Smallnose nodded in agreement, and then followed with her reply. "Yes, I was hoping to go hunting anyways. Nice to get out of camp besides patrols... Do you fish very much? I usually go fishing."
Crowpaw thought for a moment, but it didn't take long to decided. Scratching a sort of awkward looking squiggle in the dirt, then lifting a paw to point towards the ocean, he thought it'd be nice to practice fishing. Everytime he went out hunting, usually with Foxpaw, they tended to avoid water as Foxpaw wasn't a big fan of fishing, so Crowpaw wanted more practice.

Wildmist frowned at Nightglisten's brisk tone. She was already in a horrible mood. "I just lost my brother - how do you think I feel?" she shot back. Honeypaw noticed Foxpaw walk away. "Foxpaw?" She muffled, with the bird in her mouth, hoping he could hear her. |

Nightglisten huffed. "Upset, evidently. I merely asked to be polite."
Foxpaw quickly turned to look back as he heard Honeypaw's voice, and stepped a bit closer. After a moment if silence he said. "Hi..." But nothing else. He wasn't sure how she felt now after her brother's death, and he felt a bit at fault for being so over eager to explore the other day when she was clearly upset by the winding caverns and probably should have gone home sooner.
Crowpaw smiled and followed, excited to hunt. Hopefully today would be a much better day than the previous one.

Wildmist frowned. This was one of her first times interacting with Nightglisten and she didn't have a great first impression. She sighed. "I'm sorry. It's just really stressful, being the only sibling now that Honeypaw can look up to. I have nothing to show for her."
"Why are you looking at me like I have a second tail?" Honeypaw asked jokingly. "Please don't treat me any different now just because..."

( Nightglisten, in every rp I have had him in, is instantly disliked, or given a bad impression to, by at least one cat. c':
Also I have an array of male warriors ocs to choose from! I may join as a few more but likely after the whole Mudfang battle. Also can we join as StarClan cats? I suddenly have an imagine of Browntail, Shiverpaw's dad, as being a fun cat but he's supposed to be dead. So being a goofy StarClan cat with rare appearances in the story is interesting. cx UNLESS ITS' ALL A LIE AND HE LIVED. )
Nightglisten glanced back at her, but kept on walking, trying his best to avoid burrs getting stuck in his long fur. "You will have nothing to show for it, but only if you believe so." He responded, once again not being as delicate or as comforting as he could.
Crowpaw nodded, slowing down in his walk to look up at his mentor. He'd caught at least two fish that he could recall, but it had been awhile.
"Usually I go fishing by the tidal pools or the ocean, so the rivers might be a nice change." Smallnose replied, getting to her paws and following the younger warrior.

I like have a bunch of characters that way if I do need one or a circumstance arises I am prepared. And I can make them and then let other people rp them. Or make them and then rp them if I ever need them)

When she got there, Heathernose immediately went down to the shore, sitting down by the water. She looked back at Smallnose. "So, what's the best way to fish?"

"Sorry Honeypaw." Foxpaw replied with an uneasy smile, but he seemed to relax a bit. "Just a bit... well, shocking. You know... How are you doing today though?"
Nightglisten grunted and stopped briefly to careful serve past a rather aggravating patch of burrs, shaking one off his paw in annoyance. "Cool is not quite how I would put it. But I'm sure you have some sort of... expertise that could serve as inspiration to your sister." He didn't really sound like he entirely meant it, and after a moment kept walking. "Did your brother look to you as though he was attacked by a badger?" He questioned suddenly after a moments' pause.

Honeypaw smiled a genuine smile at him. "I'm doing okay. I'm at peace. Wildmist is taking it the worst."
Wildmist arched an eyebrow and felt uneasy at his question. "Er- I didn't really notice. I just saw that it was him. He didn't smell like he had a strong scent of badgers, though."

Watersplash nodded. "Sure, if you want." She meowed with a purr. She was kind of excited but what happens if she missed the catch? She would humiliate herself in front of him. She began to groom her pelt nervously.

Crowpaw nodded and settled himself on top of some rocks near the ocean's edge, over an area where the water was deeper. He saw a few small fishes, but some noticed his presence and swam off, so he positioned himself so his shadow did not fall over them. After a few seconds that seemed rather long, and took a leap for a small fish close to the rocks, and brought it back up in his jaws quickly, dropping it on the shore after successfully biting it.
"The tidal pools are a bit easier to hunt in, but, by the ocean, it's best to go near the rocks that sort of lean over the deeper parts where more of the fish are. Just make sure your don't slip and fall in!" Smallnose responded, motioning with her paw towards a small cluster of seaside rocks. "Other wise, you can wade into the water and try fishing directly in the deeper water, either going under to garb fish with your claws or diving when you spot one."
"I see, thats' good. Still, I'm sorry for your loss... Ravenstep was always very nice." Foxpaw responded sadly. "I hope your sister feels better about it soon."
"You visited to den he was found at, correct? You did not notice anything at all unusual? And did it smell like badgers had been there recently? They haven't been particularly active in the territory lately, I was surprised he was would his end like that so easily." Nightglisten replied. It was not that he suspected anything in particular, but something still bothered him about the attack. maybe it was the wounds, it was hard to tell but they where not quite badger liked him his remembrance. Perhaps I am overthinking things...
"Yes, I would definitely like to! The prey pile's getting a bit low, now that everyone had their morning meal..." Ravenheart responded quietly, getting to his paws. "So whenever you want we could leave."

Wildmist shrugged. "Well, it did smell like badgers. Badgers live there, that's their infamous cave." She paused, her voice sounding sad. "Ravenstep was never a good defender anyway. He wasn't a fighter."
Honeypaw touched her golden tail to his pelt. "Thank you, Foxpaw. I really appreciate it, but I'd love to get my mind off of the subject for now."

Heathernose listened carefully, and then nodded. She walked over to where the rocks were, and climbed up on it. She immediately noticed how slippery the rock was, and used her claws to grip onto them to prevent form slipping off. After a few seconds, she managed to get it right. "You were right about them being slippery."

Watersplash looked at the pile of prey and nodded. "How about now?" She asked, also getting to her paws. She came over to eat and now she was going hunting with Ravenheart? It was already a good day.

Timberstone watched his ambitious apprentice choose to hunt in the ocean rather than the tidal pools. He himself usually preferred the ocean instead of the pools but it was a bit too windy to swim. "Crowpaw, careful! Tide is up!" he warned before heading to the pools.

Nightglisten nodded to her statement, looking thoughtful. He didn't say anything after that for awhile as he headed for the caverns. He stopped briefly by a stream for a drink of water, and after this, still not speaking continued on towards the Moon Cavern, soon getting closer and reaching the entrance.
"Alright." Foxpaw nodded in understanding. After a moment of silence, he began a different subject. "... Is it against clan rules to leave territory?" He then said, seeming to be thinking aloud.
Smallnose climbed up after her, careful to keep her balance on the slippery rocks. "Just don't move to quickly and it should be fine." Se said. "Can be tricky when your hunting though, I admit. I have fallen in a few times! Luckily we are still pretty close to shore, so it shouldn't be too dangerous even if you fall in."
"Great." Ravenheart said in a friendly tone of voice. "Let's go then, I think I'd like to try some forest hunting today."

Crowpaw looked up, and, noticing what his mentor warned was true, nodded, taking the small fish in his jaws and carefully heading away from the rocks, almost slipping a few times but finally jumping back onto the sand.

Waters lash nodded and purred. "I love hunting in the forest!" She meowed enthusiastically. She headed out, going toward the forest. She slowed a little as she waited for Ravenheart to come.
