Ilex daps her paw into the water, and smells it, wondering if it was clean enough to drink. Despite her weariness, she lapped up a few drinks of the water anyways.

Stonestreak glances down at the river and steps closer to the waters edge. "Hopefully it's safe to drink." She, copying Inez reached down and gratefully lapped up some of the cool water. It helped soothe the constant burn in her throat. The shecat let out a contented purr.

"You can't do that all the time, Allie!" Emigo huffs. "But it is clever... here, I have some advice for all three of you: That cleverness will only get you so far. You won't be able to save everyone this round." With a flick of his tail, Emigo vanished, along with Allie. The world became dark for a second, then the trio found themselves in the main room. There was a tunnel branching outwards this time, though.

"That's what I was thinking.. but you're right the current looks pretty strong." The shecat placed her paw in the water and felt the swift downward flow. "I don't think swimming will work. Perhaps there's a branch somewhere we could use as a sort of bridge?"
