"Sounds like one of those squishy star shaped things in the tidepools.." She padded to one end of the tree and looked down into the hollowed out end. "Hello?! Echo!!" she called into it. Burntember came back shortly with the prey, grinning broadly. "Nearly missed it!" she explained, setting the furry animal down, "but I was too fast!" "Great catch!" Erminetail purred, his stomach growling at the scent of prey. "Maybe we could share one and take the other back with us" he suggested. "Thanks. And sure, that sounds good," Burntemeber said, "although I don't really want to carry prey, we might need it later.." "Yes I can!" Sunkit squealed to her brother, running as quick as she could. Boldkit bounced forward to try and keep up but began to fall behind, he was amazed at how fast Sunkit was. "You are fast" he panted before forcing himself to leap forward. "Thanks!" Sunkit said as she ran away from her brother. "It's my long legs!" |

"There are squishy star shaped things?" Ashtail asked, watching her as she called into the hollow trunk. He padded closer to her, his ears flattening on his head as the echo resounded. "Nice." He commented with a smile.

Galefoot waved his tail goodbye before quickly making his way through the hedge and across the thunder path. Lavender was a little hesitant but soon mustered up the courage follow her mother and the stranger.

( Sorry for vanishing a bit earlier, I'm working on a PineClan timeline. cx I'm not certain why but I like making timelines and maps. )
Ashtail nodded and jumped back down from the tree, poking his head into the hollow before gazing around the forest again. It reminded him so much of home, he could almost believe it was, for a few minutes, at any rate.

Sandpebble laid on top of the tree and stretched out. The rough bark scratched her skin but somehow, it felt good.
"How was he mean?" Coralmoon asked with a raised eyebrow.

"He said the twolegs would hurt me if I wasn't a good kitty." Lavender whimpered looking down at her paws. "He also said if I didn't do what he says he would let his friends hurt me."
Galefoot growled lashing his tail back and forth. He had half a mind to turn around and teach Duke a lesson. He kept his paws moving forward in order to avoid that temptation.

( I can probably make a Briar map, but after the PineClan, CedarClan and OakClan map is done. Which will either be after PineClan has reached the new territory or in the middle of that because it is slow paced.

Ashtail yawned, beginning to feel tired again. He looked to Sandpebble, a small frown on his face as he listened to the leaves swaying in the wind. He took another look around the forest and sighed. "I.. need to speak to Harestar latter." He said mostly to himself.

Haynose sighed and shook his head. “Well if this is you dealing with it, I don’t think you’re doing a very good job.” He commented, a look of serious concern passing over his expression before quickly being replaced by a friendly grin. “Which cat are you having trouble with?” He asked a bit curiously, partially because he was worried there might be someone to keep an eye on in the clan. Despite Whiteraven’s grumpiness and rather cold attitude, Haynose trusted him completely. Whiteraven let out a small growl and responded "It's that cat who insists she still belongs here, even after what happened. I can't believe the nerve of some people, especially her!" He growled, shredding grass under his claws as he walked.
