(I'm here! Let's get this room moving XD >> Harle, that's so exciting ^^ Hope you get to meet your new brother soon ) Ghost remained silent, having already presented his thoughts on the subject. He didn't have to argue a point to prove it was correct, it would eventually work itself out one way or another. He vaulted another leaf and shot a glance into the sky. "We need to find shelter, or the exit." The shepherd's voice was calmer than it should have been. In the sky, the branches of the tree were swaying in a strong breeze and hundreds of oversized leaves and acorns were beginning to fall Sherlock wasn't quite so mature about these things, but even he decided to set the argument aside at least for the moment as he raised his arms defensively above his head, squinting up past the acorns. "Is this sort of weather normal?" He asked aloud, wincing as an acorn left a large bruise on his left arm. "I live in a city for goodness sake, this could be a tornado for all I know." Once this thought had escaped the detective's mouth, it seemed like a much more reasonable fear. "We ought to find a hole or something....ah!" He turned and sprinted back the ways they'd come, nearly being crushed every second. (I was wondering, are you planning on opening TPH for the newbie plot Falcon? )

Sherlock wasn't quite so mature about these things, but even he decided to set the argument aside at least for the moment as he raised his arms defensively above his head, squinting up past the acorns. (I was wondering, are you planning on opening TPH for the newbie plot Falcon? ) ( Nope, this is just for us ^^ its would be too confusing trying to add new rpers in with new clueless characters I think xD So sorry I've been so poofy x-x I have a speech thing tomorrow, and a big project on wednesday, but after that I'm golden. ) "Might as well be." Ghost replied shortly, not spending too much time on words as he dodged flying acorns in an attempt not to get hit. True, he might be able to withstand a direct hit, but on the off chance the blow damaged something it was best to just avoid the nuts entirely. He sprinted after Sherlock, catching on to the man's idea. "Go!" He shouted, sliding to a halt just to the side of the worm hole. "I'll cover you!"

I've been quite poofy too cx. )
Sherlock obeyed, dashing at full speed for the worm hole. His blue eyes were wide with concentration as he dodged the leaves and acorns as best he could, and he waved his arms wildly above his head to stop any hits from connecting with his skull. An acorn falling towards him caught his eye suddenly, and he was forced to throw himself to the side and catch himself in an awkward roll before scrambling up again and resuming his dash. There was no time to slow down, so he dove straight into the hole and slid inside on his stomach in an attempted army crawl that ended up being more of an awkward slide.

(What day do you think we will start The Newbie Event TM?) ( I really have no idea xD I am seeing my family again for the first time in a few months this weekend and they probably won't appreciate me being on my phone, so if you guys don't mind waiting a bit, maybe the 15th? ( people tend to be more active Saturdays?) We can totally start it before then if you want to, I just wont be super active. I was also thinking that since people were a little hesitant to do an entire month, we could go from like the 15th to the end of October and finish it up with a cool Halloween room o3o That would also give people another week or so to finish up and finalize the new characters they want to bring in ^^ thoughts? )

( >>Hawk do you want them to wander around in worm tunnels for a bit, or shall we slide them into the living room?)
Ghost fired a couple times, trying to knock acorns away, before hopping into the hole after Sherlock. His eyes lit up again as he switched to an infared view, slide/crawling after the man and trying not to get his ears or limbs caught on the rough surface of the tunnel walls. Above them, he could hear the very audible thumping and pounding of furious nuts hitting the ground.

(Oh, they might as well go back to the living room, that seems like as good a door as any. )
And then, very suddenly, Sherlock found that the rough dirt floor had turned into elderly green carpet, his arms flew out to catch himself and he rolled once before flopping to a halt, breathing hard, tiny cuts and smudged of mud all over his face and clothes. "There, you see? I was right." He said, getting to his feet and looking quite proud of himself. "The hole was on the ground, and very possible, but difficult, to reach."
