So, with mine, I'm going to warn you all now. There may be little to no dialogue in it. It has yet to be written out, but the plot and character has been filed in a Word document. I'm toying with the thought of having an actual storm in the story or not (could care less about bonus points, honestly).

My biggest problem is submitting work before I've edited it. I just want to get it in and rush. That and I wish we could have editors here to look at your work for a final check before it's submitted; but then I guess that defeats the purpose of an amateur writing contest.

I can create description, but it's not descriptive enough. Character development, believability and description are the three biggest things I need to work on other than coming up with the middle of the story. XD Though that seems to be the biggest problem for most writers, so I've heard.

LOL, well my idea is not very unique. It's more Clans of the Valley stuff. But this is going to help me with developing a new character. She's very important to me, so I want to get it right!
