(Hello people! This is a sort of note, before we start. I have two points to make:
1: I would NOT recommend joining this RP, unless you watch the TV show The Flash, or have researched the show thoroughly, as it is a crossover between Warrior Cats and The Flash.

Introduction
You padded along through the city, tired. You had arrived in this city from your previous background very recently, and you had been struggling to survive in the busy city. You had already been attacked by several cats - some aggressive Kittypets, some rogues, some loners, and one which called themselves "Briarpaw of FlashClan." Briarpaw had been the strangest of all - he had grown vines around your feet, so you had been held in place. Cats couldn't do that!
You sighed as you padded through the street. A pained yowl came to your ears, and you ran around the corner, to the source of the noise. A strange green mist was wrapped around a cat's neck. You recognised the cat as Briarpaw, from a few days ago. You had no idea what to do - Briarpaw appeared to be suffocating, and was yowling and wailing for help. Suddenly, Briarpaw collapsed. He was dead. The green mist solidified into a greyish-white, muscular cat, with a piercing brown gaze.
You took a step back, but the cat began to approach you, quickly gaining on you. Suddenly, a red flash leapt into your vision, and the greyish-white cat was bowled over. A gingerish-red, slim cat had pinned him down, red sparks surrounding the ginger tom. Before long, the tom's front paw had a blue loop around it.
"That should stop him." The tom mewed, satisfied. "The Mist has caused enough problems for FlashClan, already. It's a shame that Briarpaw was lost, though. He will be mourned by the Clan." He turned to you, suddenly realising something. "I'm sorry for my poor manners. I'm Flashstar, leader of FlashClan." You listened intently, as he explained the Clan's history.
"As you can see, this life is dangerous." Flashstar mewed, gesturing towards Briarpaw's dead body. "But, Central City needs to be protected, even if we are no longer humans. Or, as you might call them, Twolegs. Do you want to join us? Or shall I escort you away from danger?"
History
About twenty moons ago, in Central City, Team Flash was experimenting. Cisco had made a new machine, which could implant DNA from other creatures, into another object. Unfortunately, the machine backfired, and the entirety of Team Flash were transformed into cats!
After the accident, the newly-feline team decided to form a Clan - FlashClan. Making S.T.A.R. Labs their camp, Central City was their territory. It was at this point, that they discovered that they still had their powers. And, some other people in Central City had been transformed into cats, too. Some even had powers. So, they began to take in other cats, even ones which hadn't been humans before the accident.
They knew that the city had to be protected, though, and Team Arrow had their own city to protect. So, they took it upon themselves to use their new cat forms to guard Central City from evil metahumans, and other, evil cats. Some of their number proved to be the best at fighting crime in their cat forms, so, they created a new rank - Crime Fighters. These cats, instead of hunting and protecting the Clan and fighting crime whenever they had to, dedicated their entire careers to protecting Central City in their cat forms.
So, their numbers grew. But a new danger has emerged. A group of evil cats has appeared in Central City, supported by human criminals. You have just arrived in Central City - can you help FlashClan fight back?
Explanations Of Backgrounds And Powers
Within FlashClan, cats come from many backgrounds. You can be:
* A former human/Twoleg
* A member of Team Flash (Only one of each canon character)
* A full cat
Or anything else, really! You can also have powers, if you like. Remember, powers in kits will begin to manifest at about two moons old, and a "Metacat", as they call them, will often have a Metacat mentor. They will often be Crime Fighters, too. If you want to join with powers, really, any non-OP powers go! However, I will run each power through an OP checker before letting the cat be added. You may have to tone down the powers, if they prove to be too OP.
Rules
1: Please no text talk. one-liners, or powerplaying! Remember, spelling and grammar doesn't matter as much as these. All I expect is your very best, nothing more, nothing less!
2: Please post here at least three times a week, unless you've notified me, or one of the Clan Admins. High ranks, such as leader, deputy, medicine cat, prophecy cats, or Crime Fighters when an enemy is around, are to post at least five times a week. This does NOT count quickly posting a "Hi!" message three times a week! No joining and running, either!
3: Please don't join with crushes! Instead, develop one! Also, cats do NOT fall in love after one conversation. It should take at least half an RP moon to develop a crush, and at least a few RP moons for them to become mates.
4: Please notify me, or one of the Clan Admins, when: A cat feels some sort of way for another cat, cats become mates, you want an apprentice to become a warrior/medicine cat/Crime Fighter, you want a cat to become an elder, or you want to suggest a plot, or a prophecy.
5: Please no Mary-Sues, or Gary Stus. Just, please, no!
6: No kit-stealing. Kit-killing is okay if the person who RPs the kit is okay with it, and it's for the plot. Kit-Stealing for the plot is okay, too, as long as it's WITHIN the plot, and the kits get returned.
7: Please no spam. "*User*, please come back to *RP*!" is okay, but no "Come join *RP/Clan/Chatroom*!", please!
8: Please have realistic pelt colours, eye colours, and names, please! If your cat is a Metacat, and their power is to change their appearance, please don't have them constantly change their appearance to ridiculous colours, like bright pink, or green, or bright orange, or neon blue. No names like "Angelmind" or "Pancakedragon", either.
9: No apprentice Queens/Mates, please! Apprentices can have crushes, but please wait for them to move up to their relevant rank, before they take a mate!
10: When an apprentice becomes a warrior, medicine cat, or a Crime Fighter, you will be given three or four name choices: One based on appearance, one based on personality, one based on an event that happened in their life, and, if they have powers, one based off of their powers. If you want to choose your character's warrior name, please tell me BEFORE their warrior/medicine cat/Crime Fighter ceremony!
11: LGBTQ+ cats are totally allowed! If you have a Metacat character, then you can totally have their powers be the ability to change their gender or sexuality, too!

Territory
FlashClan lives in the busy metropolis of Central City. This city is a huge, sprawling city, and almost all of it is FlashClan's home.
LANDMARKS:
CC Jitters: Despite the fact that as cats, coffee is useless, this coffee shop is often used as a sort of sunningrocks by the cats of FlashClan. The cats will gather outside the shop to talk and sunbathe, and, if the workers and patrons are willing, sometimes venture inside the shop, to try their luck at getting some tidbits of leftovers to eat.
CCPD: Ever since the citizens of Central City first noticed the cat colony in the city, FlashClan has been sort of a mascot for the CCPD. Therefore, you will often see groups of cats, especially young apprentices without a fear of Twolegs, hanging around the police station, hoping for some attention from the officers.
Central City Shopping Mall: This huge building is a good place to catch birds such as pigeons, or scavenge for bits of food. The Big Belly Burger in the North Wing is also a good place to arrange to meet cats at, due to it's easily found location.
Mercury Labs: This area is a great place to hunt, however, foxes often lurk around here.
Rathaway Industries: The cats of FlashClan and a group of rogues, known only as the "Industries Cats", have a brutal rivalry over who's territory this area is. Of course, if they knew who truly owned this place, then they'd keep far, far away...
Central City Park: FlashClan meets up here, once a moon, so that they can discuss issues in peace, and sum up the previous moon's news. When it isn't a gathering, Central City Park is used as a hunting grounds, and a training grounds for apprentices.
Central City Morgue: Once a moon, the FlashClan medicine cat will come here to communicate with StarClan. Medicine cat ceremonies and leader ceremonies also happen here.
Camp
FlashClan's camp is the huge structure of S.T.A.R. Labs - A building far too huge to ever house the entire Clan, sure, but it made sense. However, they mainly use the Cortex for the camp.
Leader's Den: The leader sleeps behind the stand in the Cortex, where the Flash suit would normally rest, when not in use.
Warrior's Den: The Warriors of the Clan sleep in the area where, as a human, Barry would train on the treadmill.
Crime Fighter's Den: The Crime Fighters sleep in the Cortex, as they must always be ready to get out of S.T.A.R. Labs, and into action.
Apprentice's Den: The Apprentices sleep in the hallways.
The Medicine Cat's Den: The medicine cats's den is in the Time Vault, which has since been modified so that the door can be opened and closed by a simple meow.
The Elder's Den: The elders sleep in the basement, where the force-field generator used to be.
The Nursery: The queens and kits sleep in the central room of the Speed Lab.
The leader will stand on a high-up point in the Cortex to call meetings. The call is: "All cats old enough to help protect Central City, gather in the Cortex for a Clan meeting!"
