"I'm just joining him to make sure he doesn't do anything too stupid." She laughed, scratching the feathers of the Rowlet's round head akin to how birds would preen one another. "What about me?" Starly tweeted trying to get Kahlani's attention so she would pick her up. |

Bewear? Nice! How many times did you have to reset for a shiny Tapu? If I ever get around to shiny hunting I wanna try for a Bewear. I also kinda want a shiny Mimikyuu and maybe I'll breed for a shiny Rowlet. S&M have some great pokemon. Oh, and a female Salandit.)

Kalahni looked behind her at the little Starly tweeting up a storm on the counter. She grinned, holding out a hand for the little bird to step on. She could tell this one as energetic. "Kalos always sounded so beautiful..." She sighed dreamily. "Such large cities," She took a moment to wonder what it would be like to walk down those giant streets, lights from the city glowing, she heard roller skates were popular there. She shook herself from her day dream to answer Akai's question. "Nothing interesting," She laughed. "born and raised in this tiny place, I've hardly even traveled Shuri much. Guess that's why I'm so excited to get a move on. If you ever do travel to Kalos hit me up and I'll jump in your suit case." She joked.

Akai laughed "Sure. I'll make sure to pack a large one so you can fit." Claws starly was different from his trainer thats for sure. Claw was less outgoing. He wondered how well they got along. Akai didn't want to brag, but he got along great with his Pokemon. Sure Banette had been a bit of a challenge, in the end though he had won it's trust. "I haven't traveled all over yet, but you won't be disappointed. Shuri is incredible."

Kalahni snickered good-naturedly at his dramatic, almost white-knightish introduction. She could tell she was gonna get along with this guy wonderfully. "Nice to meet you sir." She shook his hand daintily. "The name's Kalahni, lazy bird owner extraordinaire."
"Cooo." Poppy chimed in, nesting in her hair, looking about ready to take a nap. Being that fat exerted a lot of energy, you know.
"What about you, Claw? You just starting out today?" She looked back to the more nervous boy while she brushed the Starly's cheeks with her thumb.

Whew, got it on both games. I'm glad you reminded me that it was a thing.)
Akai grinned in return and glanced back at Claw. He was glad Kalahni knew how to have fun. Anyone else would have raised an eyebrow at him and told them their names most likely regretting their choice.
