- Drink some water. Often times headaches are a result of dehydration. Drink some water and see if it helps.
- Pinch the bridge of your nose. If your headache is in your forehead or frontal area of your head, then pinching the bridge of your nose temporarily relieves the pain for as long as you're holding it.
- Take an Advil.
- Lie down and avoid light or bright light in a small area. Basically, don't be looking at your phone or computer or having all your lights turned on. Don't be reading this.
- Take a nap.
Hope this helps anyone with a headache.

also: If you have chronic headaches take note of when you get them (I get them in bright lighting, if my head moves too much, if it's too hot, or right before a storm). this can really help you try to avoid those situations/ take Advil as soon as possible when you get into them

i've found taking off my glasses for a bit can help even if it sounds like it should do the opposite
