So it's set in a sort of steampunk/modern world mixed with medieval/fantasy with magic and stuff, we have a sort of maybe plot I'm just putting the info we have so far here lol
Kinda plot idea thing whatever (just copied and pasted lel):
Maybe some organization or whatever is trying to eliminate particular people or something (not necessarily F and K, they could just be trying to stop it) and they're trying to get to the leader to assassinate them or something and put and end to it. - Stupid suggestion by Kat
I honestly think there could be a group of Facist style superiors that try and take over. Like perhaps the next generation of those in office have come of age and one of them is the man/woman who started all this? Like they have the ambitions to corrupt the government and other superiors? Perhaps the travelers in office have all been killed, or imprisoned for completle superior rule? Or maybe they were just enslaved for knowledge..
But I think out baddies should be a Facist organization that has sort of imperialized K and F's country or whatever, and their country is like living under the thumb of this Facist organization that must be stopped.
Perhaps they have goals to a certain secret artificat, weapon etc. that they want particularly? - Two actually good suggestions by Nev
Tricity I think
Species and places I guess
Wisp Hunters - Wisp Hunters have to have a lot of mental strength, good eyesight and must be able to learn things quickly and easily. They always have a special steampunk monocle that gives them the ability to see Wisps, so they can capture or kill them. There are either blue and black hunters or red and black hunters, there are no other colors except the leader of the two, the leader of the blues is blue and white, and the leader of the reds is red and white. They wear (in either blue and black or red and black, including their monocle) a thin, usually ratty scarf or ribbon around their necks, which they can pull up to use as a mask, arm cuffs, a bow and a quiver of arrows or a sword, heavy black leather boots and often have multiple red or blue tattoos. They also have a double ring piercing on both of their eyebrows, no-one knows why, it just became a tradition.
Wyldermen - Wyldermen are specially trained soldiers, that have been divided into four categories judged by their skills: Aqua, Flamma, Aura and Terra. Aqua warriors wear blue armor, and are the quietest, most reasonable clan, but can turn into a raging fury in an instant. Flamma are the more unpredictable ones, in their gleaming red armor to match their hot temper, they are definitely not to be messed with at any stage. Aura are the swiftest and most light on their feet, due to their white armor being specially crafted for speed, and are usually calm and tranquil, but if you get on their bad side you will find yourself battered and beaten. Terra are by far the strongest, in their bronze armor they are mighty and imposing, often wielding large weapons of destruction, they tend to be a bit dull and, well, stupid, but are excellent in battle. Every Wylderman is extremely dangerous, as they have been trained to protect more wealthy citizens from everything, especially powered beings, so they are definitely somthing to avoid.
Warpers - It is easy to identify a Warper; they always wear a fedora, a trench coat, a pair of boots and a wrist watch, all in either black or white. They are often tall and slim, but their coats make them look larger than they really are. They are born with the power to warp, but using their wrist watch they decide where and when they warp, and even then if they have a mood swing there is the risk they will warp involuntarily, and it drains energy, depending how far away (in distance and time) they warp. Warpers are quiet and solitary, and mean nobody harm, so they aren’t usually considered dangerous and are mostly left alone, but they are very protective over those of their own kind and aren’t afraid to hurt anyone that wishes ill upon another Warper. There is a small group of them that refuse to wear the normal attire and have been responsible for many assassinations of Superiors, so they are hunted because of this, and instead of a wristwatch they can have a compass instead.
Changers - Changers are just like shapeshifters, except their forms are limited to animals and people. Every Changer starts out with just one animal, and their human form is often similar to their first animal, for instance a girl whose animal is a black panther will be slim, lithe and light on her feet, with black hair and dark eyes. Their personality is also similar to their animal, for example a bear will be usually quiet, when left alone, but will lash out at anyone that annoys them, they are also protective and strong, both physically and mentally. As Changers grow, they gain more animal forms. They are also immortal, unless killed in battle. They have a tattoo of each animal they can change into, even when they’re born they have a tattoo of their first animal, and when they gain a new one another tattoo will appear.
Magicians - Pretty self explanatory. They are talented in all types of magic, shapeshifting, teleportation, and can even see Wisps, as well as being able to do normal sleight of hand tricks, although they can only do a tiny bit of each category and unless they focus their skills on one type of magic, they aren’t very powerful. They are, on many occasions, hired by Superiors to do jobs for them, or just for entertainment. A Magician just wears a plain black coat and top hat, with a white shirt and tie if they are male, and a black and white dress if they’re female. They can be either good or evil, no-one knows.
Superiors - Superiors are like the government, but they are not elected by the people, only the first Superiors were elected, the rest are ones that carry the same blood as the first ones, they are born into the position. They can always be voted out by other superiors, but then they will have to find someone in the same bloodline, so it rarely happens. No-one really likes the Superiors, and there’s only ever one or two that actually care about the people. They wear fancy, rich clothes with jewels and other finery, so they are easily recognisable, but they mostly stay in The Tower.
Travelers - Also self explanatory; they wander the country, searching for new animals, plants, spells, powerful beings, everything. Most books in the Great Library were written by Travelers that had been around the whole world. Travelers are actually more intelligent and knowledgeable than Superiors, so if there were ever an election there would definitely be at least three Travelers in the government. Travelers just dress in plain brown, grey or black clothes with packs on their backs and some kind of staff or walking stick in their hand. For some reason all of them are left handed.
Undefinables - Nobody knows what powers the Undefinables have. They gather in groups and clans to protect and help each other. They can have any power in existence, but they aren’t powerful unless they all come into a group and use their powers all at the same time. They dress like citizens so nobody will know they have powers unless they display their magic in front of them.
Tricity Warriors - Tricity Warriors have no loyalty to anyone but the Tricity, but not necessarily to the Superiors. Their duty is to protect the city, not it’s rulers, and most of them aren’t very fond of the Superiors anyway. They wear white, black and blue intricately designed armor with twin swords on their backs, along with the brand of a lightning strike on their forehead.
Tricity Healers - Tricity Healers have the same view of the Tricity as the Warriors; their job is to protect it, but for the Healers their job is more to protect the people and the Warriors. They are very skilled with healing, both from their power and from training with herbs and other natural methods. You can identify a Tricity Healer by their white hooded cloak, decorated with blue swirls, while the rest of their clothes are blue and black, along with the fact they carry a black bag over their shoulder which contains their orb, the source of their power. They also have a lightning strike on their forehead
Civilians - Just the normal people of the country, they don’t have powers, and if they do, they haven’t discovered them yet. They are often bullied and abused by people in a higher position than them, not by anyone with powers, of course, but by the wealthy, Wyldermen and Superiors.
Places
Dealaca - This is the name of the country. Is is dominated by mountain ranges, plains, forests and the Chosafa desert, with the only two cities being Tricity and Vileka. The larger percentage of its population is magical and powered beings, although non magical people seem to have the higher ranks, with all Superiors having no magic in them whatsoever.
Tricity - This is the Dealaca’s source of power, as in, electricity, and also where the Great Library and The Tower are placed. Citizens of both magical and non magical abilities flock there daily, and aside from Vileka and the farms surrounding the two cities, it is the only populated place in Dealaca.
Vileka - This is the smaller of the two cities, and has a higher human population than anything else. It is well known for its quality Ulcas and large mines of precious metal and gems, as they have better bred Ulcas than anywhere else and use them to move large amounts of earth.
Great Library - This library contains most of the knowledge in all of Dealaca. If it ever was to be destroyed, the whole country would fall to ruins, so it is highly protected and valued. It is under the constant watch of Superiors and hundreds of Wyldermen are posted there every day. It is not open to the public but the occasional citizen may get permission if they wish to add something to its vast amounts of information, or if they are in desperate need.
The Tower - All the Superiors live here and it is the center of the whole country. It is a huge building with shiny windows and a fancy interior. No-one but Superiors is allowed inside, unless they gain permission from the head of council.
Buckrest - Most of the animals from the surrounding forests gather here. A large beech tree stands in the center of a large meadow, ringed by other various deciduous trees. It’s good feeding grounds all year round for canivores, herbivores and omnivores alike, and is often where hunters go in the colder seasons, when it is hard to find prey.
Blood and Bone Forest - A large, dim coniferous forest almost permanently shrouded in mist, even in summer. Bandits and other criminals gather here and camp within the looming trees, making a journey through these woods a dangerous one.
Hunters Cloak - A secluded inn hidden in the woods where hunters go to talk and replenish supplies, and occasionally trade. It’s a great spot for hearing over exaggerated stories and tales from their hunting, if you enjoy that kind of stuff.
Daskers Peak - Some guy called Evan Dasker died here so we named it after him. That’s it, really. The temperature is almost always sub zero, so it’s rarely visited, and the tribes that live there have almost permanent isolation.
Imachitsa Mountains - The mountain range around Dasker's Peak, dominated by snow and coniferous forests, the temperatures are slightly more bearable and the range has a large selection of high altitude wildlife.
Chosafa Desert - This desert makes up a large part of Dealaca, covering miles upon miles of the land with hot golden sand dunes and sparse desert shrubs. Desert Ulcas thrive here and are used as means of transportation by almost all the Chosafa tribes.
Other creatures and people
Imachitsa People - The hardy, pale people from the mountains with long, light hair and sharp blue or grey eyes. Broad shouldered and thick limbed, able to withstand intense amounts of cold and incredibly strong, these people are not to be messed with. Most of them have depression, insanity or some other mental disorder, which makes running into them even more dangerous. They are usually seen around the mid height slopes of the mountains where the trees end and the snow begins wearing thick furs and carrying heavy weapons, frequently with a white wolf.
Chosafa Tribes - The swift, dark-skinned people of the desert, all with the same piercing amber eyes and lithe build, made for running on smooth sand dunes. They tend to only speak in their native language, and remain silent unless they consider something worth saying. Commonly seen with red tattoos, pet hawks and traditional clothing and weapons, often astride Ulcas.
Wisps - These mischievous little spirits are seemingly shapeless, more like blueish white tendrils of smoke, rather than ghosts of some sort. They are able to create hallucinations and, to some extent, control minds, which is what makes them so dangerous, and is the reason they are hunted.
Ulcas - Similar to mules, with mountain breeds having thicker, heavy fur and desert breeds having shiny, thin hair to adapt to their climate. These creatures can control earth, but unfortunately they aren’t particularly good at it, causing earthquakes and such when they are frightened, upset or angry. Usually they can be trained to control their gift and used for mining or even in the military, although the danger is still prominent and the risks high.
Vicytes - These reptilian creatures can appear like any lizard or snake, or occasionally a cross between the two. Eat one has fangs and venom glands containing a different type of poison and antidote, meaning one species could have a very deadly bite, and another could just give you a mild headache. Depending on how you treat them, their bite could either inject poison or the antidote, and because of this people have kept some as pets, but it’s incredibly dangerous as they are inclined to lose their temper.
Crixelanes - A cross between wolves, foxes and hyenas and the scavengers of this world. They hunt in packs and are incredibly dangerous when angered or threatened, as they all attack as one with surprising coordination. Pups can be kept as pets but they tend to go feral as they get older.
Farakea - A mix of pretty much every bird you’ve ever heard of, but they all look different. Some are tamed and used to carry letters and messages, but are only used by people of high position in the community. The messengers can be identified by a slim gold band around their left leg, and these are often shot down by rebels. On rare occasions these birds will have a camera or listening device attached to this gold band, which only increases the danger for any rebels that catch one.
Evelonaes - They look like an average grizzly bear, but they’re far more dangerous with the ability to create and move fire. Like the Ulcas, they can randomly start a fire if they experience a wave of negative emotions or fear, and their eyes and claws will turn into flames when enraged.
Axechiatis - Ice beasts that are a cross between a horse and a cow, usually white or grey, and occasionally even a pale shade of blue. Their hooves, horns and the tips of their tails are ice crystals, as well as ice lining their backbone in jagged waves. Not only do they have their hooves, horns and tails as a weapon but they can also create and use snow and ice as a weapon, or even a means of protection. Can be farmed for meat, although it is usually tough and stringy and only eaten by people when they’re desperate.
Jahinuals - Similar to rats, but they can change their size and make themselves bigger or smaller. The most powerful ones can make themselves the size of a small house, while the weaker ones can only become as large as a cow. Average powered ones can occasionally become as big as an elephant. Their color ranges from tan, brown, grey, white and black, but the most powerful are usually white or black, and they all go white with old age.
Khenians - The most common creature to have as a pet (other than normal animals, obviously) these animals have the size and appearance of average house cats with the colors and breeds ranging from tabby to siamese, with only one difference: each has a set of antlers only slightly smaller than that of an average deer. The color of the antlers depends on the color of the cat’s pelt.
Characters lol
Fiona Bandia (If you’re going to call her anything other than Fiona call her Dia ) - 19 - Female, straight - Having Irish, Scottish, American, German and British heritage, her accent is rather strange, one moment sounding American with a bit of British poshness, the next minute in Scots mode, the next sounding almost Australian. Sometimes her accent is so weird it’s hard to understand her, but she has no control over what it sounds like so, as she says ‘Oh well, suppose I’ll just throw myself off a cliff.’ Fiona is slightly short and small for a nineteen year old, standing at only at 4’9”, but it’s not recommended you mention this to her, for she knows perfectly well she is short and doesn’t take lightly to other people mentioning it. Her hair is long and straight, falling past her hips in waves of mostly light brown, almost fawn, with a golden/red sheen and streaks of dirty blonde. Her fringe droops over her face unless she tucks it behind her ears. Her eyes are light greyish blue framed by reasonably thick, black, long lashes, and her dark eyebrows are almost permanently in a skeptical position, her left eyebrow raised higher than the other. She wears a tiny bit of eyeliner and some mascara to bring out the silver flecks in her eyes, and a thin coat of light colored lipstick on her lips (which are constantly set in a smirk or scowl of some sort). If it’s a special occasion she will wear more, but usually she just sticks with those three things. Now, onto her clothing. Her preferred outfit is a pair of black leather boots, durable and strong, but light and comfortable at the same time, with heels about an inch and a half high, a pair of black leggings with a black leather belt, which holds two sleek, black modern pistols, a white longsleeved blouse with a ruffled collar and a pair of black fingerless gloves, giving her a fancy but dignified and slightly dangerous and mysterious look. On top of that, she wears a black trench coat with extra pockets and slots inside, one for her knife, one for an extra pistol, a few for magazines and ammo, and the rest to put things she may need, and, of course, things she steals. Occasionally she wears a black fedora and she always wears her necklace, which is a pendant resembling a compass and a watch mixed together, made out of silver and hung on a strip of leather, no matter what the occasion. If it’s a time to dress up in a more fancy way, she’ll change to a dark blue dress, black, shiny heels and a dark faux fur coat. - Fiona is inclined to be stubborn, sarcastic and lash out at people, but she enjoys a good laugh and taking risks and putting herself in danger gives her a thrill. She’s rude and snappy, and will stand up to anyone, no matter how much power they may hold over her. She has extreme aquaphobia and thalassophobia, but if you tease her about it, you say hello to the afterlife. She’s unafraid of people, and will actually hurt you if you annoy her, you can mess with her all you want and only get punched a few times, but mess with those she cares for and her inner demon will be released. She’s inclined to have a real sailor's mouth (I’ll substitute the words with [curse]) and when anyone has a problem with it, she’ll just swear more. She enjoys a good joke though, and sometimes she laughs or acts humorous at the worst times, but she usually doesn’t care. Fiona is crazy, a daredevil and always up for a challenge. She loves to cause confusion, as it entertains her, but underneath her mental, hard personality she has a soft heart full of love and affection, and is extremely loyal and a valuable ally. Tell her to go to hell and she’ll tell you she’ll be at throne, and tell you not to join her.. - Do not call her Fifi, Fi, Fona or pretty much any nickname unless she suggests it, if you value your life. Her last name means goddess in Irish and she damn well takes pride in it. She has a pet ferret called Trelós, the Greek word for crazy (actually just the pronunciation of it because the real word was a mess of fancy lettering) who spends most of his time hidden in her coat. Her favourite sayings/quotes are ‘Fantastic’, ‘Oh well, suppose I’ll just throw myself off a cliff.’, ‘Well isn’t this just wonderful’ and ‘Oh how lovely’, all in a voice dripping with sarcasm, along with ‘I don’t care what you asked but my answer is no with a capital N and a full stop’, ‘Of course I did’ and ‘See you in hell,’ in a more normal voice. Example scenario:
Person: “Did you kill this guy?”
Fiona: “Of course I did.” - Kat
Khall ( - Cal- ) Murphy |
Impatient and quick witted, Khall is not afraid of adventure. His disposition to be more than just tactical, and a will of a thrill keeps him together. Khall comes from a long line of Scottish heritage, and takes pride in who he is, and of course, where he came from. Khall stands at around 6'1 with his body shape at an average level. He's considerably average weight, but has decent muscles for his habits and age at 23. Khall has a mop of curly, dark hair that he keeps tamed in a low pony tail at the nape of this neck. Some strands willings to curl out of the bond and over his forehead and cheekbones, with a thick, and short wave of a beard on his chin. He has a winded face with smoky blue-grey eyes, bordered with thick lashes. His eyebrows are thin, and spend most of their time unbalanced from each other with one being raised in almost any situation he finds himself in. Khall usually wears a black and white bandanna around his neck dark, fitting shirt that remains somewhat hidden underneath a trench coat that falls to his ankles. A dark grey belt is fitted loosely at his waist, with light loops for tightening. Situated in a holster, is a dark pistol with a leather hood and grip. Along with a long, thin knife that is secured on his opposite hip. Khall wears pale gray pants that are tucked into shin high black boots. Said boots having a collection of straps and laces to keep them tight. Khall has a tendency to dismiss any company that comes his way. Considering himself a lone wold he prefers to venture on his own. He is driven against the cause since he was 12 years old, and fights for his own benefit. He believes in justice through the end of his enemies and isn't afraid to kill if he is threatened to an extent. However, he doesn't find fighting worth his time if he can avoid it, and wishes to walk out un-skinned if he could. Not brutal in his fighting, he'll do it quickly if he must. He isn't high class, and steals for his survival. Even though in some situations he has the money to support himself. Leading up to him finding himself jail once or twice through his teenage years. | Nev

Impatient and quick witted, Khall is not afraid of adventure. His disposition to be more than just tactical, and a will of a thrill keeps him together. Leading up to him finding himself jail once or twice through his teenage years. | Nev
