I think linking to WCRF is fine, but advertising on WCRF is discouraged due to safety issues and spam.

It should not be an issue as long as it doesn't break rules, offends others, or becomes a spamming burden to fellow users.
Also- keep in mind that if a specific thread/roleplays ask you not to link it then please be curtius to your fellow users.
Lastly; this is mainly from experience
For all new members you gain on said website.Please emphasize that if they choose to advertise elsewhere; to please follow the rules of all other said sites. They are your representatives, and if they share the links in a disrespectful manor, that is the image that is being created of you and your site. Representation is a must for any form of communication and trust both online, and in the real world.
