Eaglefeather looked at the apprentice as she charged him. He sidestepped her and pushed her with a forepaw as she ran by.
"A nice start, if your enemy wasn't already prepared to fight you." He said. The tom looked at her.
"Charging is good for surprise of when your enemy is dazed, not so much when they are prepared." He swished his tail.
"Try again."
(Lol, maybe Darkheart was a better match)

Silverpaw scoffed as she stared at him. This seemed all too much like a ruse and she didn't like it. Here she was thinking of countering him if she was able but it appears that Eaglefeather had been one step ahead. Still, that wouldn't stop her! She lunged for him again, only this time ducking when she got close. The apprentice didn't even need to hear him when he asked her to try again. As if she would need his permission!

Eaglefeather was surprised when she went straight for him again, quite opposite of his advice. Perhaps she wanted to prove him wrong? The tom lowered his shoulders and swiped low at her feet or what were her feet until she lowered her head.

Silverpaw took the swiping to the face but brushed it off as she went to swipe at him now. She hadn't expected him to swipe at her, but a few minor swipes were nothing! Although she did silently make a mental note of what had just happened. If she went at another cat and they did the same thing, she would have left with a lot more than a simple clawless-swipe.. that was for sure.
Ooh!! why hadn't she expected that? The she-cat silently fumed.

Eaglefeather jumped back as he saw her paw coming for his face. The tom put his weight on his haunches, pulling up both front feet to pummel her hers. This was a common mistake for most untrained fighting cats as it gave them opportunity to be knocked over and off balance. He wanted to see if Silverpaw realized the opportunity.

The she-cat dodged one of his paws though was hit with the other one. Through the vision of one eye she attempted to budge through anyway. By seeing the tom's exposed belly, she chose to put most of her strength in her back legs and push hard, barreling into his belly fur head first. Not graceful and not exactly smart in her opinion but this was the only thing she could try doing. She'd rather get more scratches while go for the enemy's belly instead of waiting around defensively, a real fight would end a lot easier that way.

Eaglefeather let himself fall to the ground, as his hips rolled underneath him from her push. The tom wrapped his paws around her shoulders to keep her from attempting to come out of charge. He rolled and threw his weight down when he was on top of her, hoping to pin her down with his weight. He did so lightly though, since she was smaller then him.

Moonlight was sitting under a large group of cherry blossom trees to calm herself down. She had been upset when she sworn she had seen her brother, Skylight in the Rose Blossom Pond. Her fur began to bristle at the thought. As the cherry blossoms scattered around her she began to calm down. Her fur lay flat again and she stood up. "It was nothing" she thought aloud to herself but inside, she knew it wasn't. She went hunting in Flower Blossom Forest and brought back two squirrels. She lay them down in the fresh kill pile and headed to the warriors den to sleep.

i mean the rabbit is half her size. "Okay, just let me know if you change your mind again." the tom mewed picking up his catch and continued onward towards camp, he didn't walk to far a head of the she cat, just to make sure he could hear her if she changed her mind.

Mosstail dragged the rabbit until her hindquarters bumped into the willow tree. She dropped her catch and glanced up at the camp, wondering how she was going to get it up there. "Hmmm." She glanced at Violetsky, knowing the tom was waiting for her to ask for help. She bit into the rabbit's ear, positioning her claws onto the bark of the tree and slowly hauling the rabbit up with her, its body swaying and bumping into her as she moved. She tried to keep her balance by moving slowly, afraid the rabbit's weight will pull them both out of the tree.

Darkheart padded back into camp, looking for where Eaglefeather might have wandered off to. The tom saw the Moonlight drop her prey off and head for the den.
"It's a little early to be taking a nap isn't it?" He asked her, twitching his tail.

"I've just had a busy day" she said to the tom. It was a lie, she thought the image in the water might have been a sign her brother wanted to talk to her in a dream. It happened before. She tried to hide her troubled feelings from showing but failed. She had quite the troubled expression on.

"It's a private issue" Moonlight said. She wanted to run to the warriors den right then and there but at the same time, she wanted to see how he would react to her response. She went with the second option. After all...I might be able to talk to someone about my issues. She had been waiting to tell someone for a bit and this might be her chance.

"My mistake, I won't intrude next time." He said and started to walk away. The tom didn't get secrecy, how could they help each other if no one shared anything? The tom was never ashamed to talk about his abandonment as a kit.
