Hey guys! This RP takes place in the forests of Southern California, year 2121.
RULES:
-No godmodding (using other people's characters)
-No more than two sparkling cats per person at first. I will give you more as the roleplay goes.
-No more than one glowing power per cat. Only exception is leaders, and they have nine.
-No SHARING a power, unless it's not a leader's main power, but they have it.
-Leaders, specify which power you were born with. That will be your special power.
-Be on at least once every two weeks. If you PM me and tell me you have something to do, I'll excuse you. Otherwise, you will be deleted. Not entirely, you will just have to start over your character.
-Code words are scattered in the rules.
