Introduction:
You wake up to remember it's the day you can finally start your journey, but first you have to get your pokemon. You quickly get dressed and run to the lab where Professor Ice is waiting for you. He's a tall man with messy blue hair and bright brown eyes. "Hello, I'm Professor Ice, this region's Pokemon Professor. The world we live in is full of many mysterious creatures known as pokemon, many known, but also many unknown. We live together with these magnificent beings, lending our strength to one another to live and prosper. Here we have the three starter pokemon of the [to be added] region. Choose carefully because this pokemon will be your partner, traveling with you loyally throughout your journey. You will protect each other and meet many more pokemon together. Here is your very own Pokedex, it will tell you all about the pokemon you encounter." He says, showing you three pokemon before handing you a pokedex. You point the pokedex at the first pokemon, "[to be added], a fire and flying type pokemon. When angry the stripes on this pokemon will begin to burn, making it dangerous to approach." You then point it at the second pokemon. "[to be added], a water type pokemon. This pokemon is most often found living in groups in the shallows of lakes, though today it is rarely seen in the wild." You move to look at the third pokemon. "[to be added], a grass type pokemon. [to be added]." Which will you choose? What will you become? Who will you meet?

Rules:
1. I want there to be at least three humans.
2. Yes, you may roleplay both human and/or pokemon.
3. Before beginning in a battle decide who will win.
4. No roleplaying legendaries.
5. When battling don't roleplay the attack hitting the opposing pokemon, just wait for the other person's perspective to see if it hit.
6. Yes, we will have all the pokemon from previous generations including the ones created for this region.
7. when talking in ooc use () [] or {}
8. Try to be realistic with the moves, for instance Hyper Beam uses up all the users energy to create a powerful blast but the user will be weak or unable to move the next turn. It has a 90% chance of hitting its target so it'll most likely hit the opposing pokemon, but the user won't be able to keep using it again and again and again. In other put "Unrealistic Hyper Beam"
9. Sorry if that was a lot.
10. Have fun
11. Try keep the gender ratio even
