She was in no position to be betrayed again, she would die.

(It makes me sad to see Brindlemask go...Oh well. I'm literally tearing up. But, there's nothing I can do about it. I can't believe I got so attached to her.  ) As Brindlemask heard Allie's words, her gaze filled with confidence. She looked around her, a sad, but happy smile on her face. She had made many friends on this experience. Now she had to go. "I'll miss you guys..." She croaked with sad, and happiness. "But I want you all to never forget about me. I'll...I'll always be there for you guys." Brindlemask smiled, even thought tears ebbed down her cheeks. She felt happy, happy that she had friends. As she faded away, she kept her gaze on Ilex and Larkwing. I'll miss them both... She faded away before she could glance at anyone else. (Don't worry Ilex she'll come back one day! Just making sure you saw Brindlemask's last words to Ilex. I'm sure it would mean a lot to Ilex. WHY CAN'T I STOP THINKING ABOUT HER!! I"M PROBABLY ANNOYING EVERYONE.) |

Ilex sighed, "It wasn't your fault...it was no one's. They both will live forever in our hearts..." Ilex decided, and let off a sigh, opening up the Riddles book to try and clear her head. |

(Go ahead and do that! It's nice to see people be inspired to make stuff like this :3) Yes. They are the ones running the game. Have you seen them at work? They control the doors, bracelets, and statues. They know who is most likely to die, and adjust their plans accordingly. Schrödinger's will allows them to do this in the first place. |

Heavystrike ears perked up as he heard Larkwing. "Of course." He replied, rising from his spot on the floor. Larkwing nodded her head, as she passed out of the Library with the other cat. The she-cat then glanced back at the Library entrance before looking at Heavystrike. "I was wondering why you had chosen Ally, during the last vote? Everyone else..." She shook her head. "Well, you know what happened..." She trailed off. |

"Thank you Grimoire..." Ilex said and turned away to walk away, she turned back, her eyes dim with sadness, "I wish you shadows the best, Brindlemask, and you Grimoire, thank you." Ilex whispered before running off to the main room. She spotted Heavystrike and Larkwing, her eyes large, "Allie and Emigo, they are behind it all!" She whispered to them. "They aren't helping us, they are playing with us. I found out from Grimoire..." she said, but didn't explain whom Grimoire was yet.

Bramblewish tried to piece together everything in the book. Allie and Emigo could not be trusted if they were the ones that ran the game. This strange She Who Sees All Evil character wasn't too clear. Shaking her head, she continued to think. Did that mean this was all more complicated than a simple game? It was complicated. Sighing, Bramblewish got up from her corner.
