FireClan and EarthClan Border

Duskfire purred at his apprentice's enthusiasm and stalked away to hunt a mouse. He quickly dispatched it, and walked back to the border to check on Pebblepaw. The scent of EarthClan made him increasingly uneasy. He knew a patrol was around, and with only him and his apprentice (who had not yet been taught any battle moves) to protect themselves, he didn't like his chances against a whole patrol if for some reason things got nasty. So he slunk a little further away from the border and resolved to hunt atleast a little way away from the border, not wanting to accidentally cross it, especially with his young Apprentice at stake. "Pebblepaw!" He shouted out, not seeing her were he left her. "Pebblepaw?" He said a little more uncertainly when he heard no reply.
