I had a panic attack during a test and started crying but went on but now it's over and I'm currently locked in the bathroom sobbing as I type this and idk why I made this thread but I I'm not doing good but idk what to do it's obvious I've been crying more and idk how to calm down rn and I just don't want

Okay just breathe. The test over now right? There's not much more you can do. Whatever happens happens and you'll deal with it when it does happen. but be glad that the test is over. Be proud that despite the panic attack you got through it.
Make sure you're drinking water, crying and anxiety can take a lot outta you. Maybe take a walk to get some of that nervous energy out of your system. Maybe have a nice light snack like saltines or a popcicle.
I have problems with test anxiety and these are some things that help me cope.
