Planning pages are usually used to brainstorm, especially when multiple people are starting a project together, like a new FanClan or a club. These pages are all about organisation.

Planning pages = brain storm/plot development
It's where people can come up with concepts, themes, characters, turning points and anything that can be used to map out the story.
Planning pages also include the them of the front page, rules, information, and fonts.

Those fancy front pages have to start somewhere! >D These pages basically take all the messy ideas and help put them together. That way when ready to go live it's just copy+paste to the actual thread.
