( Ah! Uh it's the 2nd (or 3rd day? we timeskipped to the next day but idk) after Bramblepaw and Boldpaw got injured by the cave in. Bramblepaw's legs are broken but will recover and Boldpaw's back is broken so he lost the use of his back legs, so everyone is fussing around them and the medicine den. Currently Icepaw is visiting Boldpaw and they're outside the medicine den while Boldpaw tries to walk with his front legs.
Also several kits were born, including Hawkfeather's kits! I think Maple made up a few and is waiting for you to make yours? Ask her idk. Hawkfeather's on the journey though.
Also Haynose and Ravenheart went hunting and Ravenheart's a bit moody as he misses spending time with Mooneyes who is presumably busy with her new patients and he himself has been busy in warrior duties lately, and they were attacked by a fox so tehy're heading back to camp. )

Mooneyes sighed and turned facing the apprentice. "Boldpaw please just stay still you could cause more damage if you try moving. BRamblepaw get back in here!" Mooneyes sighed moving to Boldpaw nosing him gently like a mother herding a kit back to the den.

Icepaw gave Mooneyes a worried glance as she hurried over to check on them. "He's doing fine." He insisted, a bit angrily. He knew Boldpaw probably hated being cooped up all day.

RP: Mooneyes looked at the apprentice with a hard stare. "Im trying to get his legs working again so he needs to stop moving for now. Shouldn't you het your chores done, Im sure the queens need prey." She said her voice hard, the blind she cat had little to no patience with anyone that wasn't a patience. She hasn't had much rest nor prey since she's been busy with queens injured warriors and apprentice's plus the kits that seemed to find their way under her feet.

Icepaw was prepared to argue and opened his mouth to do so, when he noticed a shadow fall nearby, and turned to his Whiteraven, his elder brother.
Whiteraven gave him a cuff over the eras.
"Ow!" Icepaw argued. "What was that for?"
"You about to start arguing." Whiteraven said with a frown. "Go and do as your told."
Icepaw glared, but, after giving Boldpaw another reassuring look, hobbled off. Whiteraven sighed and looked to Mooneyes, trying not to look at Boldpaw. "... Are they doing alright?" He asked. He'd been avoiding visiting his younger brother and didn't even want to see Bramblepaw since the event.

RP: She was silent for a moment but nodded, "They are healing, I just need time." She said nosing the bedding around Boldpaw to try and comfort him. She was scared she couldn't help him, this wasn't a broken leg. It was his spine that was damaged not a leg or hip... She turned and moved closer to Whiteraven "Thank you for helping with Icepaw, you can go and talk to these two if you want I have to make sure the kits are doing okay." She said her voice was flat from exhaustion.

If only star clan can answer m prayers...” She said and sat down looking very tired and defeated. She was the medicine cat she was suppose to be strong for her clan but all she felt was a growing need to scream to the heavens and to cry. |
