will know retreat back into my hole.) |

| Dawnpaw | 10 Moons | Apprentince | Tall, lanky shecat with pale, creamy white fur with grey smudges throughout. Her fur is very thin, and easy to take care of, she has very large ears and a winding tail. She has wide icy blue eyes, and a little pink nose. Dawnpaw is very clumsy, and always tends to mess things up. She tries her hardest, but she can never seem to get things right. She is very shy, quiet, and bashful. Stormsight was sitting near the fresh-kill pile, eating, as he had just gotten back from border patrol, and wa starving, eating a rather large squirrel rather quickly, glancing around the camp from time to time.

Dawnpaw sighed heavily, creeping out of the lone apprentices den and looking around. She saw her mentor in the clan camp, hopefully trying to make it a point to avoid him... She hoped she could get away without training today, because she had hardly slept at all. Darksun had talked to her the evening before, nothing major, just a hello and a how are you - but it made her have butterflies for the rest of the night. Speaking of which, she prayed he wasn't around.

Morningstar leapt down from his perch outside his den and trotted over to the fresh kill pile. He selected a mouse and chose to join Watersplash.

Cavernkit looked up at Brightsky when his mom asked the last question. Curiousness glittered in his Bright amber eyes.

Whoa whoa whoa! Was he talking to her again?! Dawnpaw looked up at Darksun with wide eyes, a sheepish smile forming to her face. She opened her mouth to talk but the words wouldn't come out. She didn't think she had the guts to go out with Darksun, were they going to be alone? She didn't want to pass up an opportunity though, even though she was petrified.
Seeing as how she hadn't the guts to talk, she just rapidly nodded her head the affirmative.
Meanwhile, Lionmane was cleaning his fur in the clan camp. He looked up at Morningstar and Watersplash, calling to them with his loud, booming voice. "Ah! Fine piece of prey you've caught there, Watersplash!" He pushed to his large paws, bounding over and dipping his head respectfully to Morningstar. "Mind if I join you? Feeling rather peckish myself." He grinned.

"You're a chatty one," Darksun teased lightly. "We can go fishing; I hate when the fresh kill pile is low on fish," he told her. He wasn't sure what was holding her tongue, but it didn't matter so long as her claws worked.
"Go right ahead," Morningstar meowed, happy to have the warrior. He enjoyed Lionmane's bright attitude.

Watersplash nodded to him as he waliked up. "Thank you!" She purred, merting hid gaze before turning back to her prey. She felt like going back out hinting again.

"S-Sorry." She managed to get out the words, apologizing for her quiet attitude. "Fishing sounds g-great!" Dawnpaw hated her stutter, shaking herhead and trying to get her confidence about her. "Ready when you are," She said brightly.
Lionmane smiled appreciatively and sat down next to Watersplash, taking a bite of a small vole he had fetched for himself. "Any news from LightningClan, Morningstar?" He brought up with a bit of venom at the words 'LightningClan.'
