well uh yeah basically (im on my phone btw, does the same thing in both desktop and mobile versions) and the number of unread pm's i have keeps getting stuck. Usually its just stuck at 1 but now for some reason its at 4 and it's sorta super annoying lol.
anyone know a way to fix this??

I haven't had this issue, but I did a little research and came up with some temporary solutions: 1. Make sure to click directly on the notification bubble. -or- 2. Go to Profile --> Edit Profile --> Notifications --> Scroll down to the Personal Message section --> Uncheck (wait until it registers as saved), and then recheck the bubble. That should reset the notifications for your personal messages and hopefully fix it. |
