So my messages show that I have a new message. Except it won't show me anything.
I did block a member today so I don't know if maybe they sent me something and I can't see it but got the notification but I don't know how to fix it

This happens every so often, I've found. Generally it goes away on its own. That's the best I can tell you.

The FAQs is a slow board, so there's no need to bump.
However, there is a fix;;
Go to Profile > Edit Profile > Notifications > Scroll down to the Personal Message section > Uncheck > Save Changes > Recheck the square > Save Changes.
This will turn off notifications for your PM's, cancelling the '1' above your messages, and then turning them right back on, so you'll get notifications when you actually get a message.
