"Hold on a minute." said Tom. "We all grant you have the upper hand in this situation, but I'm still stuck in here with this lunatic." He gestured to Shaw. "Why not talk like equals? Face-to-face? I'm unarmed, after all."

Shaw gave Tom a sharp look, obviously catching on to his plan, but pretending to be offended. She added a bit of insanity to her eyes as well, for good measure.
"I think I'm fine here, thank you." Ben answered smoothly. "After all, we are face to face, and I can hear you just fine. Now, are you going to answer my question, or should I ask James?"

Tom, cleverly, ignored Shaw and rolled his eyes irritably at Ben, still utterly relaxed. "Very well. Charlie memorized your defense patterns, broke into your office, stole an iPad and used it to hack into your security feeds, then used that to evade the remaining guards. Like I said, all you have to do to escape this place is to be a bit more clever than the next man."

Ben smiled wider, pausing. "Well, yes, that does make sense." He said slowly, staring unblinkingly at Tom. "Only one problem. I don't keep an iPad in my office."

Tom's expression didn't waver. "Really? I could've sworn George left one there when his shift got up." He shrugged. "Well, she got her hands on one, anyway." As it happened, George was the IT expert that he had witnessed dragging Charlie, so he had no problems shoving him under the bus.

Ben shrugged, not thinking this to be impossible. "I'll talk to him." He said simply. "We'll see. I'll be back soon." And with that, he left the room.

Tom watched him go, satisfied with his work. He knew George would get defensive and angrily deny any accusation Ben made, which he hoped would just make Ben suspicious. He'd bought some time, anyway.

"Not bad." Shaw congratulated him, though quietly. "Don't look too happy though, they probably have cameras. And keep your voice down."

Tom had already noticed the cameras(complete with microphones, he suspected), so he started up his sales pitch. "You know, we could cooperate." he said, meeting her gaze and flicking his own eyes to the camera for just a split second. Hopefully she'd get the hint and no just decide he was a complete idiot.

Shaw didn't even change her position, as if he'd said nothing strange. "Work together?" She repeated, raising her eyebrows as if in disbelief.

"Think about it." insisted Tom. "I know it sounds ridiculous, but what else do we have? The small chance of eventual escape, but then what? This island isn't built for survival. Trust me, I've tried."

"Sorry pal, I've got a way better chance on my own." Shaw answered simply, again slipping her hand casually behind her. "Just stay out of my way."

Tom rolled his eyes and resumed his pondering.
"Food for the prisoners." came a bored, Scottish voice from the hall. "Step away from the door please, if ya want to keep your fingers."

Shaw stepped to the side with her back to the wall so she was out of immediate sight of whoever came in, keeping her hand behind her. She shot Tom a knowing look and waited.

Rush opened the door, carrying a tray of food. He was accompanied by a very large Doberman-ish dog who was sporting a spiked pink collar and growling menacingly at the prisoners.
Tom stood up, waiting to take action.

Well, the dog was a surprise. However, by the time Shaw realized this it was too late turn back. Instead of pinning the guard as she'd planned, she backed a ways away and pulled out one of the Other's stun guns. "Hands up, against the wall, now." She ordered, keeping an eye on the dog. She might have to shoot it, but she'd rather not take her weapon off the man.

Rush pulled out his own gun at almost the same moment, aiming it at Tom. "Mandy, drop." he said sharply. The dog dropped to the ground, gaze fixed on Shaw. "Pull that trigger and your friend'll be dead before I hit the ground." he warned.

"One problem." Shaw answered, her voice frighteningly calm. "He's not my friend." She squeezed the trigger, aiming for his gun arm. If she was right, this would both knock off his aim and give Tom time to throw himself out of the way. If she was wrong, well....she wasn't wrong.

Rush stumbled back, hit in the arm, but then, unexpectedly pulled a second gun with his right arm. He fired, and the unarmed Tom dodged again, making a run at Rush with his own small pocket knife. Rush shouted another command to Mandy, who turned tail and ran back down the corridor, barking loudly.
(BAM)
They were approaching the outer wall. Reese was on high alert, scanning the perimeter for any sign of disturbance. Cas was alternating between glaring suspiciously at Crowley and watching Reese. Dean was staring into the woods, watching for an ambush. Charlie was dressed in all black, skulking through the undergrowth and hanging back to check if they'd been followed.

Carl was crouched silently near Reese, his hat helping camouflage him. He kept the adult in the corner of his vision, ready to do whatever he was told. That was the only way he had convinced them to take him.
Crowley raised his eyebrows innocently at Cas every time he received a glare. "Well I'm not going to start shooting." He said in an undertone the third time this happened.
"We need to move." James was becoming increasingly anxious as the time went by, now he seemed unable to sit still.
Shaw shot Tom a quick glance, proud to discover he was unharmed. She turned and grabbed the dropped gun, then jogged out and away.

Tom grabbed the gun out of Rush's hand and followed Shaw.
"Stay calm." said Reese. "If we're not careful, we'll blow the whole operation."
Dean raised his gun and clobbered a guard who had almost managed to come up behind them. He raised a finger, signaling for the others to be quiet.

"What are we waiting-" James broke of with a a startled gasp as the guard was taken care of. Fortunately, he stopped himself from calling out. "-for?" He finished.
"I assume we're waiting for the perfect opportunity to set our flawless plan into action." Crowley answered, raising his eyebrows at Dean. "Right, squirrel?"
Shaw made it all the way to the door without much trouble, besides choke-holding a couple guards. "Which way?" She asked Tom.

"Whatever you say." said Charlie scathingly. "Just stay out of the way, huh?"
"Go." said Reese, moving into the shadow of the gate and silently taking out another guard. Dean exchanged a glance with Sam, slightly irked at being bossed around.
"How should I know?" asked Tom. "I've never been here before."

Sam made a face back, shrugging. Reese did seem to know what he was doing, although he too disliked being ordered around. He followed, carefully keeping to the shadow.
"Glad to know you care." Crowley returned, but anything more he had to say was cut off by Reese's order.
Carl crept silently forward, gun at the ready. Truth be told he was glad to finally have something like this to do. He just didn't seem cut out for relaxation.

"Get down!" called Reese, ducking for cover as a couple guards started firing. He ducked in and out, using his rifle to take them out one by one. Dean was a bit disconcerted now - the supernatural he could handle, but this sort of organized, trained combat was something he'd never really experienced. Cas hung back, not sure what would happen if he damaged his vessel while his powers were awol.

Sam dove for cover glanced around to make sure everyone had made it. "Cas." He called, spotting the angel. "Get down."
Carl slid behind the wall, waiting a moment before peeking out just long enough to get a shot off. It was a petty good one too, or so he thought as he dodged back behind the wall.

Reese shot him a look, impressed. "Nice gun." he commented, seeing the silencer.
Cas obeyed, ducking out of the line of fire.
Charlie stepped up behind Reese. The Machine would be able to direct her fire once she was inside camp, but there were no cameras here.

"Thanks." Carl called back, the constant gunfire didn't seem to bother him. He got off work couple more shots before having to dodge again.
Crowley had his hands clapped over his ears, looking extremely uncomfortable.

"Clear." called Reese, advancing into camp. Dean, Cas, and Charlie followed, sticking close. So far, so good.

Carl, James, and a very reluctant Crowley followed, Crowley trying to take up the rear but Carl staying stubbornly behind and keeping an eye out for people seeking up on them. Someone came around the corner and ran for them, and Carl pulled the triggor, grazing his leg.
