(Thanks, I'll just say peter tagged along so I have someone to rp with)
Peter walked behind John and Akai, listening to the wisdom the more expierenced trainer was passing to the other. She had stayed out of the fight because she didn't want her Turtwig to get torn apart by the strong flying-type Pokemon. She looked down at her Pokemon's Pokeball in her hand, having returned him the moment the Pigeotto swooped down out of panic. She wondered if her pokemon respected her and understood why she had chickened out of the fight, she frowned in thought.

Oh I thought that since Robyn had a full team she would have.... uh..... April was resting close to Lushsong town, Ace sat on her lap and Felicity was half sleeping next to her. "I'm so bored there's literally no one to battle! Unless perhaps i could challenge those new trainers to a battle," She laughed a little, "Nah, don't want to thrash them when they are just starting out." The teen yawned and stared up at the sky, a bored expression smeared across her face.
(Anyone want to RP with April? No?)

Robyn won't have any, seeing as she just moved here.) Oh I thought that since Robyn had a full team she would have.... uh..... I have to say I don't really feel comfortable with her having such a strong team and no starter from Proffessor Sequoia..... hmmm) Okay i will allow it and since she has 7 badges from Sinnoh I'll let her skip like 4 or 5 gyms so she won't be too overpowered in those fights.) |

"You can start by being more forward with it. It shouldn't be over there. You have things to be doing and places to go." Akai suggested, not wanting to order him around and only making suggestions. The Litten did need to know when to play and when to travel. It would be bad if they couldn't move forwards because of it.

Gently brushing the back of his hand over the Talonflame's fur almost tentatively so before Flare rose from Sam's arm, Q perked up at the question. The news? He thought before turning his green gaze to the Champion. "No, actually I haven't," he said, feeling a twinge of surprise. He had been stuck in his own room since he'd been rather adamant about finishing a few books he'd recently borrowed, after all, so he hadn't really turned his attention to the television in his own room. Now that he thought about it, though, he did vaguely remember someone or something mentionoing that particular news. "I know the trainers here are more focused with strength than they are with beauty," he started, "but I think they'll be surprised to find that there are quite a few small tricks that you'll be able to learn from trying out contests. Sometimes, pure power doesn't lead to a successful battle, after all." He'd answered without thinking too much, but rather, as he remembered his own time in the contests that had occurred nearby his travels, taken aback to those days that seemed just like yesterday. They weren't easy things, those contests, and the trainers who participated needed both strength and elegance and wits to carry out each given stage. Strategy was key, and so was finding a balance between the two characteristics.
At Sam's second question, Q tipped his head just a little. "I guess you could say that, since it's a relatively well-visited and participated event whenever it occurs. I've traveled with a few companions who've aspired to become a top coordinator. In fact, I've participated in a few contests myself, though I suppose that isn't the easiest thing to imagine." Q was known to be relatively quiet, after all, with an allocentric, forbearing, and yet somewhat detached demeanour, so it was a little odd to imagine the Dark Elite's young self standing, encircled by hundreds of people who watched, cheering noisily for their own favoured stars. What most individuals didn't realize was that Q's poised demeanour and enigmatic nature had been and still was a profound ruse to hide the heart of an audacious trickster. So, yes, Q supposed he could get a little flamboyant when he wanted to (surprisingly so) with a slight nefarious tug of his lips at that. Lightly crossing his arms over his chest in thought, he allowed a faint smile to dance across his lips at the memories. "If you'd like, later on, I could show you some of the tactics we had to use as contestants." Sam looked at Q thoughtfully for a moment before nodding. "At first glance I wouldn't peg you for the Contest-type.... but I guess I can see it," They smiled as they pushed open the door to the cafeteria and held it open for him. "I'd love for you to show me some tactics, sounds like it could be useful to know." They were always open to trying new things and this wasn't any different. The champion figured Flare, ever the dramatic flyer, would enjoy a contest that was all about showing off her moves and flying ablities. "If they do open one up here in Shuri would you try and compete?" They asked with interest, it would be really awesome to see Q in a contest, and see how he matches up against other trainers in the region. |

"Ok" Walking over too Litten he said "Litten please stop bothering the Spinarak we have to keep going. Looking up at John Litten went over to him and sat down in front of him and said "Ok" though it sounded like an exasperated meow though there was something maybe it was a hint of respect in there as well. |

Position: GraniteCape Gym Leader
Looks: Chasin is a well built and tall man with brown hair. It is long enough to pull back into a small pony tail but is always kept clean and trimmed so it's not too long. Chasin has dark skin and wears shorts and a tank top. He has a scar along the top of his nose from an accident. His eyes are a steely blue.
Personality: He is very caring and responsible and makes sure that everyone is doing okay or even their best. Chasin will always put his team first. He is also very patient and understanding, but becomes terrifying when angry or someone has tested his patience enough to break it. He isn't know for amazing attack or defense but is solid in his abilities. That is something that he is known for.

Tatsumi run along the road that lead to the Pokémon Lab, he realized that he was running late since he almost completely forget what today but thanks to his older brother for reminding him, he hoped he could still make in time to receive his Pokémon. Catching his breath for a minute as stopped in front of the Lab he couldn't believe this was happening, with a smile he opened the door without hesitation."Professor! I'm here to pick my starter Pokémon." He noticed a group of trainers like him were already here done with getting their starters. He looked as the Lab begin to clear out and waited for the Professor to finish the work she was doing. |

Professor Sequoia looked up after all the new trainers had left and saw Tatsumi. "Hello! Please come with me and I'll show you where you can pick yours!" She gave a friendly smile to the new trainer and lead the way to the room with all the starters.
"So then you really like battling huh?" Peter nodded thoughtfully. "So does that mean you are going to try and beat the champion, Sam, one day?" She looked down at Turtwig's Pokeball, talking about gym battles didn't seem to excite her like it seemed to excite Kaleki or Akai or even John.

"Yup. It's nice to do work and see what you can do. See the growth in your Pokemon." he patted the Rowlet. His eyes wandered to the Pokeball in her hands "You don't like to battle?" he asked. She didn't seem to have that kind of air about her. He understood her not sending out her Turtwig earlier, but she didn't seem very excited about the concept.
Hey Noble, sorry if I missed this on the front page. But are you going to have some sort of contests? Like the older ones. Not the princess thing? cause those were dumb)

"Go on ahead I'll just be sitting dancing with fate." she joked. She knew Flash would never hurt her, she had raised him from an egg. Besides Blaze Flash was her closest pokemon. At least in time spent with. She remembered when the nice old lady had given her Flash's egg and how proud she was when he hated. And Blaze. She had been there, along with other pokemon. She spent time with those others as well. But not as much as she did with her elite team. Laurel flashed Seraphine a quick smile before dashing off to her room with Holly and Clover still nestled in her arms. As soon as she reached it, she scrambled to grab all four pokeballs she needed. "Nightshade, Sorrel, Chrysanthemum... Huh?! Where'd Iris go?!" She nearly dropped the two pokemon in her arms as she bent over, looking for the missing pokeball. "Ah! There you are! You had me worried." Tucking the last one into her belt pouch, she dashed back to where Seraphine was waiting, Clover and Holly holding on for dear life as they were rushed around. "Got them!" she panted as she arrived, quite out of breath. She laughed as she got up after finishing with flash's tail. "Alright. Do you want your room or mine? Be warned my room is on fire. it gets. Steamy in there." she smiled as she had her pokemon return to the pokeballs. "But then again its good for the mind. Warmth relaxes you. If you can over come the warmth you can keep going." |

(Yeah I'm thinking about adding Contests since not all trainers are probably going to be interested in gym battles. What do you mean byt the Princess thing sorry?)
"I.... I don't know yet..." Peter frowned and glanced up to Akai. "I've never battled before. I mean i understand that it can strengthen your pokemon and make them grown but.... I don't really see the point in unnecessary battling and getting them hurt?" Her tone was confused, as if she wasn't even sure of what she was saying. "But I'll try battling first to see if Turtwig and I like it."
