I'm in a writing mood, so I decided I'll write little things describing how Monarch (a titan from Titanfall 2) applies her upgrades on the battlefield. Don't expect these to make 100% sense.......
[ARC ROUNDS]
Monarch's XO-16 chaingun hummed as internal generators began to power up. Electricity flowed into the firing chamber and barrel of the gun, infusing the rounds with a powerful charge. Monarch turned a corner and opened fire on her target- an Ion titan- small arcs of electricity stretching outwards from the barrel. The Ion quickly put up her Vortex Shield, but the charge of the Arc Rounds quickly drained Ions energy supply, disabling the vortex shield and leaving her chassis vulnerable. The round tore through the chassis making quick work of the titan and the pilot inside.
