Since I haven't hosted anything in a while and 𝕊’𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖 wanted one so here it is. The Things that Matter - The idea is just to be creative on the prompt. The prompt is there to give you ideas and direction, but I don't want to read ten of the same story, so think about how you can make your take on the prompt unique! - Anything forum-safe is permitted. Humans, dragons, fan-fics. Fantasy, realism, romance whatever you want to write. - This is a short story writing contest. Please keep it around 500-4000 words. I don't really mind if it's under/over that, but stay around that ballpark. You're not writing me a novel. - Anyone can join in, no matter what your experience, as I'll be reading and giving feedback to everyone. - Please post your entry on a NEW THREAD and link it here. That way you'll get more feedback on your piece. However, if you're really self-conscious about your writing and don't want to publicly post it but still want to enter, feel free to send it to me via pm. (I'll ask that you post it publicly if you win so that others can see how great it is!)
