I'm a female, 19, and I'm looking for someone around my age.

But, for some conversation starters, I'm a fan of video games (Pokemon, Undertale, Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley, Final Fantasy, Dark Souls ect.). I'm also an artist (I drew the pixel in my signature, it's on my deviantart) and I also like certain anime and Steven Universe is pretty cool.

I try to draw semi-frequently, traditionally and digitally, but idk how much success I have. I'd offer some examples but I'm on a computer without any of the images sooo that sucks. I like Steven Universe, & I'm not too into anime but I have watched some - InuYasha, Sword Art Online, 007-Ghost, Soul Eater, and so on.

I generally consider myself agender, but I said female so people knew I was a "girl". You can use any pronouns with me, I dont mind. Out of he and they, is there one you prefer more?

So I'm not sure if that one really counts. I like terraria too  I don't play many of the games myself bc monetary constraints & I worry about getting them the other way but I still enjoy them, whether watching my brother play or something on YouTube or whatever I can manage. I have a few, really poorly taken pictures on my iPod I could potentially upload? Of the digital ones at least, my favorite traditional art piece looks fine in the photo but it's potentially vaguely nsfw, so I can't post it publicly, oopsies. We should trade pictures some time, I'm super interested in pixel art! I have no idea how it's made, so it's vaguely awe-inspiring to see nice pieces people have created |

We should! And pixel art is super easy once you get the hang of it! It's very time consuming, though. Well, for me, at least. xD |

Basically, every picture is made up of pixels. Everything you see on your screen is pixels! The font this is written in is made of pixels. Buuuuuut you probably already knew that. The most basic program that does pixel art is on every Windows computer, MS Paint! It really helps you to get a grasp of how pixel art works. It basically is just drawing with little coloured squares. The drawing program I have , Paint Tool Sai, is a bit more advanced, as it can make sure everything sits on a transparent background if you wanted [much like my profile picture, or Lightningfall in my signature]. It's not designed for pixel art exclusively, but with the Pixel or Binary brush. you can do pixel art really well. I've been doing it on and off for about five years now, and it's tedious, but fun! He's right, it's such a well made game! Everything was made by one person, too. The art, the story, the characters and even the music! All one talented dude. It is a wonderful way to spend your time, and I've certainly spent lots of time playing it! Especially when I had my wisdom teeth removed in March. I played it for a week straight. xD

A really old version though, as I got it a few years ago in a morally questionable way.. I still don't fully understand it, but I like it well enough. I would have done that, too, but the root of one of my teeth was growing way too close to a very important nerve. If I waited, removal later had a higher risk of the nerve being damaged when the tooth was being pulled. When I actually booked the surgery, moving my jaw a small bit actually hurt a lot because the root was pushing up against the nerve. I didn't really have a choice.It's the only surgery I've ever had, and it wasn't that bad. I remember acting really weird and feeling almost half asleep when they released me. xD
You should be okay if they arent doing what mine did and they have enough room to come in.
I did the same thing as you but I have a newer version. I think they all come with that tool, and it should be named either Pixel or Binary. Mine is Binary. Not sure which is older. And it's a really intimidating program to use! When I first picked it up two years ago, it scared me with how little I knew. But from experience and watching speed draws and tutorials, I know my way around the program quiiiiite well now, I'd say. If you need any help, you can always just ask~
Also, I found TempestClan and oh my goodness, what a wonderful clan! I ended up joining, actually. xD

GOSH that sounds really terrible?? I'm suddenly extremely thankful I can be all childish and get my way with keeping them lol, that problem sounds scary. I'm glad you were okay!! I really like the wisdom tooth removal videos where the people just coming out of the anesthesia daze are super confused and saying ridiculous things... Did they send you home with pain medication? The bottom ones don't have room but are "impacted" so the dentist said they'd never come up, I'm crossing my fingers the top won't have a problem lol I usually google my questions... And get annoyed when there's not an answer either for my version, at all, or sometimes the feature I google doesn't exist. I actually have no idea how to make transparent backgrounds - I did google it, but I think it wouldn't work for me? Maybe my version is THAT old.. Or maybe I couldn't save it as the right file type, I don't remember. I have so much learning to do lol I saw that!! I haven't had a chance to read over your characters, as I like to do with people so I know what's up, but I think it's gonna be super fun to see your RP style!! The people are really nice there too, and can be found in a lot of different parts of the forums. I feel like I should find one of the clans you're in too, lol, would that be weird?? |

It was hilarious. I wish my boyfriend had gotten a video. I asked him who he was, and then the nurse came in and asked who he was and all of a sudden I just stated his full name without missing a beat. I also asked him what my favourite animal was for some reason. Maybe I had forgotten. I have no memory of falling asleep, nor of waking up and getting out of the chair. The first thing I can remember is sitting in a room with him on one side, my dad on the other and being wrapped in a brown blanket. I have no idea of how I got there. xD
There were a couple of other funny things, but I cant remember them. I remember asking my dad if he was my dad, to which he replied, "I think so."
I did get a prescription of T3 and I was numb for about an hour after that. Then I started swelling. And bruising. My face looked like a square.
You just have to save them as a .png, I think. My version then asks if you want the version with opacity/transparency. So I just hit yes if so.
I thought it would be weird if I joined TempestClan (I actually just fount it by looking on the Fan Clans page and went, "wait a second..."), but... It's so well thought out and amazing that I honestly didn't care anymore, I just had to be apart of it. And don't, the clan's I'm in, they pale in comparison. And they're not very active. Both have a few members that aren't exactly... Shall we say, 'good' at literate roleplay. But everyone in TempestClan seems advanced and to know what they're doing, and I really like that.

Ha, that not knowing who he was thing made me laugh! A video would have been funny but memories are just as great. I was under anesthesia once for a procedure and when I woke up, I wasn't fully aware when they showed me what they had done. They showed me again a few minutes later when I was more lucid, and I was adamant that I had dreamed the full scene when in reality it'd just happened like five minutes ago. That's fun to remember Square face?? Sounds silly, but I bet it hurt. I remember when my ex got his wisdom teeth out, he had some kind of ice pack thing to put around his face. It was pretty funny, like a sling for his jaw. I think it might just not have given me the option for the transparent thing?? I really can't remember, and my computer is actually kind of busted atm so I can't really check for a while  I'm usually pretty picky with my roleplays, haha. I like when they're literate, active, and well-organized. The people being nice is a really large bonus as well! TempestClan traveled over from the old forums, I believe, which made me feel kind of weird for a while. They're very accepting, though, and I already feel pretty good about sticking around there |

Ugh, I hate it when things seem like dreams, because then you're like... did it really happen?
It was silly. I didn't get one of those, but I took a frozen thing of meat and stuck it to my face. I didn't know that was after the window where ice is effective, so it didn't do anything. I had to go to school for something, so I just wore a scarf the whole time. The worst thing were the stitches, though. To prevent anything bad from going into the holes, they stitched my cheek flesh over the holes. Talking excessively or even laughing hurt a lot, caused my mouth to bleed and even popped stiches before they were supposed to dissolve. That was terrible. I'd have to run to the garbage and keep spitting to make sure it stopped. I freaked some people out. xD
You definitely have an older version then. And oh no, what happened to it? I hope it gets fixed soon. ;o;
I have a bad habit of just seeing what's active on the front page and then joining. I need to cut that out. xD

Embarrassing memories can still be good ones Even if mostly for everyone else... haha I sometimes have that problem with really realistic actual dreams. Like the ones where you dream you wake up and get ready for school, and then you really wake up?? So bothersome I'm not sure if he got the ice pack thing from them or if he made it? He was really into making things, doing science experiments, learned lockpicking and like 8 coding languages.. He was interesting There's a time when ice stops working? What the heck are you supposed to use instead? + OW idk if I could handle the stitches ripping and stuff. I've never had stitches before, so somewhere as important as my mouth would probably just be terrifying. I don't know what happened to it! I keep blaming the home schooling program I was in - the problem popped up in TWO computers I tried using for downloading homework assignments, and nothing else in the activity was different. My parents keep saying they'll get the computer fixed but don't, so I'm not sure how long it'll be :c I go by the least number of responses and how interesting it is. I don't like jumping in in the middle of RPs because I want to read every post before mine, but obviously 15 pages of replies isn't going to work well with that habit xD |

Oh, jeez, I get those all the time! When I was a little kid, I had such a vivid dream that I was eating dinner, that when I woke up, I found myself actually doing the hand gestures as though I were eating, and I was so confused, I started to cry a bit. xD
Huh, that's pretty interesting. My boyfriend is like that a lot, too. He's really into gun science, and he just got really into lockpicking. He's so smart, though, he excels at Chemistry, and I look like a dumb pebble beside him.
Yeah, after 24 hours and before 48 have passed is when you have to put ice on. Then you swell. Then putting ice on it does nothing to bring the swelling down and it basically just soothes your face. I didn't know that either, until I asked why putting ice on didn't work and why I still looked like a square.
Yeah, it was pretty terrifying for me, but I couldn't do anything but suck it up, since it already happened. xD
Wow, that would seem like a trusted source. is it just a virus?
That's fair. I've actually lost all interest in the other clans because TempestClan is just so interesting, the others seem dull in comparison now. Oops. xD

My ex was super good at math, like so amazing I was SO JEALOUS.... I also probably resembled a pebble next to him lol in those areas at least, as soon as I would talk about proper animal care or something like that his face would just go blank. Everyone has their areas of excellence!
That's kind of weird, humans are honestly wild. If I were an alien about to invade I'd just be like "??????? no nvm they literally have organs necessary to their survival they just remove bye"

I don't know, previously mentioned ex is in college to be a computer security dude and I had him look all over it, and he was so confused. He basically just told me to buy a new one lol. And that would be fine, if I could transfer any of my files. Part of the virus or whatever, though, is I can't download NOR CAN I UPLOAD anything. I can't do it either way. If that computer dies, every image and document and etc I have on it is just gone. I need it fixed x.x
MoraiClan finally got active, it's also pretty interesting! All cats are given "fates" as soon as they're born that tell their future, so you have to RP your characters by somehow weaving their fates into everyone other character's. It's just getting started, but I'm hoping it'll prove to be a really good idea!

It's like an early release program featuring procrastination. I have many problems to overcome lol Yeah, I can't, but I already had webroot - which is a paid antivirus program - and something my computer-y ex had me get that I can't remember the name of. Neither of them have found anything wrong with it virus-wise? It's super concerning, but idk what to do about it soo ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It definitely helps with plot points, I think. The fates one especially. The true mastery comes with just knowing how to RP decently, though, in my opinion. You can roleplay traditional ThunderClan but it can be super good as long as you do your best to stay on top of things, add your own drama, maybe make enemies/friends with other fan clans, etc. That's chill I don't mind!! If you want more prospects you could probably make a second thread, this one is probably scaring people away with the number of replies haha oops my fault sorry |

I really liked those, like, M&M pretzel things? I've only had them once but I ate like ALL of them that my mom bought almost bc i just.. couldn't help it lol. I also really like fruit salad, and like anything potato. Yep! If you doubt tho communication is always good, yknow, "communication is key" or whatever the phrase ?? Lol yeah I'm going to be in so much trouble for it tho bc most of my procrastination is school-related. I'm good with most other things. Usually. Yeah I'm going back to school this year ! Senior year. Not really looking forward to it - last time I showed up at the school everyone thought I'd died, so I doubt it'll be fun going back and dealing with a bunch of questions and whatnot. Lol. Yes! I need that in RPing. I haven't actually roleplayed in years, on WCF or otherwise, but I still know what I like. If the posts are too short or anything, it's hard to respond and doesn't really catch my interest - then I might disappear and feel bad or something, so avoiding that is good. Awh, yay  I debated making mate threads kind of a lot but I always felt like it might end up with some level of ridicule from others, since it was such an annoying thing to a lot of people on the old forums. Aww. Well, I'm glad you found me! :3 Chocolate covered things are GREAT, I would spend so much money on chocolate/yogurt covered pretzels. It was like $5 for two pounds last time i got some and I was super duper happy about it I think my favorite fruit would bee raspberries? I'm not 100% sure though, they're all so good...Are you going to be going to college or getting a job right away, travelling, any idea?? Me too |

I don't play many of the games myself bc monetary constraints & I worry about getting them the other way but I still enjoy them, whether watching my brother play or something on YouTube or whatever I can manage.

I debated making mate threads kind of a lot but I always felt like it might end up with some level of ridicule from others, since it was such an annoying thing to a lot of people on the old forums. So I mostly just skimmed other peoples' posts and I'm pretty sure this was the first one I posted on, haha.
