"Sounds like she has a better grasp on the situation than us." Maybe she would pay Dr. Mori a visit tomorrow. It wouldn't hurt to get a check up with her before she started any type of training.
"Makes sense that she would, being a doctor means you get a lot of information passed around just because of your work space. Sector agents get injured a lot more than we do so she's able to get the inside scoop rather quickly. She sort of has to though."

((Hey guys sorry about my long term poof >.< Was sick for the past few days so I only went on a selected few RP's D: ))
"Don't worry about it Rowlin, I totally understand." Evangeline laughed. When Rowlin did slip into his Irish accent she couldn't help but be a bit surprised but also a bit... Um... What's the word? Interested? She had always enjoyed studying other people's accents, and Irish accents were among her favourites aside from English and Australian. They added character and flavour to the said person, and it just made Rowlin seem all the more lively.
"So where's Diarmaid? Haven't seen him in a while either." Yan started, her eyes sweeping over her surroundings, taking in the amazingness that was this bookstore.
"Oh he went out some time ago for some business, he didn't exactly say what it was though." Evangeline started to answer. And Yan took this moment to survey the entirety of the store. She hadn't visited in a while, and now that she scanned it over, she couldn't help but marvel at how much change the store had underwent in the past few years. It looked dazzling. But wait- what is that- Her eyes stopped at the counter, where Rowlin had dropped that- PILE of books.
"Rowlin, need I remind you that these books you picked out are pretty expensive?" She shifted her gaze to him, heaving a heavy sigh. "You do have enough money right?"

Aegis☆. Rowlin chuckled lightly as she noted on his accent. He was slightly used to that since he had arrived to the states. At this point it seemed that his accent would draw the most attention, something that could be both good and bad. He blinked gazing at all the books now in slight realization that he overhauled, but he was already checking his various accounts online in his phone just to be sure. "Y-Yea these books are expensive, but.." He scrolled through his last account quite a bit of relief in his finger swiping. A-Ah ha! So I'm good to go! My accounts have been transferred...awesome... He gazed up at Evangeline, "Y-Yea... I do." He explained with a brightened smile. "My last pay finally went through, since checks from out of the country take slightly longer to process then in state." He explained. "T-That is assuming you take debit." He added lastly, of course she should this was a modern day store after all.

"We do have debit yes." Evangeline was suddenly reminded of something when Rowlin brought up the debit machine. Some time ago there had been a slight problem with the debit card machine, and to be frank Evangeline wasn't sure if her brother went and got it fixed. "Though let me just check. Maybe Diarmaid fixed it yesterday."
If it's not fixed, then boy would it be a bad day for Rowlin. Yan reflected, following Evangeline over to the counter. But even if it ended up being not fixed, she planned to take a look at it herself. After all, she was a techno geek, and it payed off being a geek of course. All things that had to do with technology, Yan's got it covered. She was like the team's free cable girl/ tech support.
As Evangeline checked the machine, she was thrilled to find that Diarmaid had most certainly already fixed it before he left in the morning. "Okay, everything is good to go." She announced. "Lucky you."

Rowlin leaned along the counter with a calming expression. "E-Even if the machine isn't working, i'll come back later and purchase the rest of the books." He explained calmly. He was rather eager to take them all with him, to start reading them. R-Right....It can wait... He told himself. It was only when Evangeline assured him that the machine was working that he smiled brightly. "Perfect-" He softly stated taking out his wallet to pay with the card.
His attention turned over to Yin with a rather childish glint, "I-It's not like I'm spending my money on video games or anything.." He waved a hand at the thought, "I'm still young, I don't have as many worries yet..." This was partly a lie, for obvious reasons, but physically speaking; he was right. He was young, a detective, and somehow still stuck enough time to be a part time history teacher. If he planned his pay right, he could go out and spend when he craved it.

((XD ack so sorry for my absence I've been trying to figure out how to build a PC for myself so I've been researching XP)) "You have no idea how happy it would make me if you did spend your money on video games." Yan joked. It was true though, being a gamer herself, she spent a lot of her money updating her PC and monitor and all that jizz whenever the time comes. It did cost quite a lot of money at times, but in her opinion it was worth it. In others? Maybe not so much. She did have another excuse she could use for such occasions. After all, updating the computer doesn't just mean better performance when gaming, but also better performance for literally everything else. Including her job. It definitely made researching a lot more easier. "Speaking of buying things, though." Yan suddenly remembered the actual business she came to do. "I have some books I need you to help me find, if that's okay with you." She directed her attention to Evangeline. "Of course! What do you have in mind?" Evangeline replied. At the same time waiting for Rowlin's order to process. "I got to say though, you two are probably going to help us hit our sales high point in the whole month. Everything that Rowlin just bought? No one else had ever thought of buying before." |

Yet I'm more on the casual side. Quad core, NVIDA's GTX, duel monitor-w-well back home." He sighed now thinking about it. "I didn't wanna haul it here right off the bat because I wasn't so certain I'd have room. On top of that the one game I play obsessively doesn't use half the nick nacks I added. Mainly CPU dependent. SO I brought a laptop with me instead." He added. "Now should y ou wanna play something I can call my old roommate and see if he wants to mail it out." He finished up the transaction by filling out the pin, and finalizing the purchase. During this time he couldn't help but wonder about the friends meeting each other once again. They must be really busy in order to feel like its the first time in forever.. He snapped out of it when he herd his name being mentioned. His face slightly lit up at the thought, "A-Ah... you don't say? Give me two months or more and I'll probably be hauling another batch of books."

(@ Silver @minted I'm doing well, been working out a few future scenes that I've been having trouble smoothing out detail wise. Also been playing a lot of DnD and I think I've figured out how to balance the story out a bit for you guys since I don't want to force you guys into scenes since that would just be rude/mean. Just a heads up, I'll probably be asking more questions down the line as we move the plot along since I don't want any characters to be caught on the wrong side, stuff like that.)

((I worked on some videos with my friend for a project we are collabing on. During that one of the cars glitched, and we had to take it to the dealer. I stayed home and my mom went to go see what was wrong. Turns out the sensors are broken, they will try to repair it in the next two days.))
((At the moment that car is giving false alarms, indicating that everything needs to be changed. r.i.p))
((I stayed home, and have/still am looking for textbooks to buy for school next week.))"
((On top of that- I spent my day alone to start my audition recordings for a detective conan fandub <3 ))

The second half of the sentence was more directed at Rowlin than Yan. Even though Yan was also a bookworm, she mostly gets her books online (lazy lazy lazy). Rowlin on the other hand, seemed genuinely interested in everything they had here, which was something Evangeline had came to appreciate. She appreciated everyone who'd drop by. |

Lol) "Well my roommate would prob ably feel sad, since he likes to use more then one pc at the same time. even with dual monitors." He shrugged at the thought. "He would still do it though, should I request it though." He laughed "yea... I guess I did spend quite a bit today. Yet, that's quite alright. It creates time to lookout for the next gen graphics cards, during the time of announcement, some people will sell their parts in an insanely good value for three times less thentheir actual value." He explained. His gaze turned over to Evangeline, he couldn't help but grin like a child, "I look forward to that!" He excitedly stated. "Till then these books should be more then enough to keep me engaged."

"R-Right..." Rowlin agreed with Yan's statement as if being scolded for doing something he shouldn't have. I always see parents scoldingtheir kids for not buying books, here I am getting scolded for buying books. As my students would say , this is so uncool... nonetheless he was pretty happy with the books, it was almost like Christmas, but it obviously wasn't. Looking over the receipt he couldn't help but notice that it was way cheaper then it would've been in the UK.
He snapped out of it himself when yan asked a question. "What kind of books are you looking for?" Rowlin leaned slightly forward with curiosity. Fiction, science fiction, nonfiction, atlas, mythology?" He asked.he paused to allow the girls their interaction. It wants until they asked him that he blinkered clueless, "h-huh, me.help you?"He asked. " I can but I also don't want to get in your way. what if I mess somethingup " he considered the thought. "But... I am willing to help!" He encouraging stated.
