NightBringer's Kit Den (Open!)

"Don't worry, Blackkit! It just takes practice! But you did better!" Nagisa said and smiled. "To be completely honest, it took me quite some time before I mastered that crouch, so don't worry! It just takes some practice! In fact, I bet you you'll learn even quicker than me!" Nagisa said reassuringly. "Now, let's stop practicing this and go get some food! I'm absolutely famished since I haven't had anything to eat since yesterday!"

"Thank you." Flintfoot mewed, smiling. She carefully stepped over to where the young kit was hastily grooming herself. "Hi there." She said, kindly.

"My name is Flintfoot, and I've come a long way to meet you. You're Mottlekit?" Flintfoot asked, though she already knew the answer.

"Oh, thank goodness!" Nagisa exclaimed and followed Blackkit. "Hahaha! So much fresh-kill...!!!" She meowed excitedly and picked a fat rabbit from the pile. She was about to take a bite but then realized Blackkit might want some. "Do you want some, Blackkit?" Nagisa asked and pushed it towards her.

Poppysun glances curiously at the young kit, and then redirects her gaze to Ashkit's attempt at wrapping the leaves. She laughs softly, unfurling the crooked leaves and starting to refold them. "You should eat some of that squirrel before we head back to camp." she purrs lovingly, "But before you start, I'm just going to quickly show you how to wrap leaves properly. So you take two leaves and place them on top of eachother," she explains,  "but make sure they are facing in opposite directions. You then place the herbs on top and fold the leaves over the top, securing it with a small stick so that it doesn't open when your carrying it." She steps back to admire her handiwork and then bends her head to eat some of the prey.

"Thanks!" Nagisa exclaimed and quickly finished the rabbit. She rolled over onto her back, satisfied and yawned sleepily. She glanced at Blackkit, playing with the butterfly, and thought, She's so adorable! Nagisa stretched and then curled up next to Blackkit. "Goodnight..." Nagisa murmured sleepily and dozed off.

MottleKit frowned at the thought, and considered. "i dont know... i dont like to fight. i prefer to help my friends, when they get hurt or sick or something" she mewls. she didnt want to disappoint this cat, but she really did not believe she was fit to be a leader.

MottleKit shrugs, and continue to bathe herself, determined to get herself clean again.

MottleKit threw a look at the cat, and frowned. "because i was interrupted during my bath and never finished" she retorts.

Flintfoot nods her head. "Would you like me to leave you alone, then?" She asks, taking a respectful step back

Elmkit looks up from playfighting with his sister, which resulted with him getting a heavy blow to the ear. He stumbled sideways and nearly fell over, casting an annoyed glance at Dovekit and then turning his attention to the newcomer. "Hello, who are you?" he asks curiously.
Smokekit peaks his head out from behind the den wall, staring at the she-cat with wide eyes. He scampers out of the den and sits next to Dovekit, who had taken to washing her chest.

(Going to sleep now, this is my last post for a few hours)

Elmkit studied the cat, thinking about her response. "Why are you here?" he mewed quietly, not taking his eyes off Snowdapple.

Dovekit had been cleaning her fur, but at Elmkit's question she looked up. "Don't be so rude!" she hissed quietly, glancing at the she-cat to study her response. She was just as curious as her brother about why the older cat was here, but she knew that they had to be polite.

Elmkit narrowed his eyes at Dovekit as she talked. "She said we could ask her anything." he retaliated shortly. They always argued, but in the end they made up because they simply had too much to play and to do.

Smokekit turned his head to look at Dovekit as she spoke, wishing his siblings didn't always have to fight.

BlackKit giggled, and sat fairly still as her friend groomed her fur back into place. "i hope i didnt wake you! i was just playing with a feather i found" the kit explains.

MottleKit sighs, and shakes her head. "tell me more about this.. clan" she says.

Poppysun covers the bones with dirt as soon as she finished, giving silent thanks to starclan for the prey that they had eaten. She then picked up the poppies once more and flicks her tail, signalizing for Ashkit to follow her. They walk silently back to camp, past fragrant flowers and glossy leaves. As they enter the camp through the narrow passage, Poppysun murmers for Ashkit to place her bundle next to the flat stone in the medicine cove.
(The medicine cove is the rounded area, slightly away from the rest of the camp, where Poppysun's den and her herb storage area is. The medicine cove is surrounded by stone walls and the passage to the rest of the camp narrows so that only two cats could stand side-by-side in the walkway.)
