 Poor Sunpelt. Your making me want to start the one-shot so badly. Just one thing, I noticed this one typo: Bit this was all for Ghostsight's safety. But apart from that the chapter was awesome.

More interesting facts about the story -
White, Ghostsight's father, was originally not gonna show up in the story
Instead of White telling Ghostsight that he had schizophrenia, it was going to be a kittypet who's house folk had the same thing
At first, I wasn't sure if Sunpelt was going to be in love with Ghostsight. It was going to be a one sided thing but it seemed too similar to some of my other work
In a draft, Ashblossom's kits were going to die and Mistylight and Searipple weren't going to exist
Brightspirit is actually still alive and living as a kittypet
White still regrets not being with his son throughout his life
White's rouge friends were going to have a more important role but it would have taken too much time and would have taken at least 16 more chapters if they became part of the main group.
Tooth, one of Whites pals, was my favorite character to write for and knew White from the very beginning
