Hey, everyone! Welcome to my little corner of the forums. I'm pretty sure that everyone knows how these games work, but if you don't:
This is a Name-The-Apprentice thread! I'll present three to four apprentices for naming, and you guys come up with names! If your submission wins, then hooray, you've won a kit!
RULES:
- All forum rules apply
- Don't use names that have already been submitted
- Try to avoid canon names. I know, there's a heckuva lot of cats, but this is a game based on creativity and originality.
- Please submit proper names for all the apprentices. I've taken time to come up with detailed descriptions for each of them to help you. If you're not going to come up with a name, don't bother including them in your post.
- I reserve the right to add rules as I see fit.
The Apprentices:
Pebblepaw - A dark gray tabby tom with yellow eyes, a white flash on his nose, and white paws. He's good at hunting and fighting, but doesn't exactly excel when compared to his denmates. He's a hard worker, though, and very clever. He puts his all into everything he does, and is always the first to volunteer for patrol. He's come up with several creative solutions to problems, such as dropping branches and stones into the stream and diverting it, so it no longer flooded the camp during the rainy seasons.
Mothpaw - A dilute torbie molly with amber eyes. She's the fastest in the Clan, and uses her skills well in both hunting and battle. She can be hard to get along with, though, due to her short temper and her sarcastic sense of humor. She pushes herself and her denmates as hard as she can, striving to do all she can for the clan that raised her. Her mentor worries, though. Sometimes she can be a little too vicious during battle training, and more than once he's seen a dangerous glimmer in her eyes when their border patrols encounter cats from other clans.
Dawnpaw - A stocky, broad, pale ginger molly with long soft fur and green eyes. When not out on apprenticeship duties, she can often be found helping in the nursery or the elders' den. She's as sweet as can be, though not one to be trifled with. She's a phenomenal fighter, and though she'd rather talk conflicts out than unsheathe her claws, she'll do what she must for the sake of her Clan.
Birchpaw - A silver spotted tabby molly with yellow eyes. She's a great hunter, and excels at scent-tracking. She's always got a joke or three at the ready for when Mothpaw's criticisms get too intense, and she loves play-fighting with the kits in the nursery and the younger apprentices. She'll often go swimming in the stream by the camp, though many of her clanmates think she's crazed for it. Still, she catches fish better than anyone else, and has saved more than one wayward kit from the water. Several of the other cats are trying to convince her to teach them to swim, but she lacks the patience to be a good teacher.
