Rabbitfrost purred and bent down to nudge Smokepaw to his feet. "Come on," he meowed. "We should get to training." "Haha... Yeah." He said as he got to his paws. Shaking out his fur, Smokepaw made sure he got most of the snow off. He looked around. After a few moments, he looked at his mentor and smiled. "Well let's go!" He said as he bounded off.

Rabbitfrost purred, shaking his head, before he followed his apprentice. Wow he has an awful lot of energy, he thought. He'll make a good warrior one day.

(Hi! Anybody want to rp??)
Leafblaze sat and watched the snow, distractedly seated by herself and gazing at the flakes. She remembered how much Sootflame and her deceased mother, Mistyheart, loved playing with her and Yewberry in the snow. She missed it sometimes.
Rustlepaw hid from the cold flakes, unable to see her first snow, but certainly feeling its chill.

(i'm open! @🎃 Moonblazer 🎃 , it okay if i rp with you? i also apologize if my tag doesn't work, i'm still new to this! ;w;)
Skunkstripe gazed upward, white flakes from the sky falling onto her black pelt, standing out prominently. It was growing very cold, as the season of leaf-bare was stalking them as a warrior would a vole. Her long whiskers twitched as snow fluttered upon them. "A chilly day, isn't it?" she commented to the gray ginger tabby, Leafblaze, as she gently pawed the velvety soft, thin white blanket laid on the ground. "We pray to Starclan for a safe season, eh?"

Leafblaze was pulled from her thoughts by Skunkstripe, casting her piercing green eyes on the she-cat before she hummed gently. "Yes. A very safe season...The snow. It's always the prettiest thing..." She admitted.
Rustlepaw turned her head towards the voice of the other apprentice, sniffing and hiding her inner dullness with a smirk. "All's well! Though, the snow's cold on my fur. Is it really that pretty? Feels kind of nasty to me!"

Lynxpaw purred. "I don't really like it," he replied. "It's too cold, and wet. It's pretty to look at, I guess, but I prefer greenleaf any day."

"Sounds about my speed." Rustlepaw chuckled, irritably flicking a lump of cold from her cheek. "Er...how am I supposed to train in something I've never experienced? I already can't see when it's not snowing." She sighed.

Lynxpaw looked at her sympathetically. "You'll train in snow the same way you train in all other weather," he replied. "Remember, most of us apprentices are experiencing snow for the first time. We'll have difficulty training in the new conditions, too."

Rustlepaw gave a nod, though inwardly she was doubtful. Giving a joking grin, she snorted. "Then, I'll try not to hold you all back."

(ah, thank you!) Skunkstripe's tail swished, her ears flicking off flecks of snow. "I'd have to agree with ya," she mewed. "Sometimes it causes hunger, sometimes death, but... It's always a beautiful sight, in somewhat of a morbid kind of way." Her fur puffed, trying to generate some heat as her skin shivered against the cold wind.

Rowankit squealed and kicked at Gingerkit’s belly. “Get off of me!” Dewkit squealed and turned around, batting at Silverkit playfully. “Get the snow monster!” He squeaked, jumping on his brother and wrestling him to the ground. Emberstar padded out of his den and purred when he saw his kits playing. He padded over to Fernblossom and sat beside her. He watched all of his kits carefully, but paid extra close attention to Dewkit, worried that he would have another seizure. Scarletpaw shrieked as they fell, gasping for breath. She looked up at Cloudfoot and purred as she stared up into his eyes. She leaned up and licked his nose playfully. Gingerkit pricked her ears, sensing her father was near. “Papa!” She cried, leaping and latching on to one of his legs. She scrabbled up him, trying to get on top of his back. Fernblossom let out a laugh, her green eyes gleaming with happiness. All she needed was her family. “Here you go,” She meowed tenderly, taking Gingerkit by the scruff, and placing her on Emberstar’s back. “Papa’s a badger!” She declared, swishing her thick tail excitedly. “I have gained control of the badgers!” Silverkit pretended to be beaten, lying limp on the ground. He then rose up when Dewkit was least expecting it and leaped at him. “You will never defeat me!” He yowled, his pink nose covered up by snow. Cloudfoot’s eyes widened in surprise as she licked his nose, and he decided right then and there that he didn’t mind her doing that. He wanted her to keep on doing that for the rest of his life. He nuzzled her gently, before staring her down with blazing amber eyes. “I’ll race you to the Hollow,” he challenged, staring out to the forest. It had turned into a winter wonderland, with icy jewels hanging from the trees and a soft blanket of snow gently caressing the ground.

“Thank you for actually accepting,” Finchflight beamed, his yellow eyes happy as he stared at the she-cat. He coughed awkwardly, knowing he had stared a little too long. Just then, snow started to fall. He let out a mroww of delight, tucking his tail around Daisystep.

Emberstar purred happily, giving his daughter a lick on the head. He crouched down to allow her to climb onto his back. He glanced at Fernblossom, happiness gleaming in his eyes. He leaned forward and gave his mate a loving lick on the ear.
Dewkit shrieked as he tumbled to the ground, laughing as he kicked at his brother playfully.
Rowankit sat between his parents, watching his siblings play.
"You're on!" Scarletpaw meowed, jumping to her paws and racing toward the Hollow as fast as she could, slipping and sliding on the slippery snow.

Just then, snow started to fall. He let out a mroww of delight, tucking his tail around Daisystep. “Snow!!” Daisystep chirped, purring happily as Finchflight’s tail wrapped around her. She raised her blue eyes to the sky, watching the tiny white flakes slowly drift from above. The She-cat pondered the moment as she watched. It was obvious Finchflight had feelings for her, and judging by the warmth growing in her stomach and across her face, she had feelings for the silly tom as well.

Leafblaze gave a nod of agreement. Looking at Skunkstripe, she asked. "Care to go hunting? We'll need the prey."
Rustlepaw gave a light grin, her cloudy eyes looking upwards as she gave a featherlight laugh. "Thanks, Lynxpaw. That means alot. I want to be the best I can be. The best blind warrior the clans have ever known!"

Rustlepaw paused, surprised by the tom's actions. She turned, somewhat looking in his direction as she breathed. "I...Thanks, Lynxpaw...Know what?" She suddenly asked, standing up and fiercely ignoring the once annoying flakes of snow. "We should get out of camp. If I'm going to get used to this for the next season cycles, I need to practice as much as I can. Think any of the warriors'll take us out right now?"

Smokepaw skidded to a stop as they reached the training area. "WO HOO!!" he yowled as he went sliding on the snow. "Come on Rabbit! It's fun!" he laughed.

( Blaze ♡ Oh no! Take as much time as you need; being there for your friend is much more important than this rp. Thoughts and prayers for your friend!) Skyflower pressed cobwebs to Rush’s wounds. “Stay with me,” she murmured, looking around for something she knew for sure would help. She ran and found some poppy seeds, bringing them back to Rush. “Eat these,” she murmured. “They’ll help with the pain.” Rabbitfrost laughed and shoved Smokepaw playfully. Rush nibbled and crunched on the seeds weakly. His mouth was filled with the sour taste of metal as he chewed and swallowed the seeds. His body suddenly broke out in a violent shudder, limbs shuddering and kicking in the air. An intense pain came over Rush and let out a low yowl. ( I was thinking to perhaps take him to the med cat? That way he's in the clan and maybe even Tanglepath can see him, but not say anything out of shame? >:3 )

Wolfpaw followed his mentor into camp, an annoyed expression on his face. His mentor was being stubborn about retiring to the nursery, despite it being clear that her pregnancy was affecting her ability to be a competent warrior. Despite his apparent displeasure, Wolfpaw was secretly genuinely concerned for his elder and the well-being of her children. They would be the future of the clan after all. "Tanglepath please," he meowed roughly, padding after her as she grabbed something from the fresh kill pile. "Any cat with two eyes can tell you're in NO shape to be doing warrior's work."

Wolfpaw jolted back slightly as his mentor whipped around to him, knowing very fondly of the kind of anger she was capable of. But, to his suprise, she complied with him. Wolfpaw sighed. "I understand that. But you need to think about your kits first," he said, glancing at her engorged belly. "Emberstar will find me a substitute. If you hurt yourself trying to hunt, or run into one of those filthy rogues on our territory, you can't find a substitute for your children."
