After each trial, all the participants will gather to vote. A round consists of multiple voting periods, although the number of voting periods varies from round to round. There may be two periods, or there may be seven. Who knows how many there will be but the puppeteers? Voting is the only reliable way to change one's number.
Everyone will be paired up against another individual or a group of two. Each individual or group can choose to ally or betray.
Let's say that Allie and Emigo are voting against each other. If both choose to ally, both gain 2 points. If Emigo betrays Allie and she allies, Emigo gains 3 points while Allie loses 2 points. The same is true for the opposite. If both choose to betray, their numbers do not change. |

But what if we didn't know the result yet? Could you say for certain that the cat is either one? Try as you might, you must conclude that the cat is either dead or alive- or even, depending on the perspective, both alive and dead.
Similarly, if you flip a two-sided coin and covered it with your hand, you can only assume with complete certainty that the coin is both sides up. This is because if you said it was one side, it could possibly be the other. An interesting topic, hmm? |

Brindlemask doesn't desturb the three cats and looks around the Library. There are a few books with words that are longer than your brain can handle. Riddles is a section that catches your eye, though. The stone slab did say something about riddles to entertain you.... |
