It is an honor to inform you that you have been accepted to Hawthorn Academy. After extensive conversation with your references (if provided), and review of your application and interview, the faculty at Hawthorn believes that you will be a worthwhile investment to the school.
Please arrive to the campus no later than one week prior to the beginning of the semester. Precise directions to the location have been provided based on your home address, which can be found attached to this letter. If there are any problems, please contact the school as soon as possible. After an extensive application process, you have been accepted into the prestigious Hawthorn Academy. With as many classes as you can imagine (and then some) offered, it's practically impossible to say no. Sure, the trip there will be long, and you'll likely be leaving behind much of the world you have known, but you know you'll never experience something like this. So open your mind, always stay alert, and enjoy your time. The Academy welcomes you.

HELLO Hawthorn Academy is located in the Luster municipality of Norway, about 9.65 km (6.0 mi) southwest from the village of Skjolden (pictured above). The campus is nestled at the shore of Lustrafjorden, the area providing a magical feeling. It was founded in 1737 and despite the "vintage" look of many of the buildings, they have very modern facilities. Because a cruise line passes through this area, as well as the curious tourists, the Academy likes to keep their campus looking as beautiful as ever. Cobbled pathways wind through the campus, with some paved roads also connecting major areas. A few shuttles run throughout the day to get the students where they need to be. The "campus" is actually practically its own little village, spanning across approximately 2,700 acres of land. There are a few small ranches and farms that provide food. Most of the housing and recreational areas are located closer to the shore, on the flattest land.
Werewolves: These are pretty standard creatures. A bite or scratch will spread the disease, although it’s incredibly dangerous with a high mortality rate. They are stronger, faster and have better senses and reflexes than the average human. They are slightly weaker than vampires, but have an unbeatable sense of smell. They have no inherent organization, although packs will form between some. The trained werewolf will be able to shift whenever they please, and have a small amount of control over their actions on a full moon. A new or untrained werewolf will find themselves particularly sensitive and easily angered. Intense emotion can then cause a transformation to begin. On a full moon, an untrained wolf is incredibly dangerous, blacking out and losing their humanity to an unsatable rage. These werewolves have two forms. The general form is a disturbing mix between human and wolf, with gangly, elongated limbs, thick, short claws, and a thin layer of hair. The face of a werewolf pushes forward slightly, pointed teeth filling an unusually large mouth. The ears will also elongate. This form of werewolf could almost be called more similar to some kind of monkey or ape, being particular adept climbers and walking on their knuckles. The full moon form takes on more beast-like traits, with the usual look of a wolf, except two legs and two arms and hands. Werewolves are significantly more numerous than vampires but the average gang of werewolves would not be able to take down a small group of vampires (what with their “elite” club). Not to mention, they don't particularly care about taking out vampires, so it doesn't matter much.
Angels: This species largely aligns to their biblical lore in terms of appearance. Their natural form can range from fleshy, living geometric shapes that burn with light to something almost human looking, but too many wings and too many eyes or too many faces. They tend to look decently frightening, and often will warn people not to be afraid. Thankfully, many of them can also transform into a human shape. However, even in this form, they can have oddities. It's common for an angel to have multiple sets of eyes, or to glow or have too many sets of limbs. They will not always retain wings in this form. It all just kind of depends. Now, angels aren't all good and pure. They are a very loyal kind of people, and fierce warriors. “Fight me” could most definitely be their species motto. They are rare in the human realm, as most of them prefer to stay in their own realm, not to mention it's highly discouraged to deal with mortals. They are, by the way, immortal. A person can not become an angel, as angels merely come into existence. They are tasked with keeping all of the realms “in order,” whatever that means to these beings and whatever god or pantheon that they serve.
