Well, I was. I haven't had a big one for a while. Thinking about things distract me.
I drank some bad-tasting milk and I have a severe phobia of vomiting.

Cup your hands to your mouth and breathe into them. As oxygen increases,you start to hyperventilate, experience tingly hands and limbs, and you start shaking, which can trigger the sensation of a panic attack. By decreasing your oxygen levels, you can prevent a panic attack when you start experiencing the beginning symptoms.
