You can access that option via Profile>Edit Profile>Settings
It will be the last option on the list~

To add on to what ✲ριкαƒυєу✲ already said, that is how you delete your forum account.
You also have a global account, which you can access by entering in 'proboards.com'. If you ever want to delete your entire account go to proboards.com --> Account (blue button) --> 'Delete Global Account' (at bottom of option list).
