ThunderClan = Super strength, explosive fighting skills
RiverClan = Telepathy, can breathe underwater

Funny, I was about to make a topic just like this. Those aren't really elemental powers thiugh, but just superpowers in general. The elements are water, fire, earth, air, and occasionally aether and nether.
Anyway, here are some.
ThunderClan: Pyrokinesis
WindClan: Aerokinesis and Terrakinesis
RiverClan: Hydrokinesis
I'm not entirely sure for ShadowClan and SkyClan. Maybe Netherkinesis and Aethikinesis respectively? But again, I'm not entirely sure.

SkyClan are agile and easily climb trees, so perhaps the power of flight and extreme balance

I think that it could go something like this:
Thunderclan - Electrokinesis
Riverclan - Hydrokinesis
Windclan - Super speed
Shadowclan - Invisibility
Skyclans - Flight

thunderclan - heightened sense of hearing/smell, since they stalk prey through the undergrowth
riverclan - can hold breath for heightened amounts of time
windclan - heightened speed
shadowclan - heightened sight (night vision)
skyclan - decreased gravitational force so they can jump higher??? idk

ShadowClan = able to control shadows & manipulate them. They could disappear into the shadows easily, control them as weapons, etc.
WindClan = aerokinesis, probably.
ThunderClan = geo/terrakinesis! maybe pyrkokinesis or controlling lightning
RiverClan = hydrokinesis
SkyClan = controlling light! the sky has several sources of lights sooo
