"He'll cool off." Blackdawn waved her tail. She ducked her head.
"I was afraid he was talking about something else." She sighed.
"Get down here!" Tawnyhaze barked. Snowbird laid down on the branch.
"I am a warrior now, you can't order me around anymore." She said, looking down at him, tail swinging lazily.
"What did you tell Icefire?" He demanded.
"I may have suggested you have a slight liking for her..." She mused. Tawnyhaze's fur stood up.
"That is not your place!" He said and then quickly added.
"And you are wrong." He said pointedly.

(I'm gonna throw some starters out there too if that's ok) Ruewhisker was out in the forest hunting. She knew it was probably dangerous to be out alone after what had happened to Ravenstep but she needed time to herself so that she could clear her head. Badgerpaw sat outside of the apprentice den shivering but was trying her best to put a brave face on. She has officially decided that she hated leaf-bare. All she wanted to do was cover herself completely in moss and sheep wool and all things warm and soft until new-leaf. Erminetail returned to camp with a huge mouthful of moss. He placed a portion of it in his nest and then left the rest by the entrance to the warriors den so that his denmates could do as they pleased with it. Mudfang had just finished with the badgers and he was walking back to camp. He fur was messy and he had a few prey in his jaws to make it look like he went hunting. |

Blackdawn nodded.
"I don't know when would be the right time to tell her." She said.
Tawnyhaze paced back and forth at the bottom of the tree.
"Get down here!" He commanded her. Snowbird climbed half way down before jumping in front of him. She walked toward him.
"Tawnyhaze, ever since I was a kit, you always had an issue with me. I have done nothing to you and I'm done taking orders from you." She said, standing nose to nose with him. Tawnyhaze backed up a step. He growled at her.
"You know nothing." He hissed. Snowbird began walking away.
"I'm not showing my belly anymore Tawnyhaze. You are brother, whom I love, but I will not let you breath down my neck anymore." Tawnyhaze's tail lashed. He felt like he had been cornered by the much younger apprentice.
"I would expect nothing less from a half blood!" He said.
(Dun dun dun...)

Blackdawn had noticed that as well.
"We probably should." She said, standing up and padding to the camp enterance.
Snowbird froze.
"What do you mean?" She asked, turning and looking at her brother. Tawnyhaze looked at her with blazing eyes.
"You aren't fully clan cat." He said. Snowbird stepped back as if she had been struck.
"You-you're lieing." She said.
"Don't be so naïve. Snowbird, you look nothing like Blackdawn and I." He said. Snowbird clamped her jaw shut, she knew this, but she thought maybe there was some other reason not this. She was a clancat!
"Your father was a mangy rogue." Tawnyhaze leeched out. Years of built up hate for his mother and his younger sibling came out at once and he didn't pay attention to what he said.
"Shut up!" Snowbird cried, eyes watering. She lunged at the tom, hitting him squarely and sending them both tumbling.
(Sorry if this is self centered annoying drama...)

(Okay XD. I knew there would be a blow up at sometime, seemed opportune now.)
Blackdawn skidded to a stop beside Icefire, her blue eyes wide.
"Stop it you two!" She yowled
Snowbird landed on top of her brother.
"I'm a loyal clancat!" She said. He twisted underneath her.
"You'll never be full clancat. You'll always be like your father!" He hissed, jumping up. Snowpaw leaped on his back, throwing him off balance. She battered his back with kicks, but was easily thrown off due to her small size. She slid across the clearing before stumbling to her feet.
"Why do you hate me!?" She said. Tawnyhaze growled.
"You shouldn't be here." He growled. Snowpaw stepped back, her front paw ached from her fall.
"Our mothers mistake is not my fault!" She said.

Icefire walked up beside Snowbird. "Come on, Snowbird. Let's get back to the Clan." She glared at Tawnyhaze, utterly disgusted.

Snowbird looked at Icefire and then Tawnyhaze. The warrior dropped her head and began limping back to camp silently, focused on the ground. Tawnyhaze flicked his tail, anger dieing down. The full impact of what he had done hadn't hit him yet. He looked at Blackdawn.
"She doesn't belong in the-" The black she-cat held up her tail.
"Don't." She said, the she-cats eyes watered slightly. She stood up and started towards camp, tail dragging.

Icefire didn't even look at Tawnyhaze as they turned around. "Don't listen to him, Snowbird. There's plenty of cats here that aren't full blood. You're still a Clan cat just the same."

Snowbird shook her head.
"He hates me, all I am is a reminder that our mother was never loyal." Snowbird sniffed.
"Their father died believing that I was his daughter and he loved me, but I'm not his daughter." She sighed.
"Maybe it would hurt him less if I just left." The apprentice rambled. Blackdawn caught up to the pair just as Snowbird finished her statement.
(Should I rp Tawnyhaze's cool down and oh crap moment? XD)

Snowbird sniffed.
"What if he doesn't want a friend that's messed up like me?" She said.
"A mistake that shouldn't have happened." Blackdawn touched her shoulder lightly.
"That's nonsense Snowbird, Owlwhisker likes you for who you are deep down, not your bloodline." She said.
"Tawnyhaze said I act like my father. That's why I can't pay attention to things." She said.

RP:Hawkfeather snorted at the fight as he sat watching as Doeleap ate, he had been ready to pounce if Tawnyhaze had attacked Snowbird. "By star clan that tom needs to be taught a lesson." He grumbled annoyed that the warrior would cause a scene over such a small thing. Snowbird had been in the clan as a kit that makes her a true warrior.
Briarclaw padded up to her nudging her shoulder softly, "Don't listen to him. He has a fax heart filled with thorns."

(aw, she has so much support. Tawnyhaze really did it this time, but he needed taught a lesson)
Snowbird looked at the other warrior.
"Thanks." she mumbled. The she-cat held up her paw.
"I think it's sprained." She sighed.
(I'll get to rping Tawnyhaze here in a moment. He's still calming down. I think it will be interesting when the badger attack happens)

His mother was a kittypet and he was sure his father was too, if Tawnyhaze wants to accuse anyone of not being a true warrior he needn't look any further. He wouldn't have the gull to accuse me of not being a true warrior. Ive broken the hunting record twice and killed three snakes.

Snowbird leaned against the tom, walking beside him.
"Do you think I'll get in trouble for getting in a fight with a clanmate?" She asked worriedly, the young warrior was afraid she would get punished for her rash behavior. What else was she supposed to do though?
Blackdawn sat down beside Icefire.
"Sorry, to drag you into our problems." She said lowly.
"I knew yes was going to lash out at some point, I just thought he would be more civilized." She said.

Snowbird's eyes widened in surprise she didn't know that about Briarclaw. She twitched her tail slightly. She was only half blooded, if Briarclaw could be such a great warrior with no clan blood she could too. Snowbird smiled slightly.
"That helps me, a lot." She said.
"Tawnyhaze doesn't hate you though, he just hates me..." She said in an irratated voice.

RP: "Well his opinion is worth crow food." He said smiling as they entered into the med cat den. "Mooneyes?"
Mooneyes was sitting with her back to them thinking about the vision she and her mentor had seen, she kept feeling like she was drowning when she tried to sleep last night and she felt uneasy every minute of the day, but she didn't hear Briarclaw at first. She caught his scent mingling with Snowbirds and turned, "What?" She said unintelligently.
"Ive got a sprained paw for you." Briar claw said placing snowbird on the guest nest just inside the den. Then he sat beside her.
"What did you do now?" She sighed talking to Briarclaw, who as an apprentice was in her three times a moon for one thing or another; though mostly for bloody noses from battling with his mentor too rough or from running after prey into thorn bushes or stepping on sharp coral.
