Moonlight felt slightly dissapointed. "Wait!" she called after him. I cant miss this chance to talk to somebody about it! She needed to talk to somebody about her issues and she didn't know if she'd have another chance like this. She was aware that she looked desprate and hoped that would make him listen to her.

Mosstail dragged the rabbit until her hindquarters bumped into the willow tree. She dropped her catch and glanced up at Violetsky, her eyes beaming. "Easy as fresh-kill," she purred. She dropped her rabbit on the fresh-kill pile and shook out her fur, taking a moment to admire Violetsky's own catch. "That vole looks delicious," she commented as she flexed her claws. "Must have been tricky to catch." |

Darkheart stopped midstep and turned a circle, facing the other warrior once again.
"Yes?" He asked, seeing her desperate looked. It seemed the other warrior had changed her mind that or she was about to claw him for being rude, either of which wouldn't surprise the tom.

"I really need to talk about it with some one." she said shifting her paws uneasily. "But, somewhere secret". Mouse-brain! Somewhere secret?! What if he becomes suspicious and doesn't come with you?! I mean yeah we're in the same clan but, still?! It can still happen! Other cats know I care about other cats but what if he thinks its just a mask? She was very upset and just wanted to run to the patch of cherry blossom trees right then and there.

Darkheart tilted his head. It seemed like an odd request, but this also seemed important to the she-cat. He waved her forward with his tail, walking toward the camp enterance.
"Lead the way then." He told her, stepping aside.

She lead him to the cherry blossom trees and spat every thing out. About her dad being killed and her brother being killed as well. About how her mother led her to the camp and...the eyes she saw in the bushes when her brother died. Staring emotionless at her brothers body. A shiver ran down her spine at the thought.

Darkheart sat down and listened as the she-cat poured out her story. The tom was completely silent the entire time, simply listening to her.
"The eyes you see, is it another cat or some creature?" He asked curiously. He would not dismiss it as her imagination yet. Every cat had something that bothered them, real or not.

Darkheart looked at her.
"Sometimes when I think about my parents. The anger I felt for them abandoning me...I can almost hear their voices in the wind, mocking me." He said. The tom closed his eyes briefly, imagining the times he called out to nothing in the darkness, telling the voices to face him and being greeted by nothing but his own wall of hate.

"No, I've had time to brood over my anger. They'll pay for it one day." He said.
"Sometimes I hope they already have." The tom knew the words were dark, but some days all he wanted to do was hate them for believing he would amount to nothing and leaving him to die. He was so glad Lavenderstar found him. Darkheart would prove he parents wrong, he already had.

Moonlight gave a mroww of amusement. A petal had landed on him and he didn't seem to notice. His dark words were hard to take seriously with the petal on his head. Then another one fell on him. She was unsure if he noticed that one.

"I'm glad you find my pain amusing." He said, turning to leave again. The tom shook his fur, knocking off the other petal.

"I'll remember that next time I bore my inner thoughts to you." The tom said dryly, switching his tail in an upset manner. He refused to be amused, now matter how funny he must have looked to her. The tom shook his head. She-cats we're never serious, they always talked too much or stopped walking without telling him.

Moonlight sighed. She was glad she was under the cherry blossom trees as it was harder to make her upset under them. "Very well" She replied. "If you're so upset go do what you want" she responded calmly. Cherry blossoms twirled around as a sudden gust of wind came. She got up and stretched then headed back to the camp.

[ Rp: ] He was glad that the she cat was able to make it into camp with a rabbit half her size, He laughed at her comment and dropping his prey on the pile. "There making my mouth water just holding them." He giggled, giving her a soft smile. He licked his paw and ran it over his ear, "Nah they weren't that hard to catch." He mewed and walked over to a shady spot under the protection of the willow tree. He started to groom his fur, when he flick his tail for the she cat to join him. |
