I'll send a link to the planning page if you're interested!)) Fayne's question brought a smile to Nikita's face. Maybe it made her vain, but she was proud of the form she had learned to shift into. To her, her half-shift seemed even more fearsome than simply turning into an eagle. No bird had talons even half the size of hers, and they definitely did not have hands tipped in talon-like nails. Years of learning, tweaking, and practicing had turned her half-shift form into a sight to behold - at least in her ever-so-humble opinion. "I'm an eagle," she told him proudly. |

Finn was perplexed to say the least at Ravage mistaking him for a member of the army. It was almost as if the rat was half-asleep, but his threats were convincing enough for the pine marten to play along at least until he could safely slip away. “Crystal, sir. I’ll be sure no one....interrupts you.”

After a moment or two, he started snoring, but luckily for him no other guards were close enough to hear. (haha that's okay, 90% of my responses are super short! Just like this one^ xD ) |

Finally, someone who was just as excited to talk about her shifting abilities as she was. She's got a full grin going now. "It's absolutely amazing. My wings are huge. And flying?" She sighs dreamily. "There's nothing in the world like flying. I wish I could fly all the time, but it's exhausting. Do you spend much time in your half form?" |

Finn had a choice to make. He could rob Ravage and then turn tail or, since the rat seemed to think that he was on his side anyway, he could rob him and then play along with it for a while until he determined whether or not there was something in this lion-fox business that could result in a more substantial payday. If he robbed him now and split he would get away clean. He could be well on his way to another town by the time Ravage finished his nap. Robbing him and then staying was a pretty bad idea. He winced at how stupid it was. If he did that, Ravage would be sure to notice and then he’d be in hot water. Well, he decided, I’ll play along until it gets dicey and then I’ll rob him on my way out. After all, I can never resist a good adventure.

Ir rolled the idea of a revolt around in her head. Fighting, screaming, plotting, unrelenting chaos? She had no true ties to this town, only jobs. And there were plenty more of those to find elsewhere. "Let's do it," she cawed proudly.

Fayne- "That's SO COOL!" He was shouting excitedly at this point. "Can I see your wings?" Fayne wished he could have an awesome ability, but he was just a common wolf, nothing special but fur and jaws. "I'm just a white wolf," he answered. "A rare color, but certainly not a rare species, like you are!"
Jag- "Alright!" Jag roared. He led the way out of the tunnel. He peeked his head out of the enterance hole and scouted the area for danger. It seemed safe enough, so he left the safety of the cave. He transformed into a full lion, for enhanced speed, and bounded towards the town.

"That was an excellent nap; I feel great enough to burn down a while city, wah ha ha! Anyone who does a good job for Ravage gets paid handsomely." He reached underneath his chestplate, grabbed a small sack of gold coins, and held them out towards Finn. "You know, I have a spot open as my personal assistant, now that the last one has..disappointed me. I pay very handsomely. What do you say?" He smiled a toothy smile. |

Her wingspan was well over twenty feet and nobody would appreciate having that amount of feathers thrown in their face. "You're not exactly right, by the way; it's just in this region that we've become rare. There are more birds of prey in areas with tiny populations," Nikita pointed out. She never got history lessons, but her parents did occasionally warn her of hunters. There were always those who would love to take advantage of others and they made no exceptions. Her enormous feathers could be incredibly valuable. Even her talons had a decent price to the right buyer. |

Finn’s heart leapt at the look of the loot and he took it with what he hoped was a grateful nod. “Of course, my lord, I would be most pleased to serve you.” He wasn’t above laying it on a little thick and Ravage seemed to him the type of person that would appreciate the attention. Being King Saber’s right-hand rat had to be tiring considering that the King didn’t seem like the sort to care about his friends….or share limelight. “I’ll do my best not disappoint you.” *No,* he thought instead cheerfully, *just rob you blind.*

(Been on a trip for the last few days and haven't had the service nor the time to get online. It's been real fun but I'm doggone tired x-x. I'm all caught up on the RP now tho. And Fern, I had an idea! I know Vince was supposed to go with Forest's character Midnight on a raid, but it looks like he might be going with Jag, and I thought that if they went after Ravage first that Vincent could go to his store and retrieve what belongings he left there, then arrive in the middle of Jag and Ravage's battle and appear behind Ravage then chop off his tail.) (that would be so darn cool! Sorry Ravage) |

He followed Nikita to the side road, glad to be finally moving around. He never liked standing in one place for too long- he would always start to feel fidgety. He talked to Nikita on the way over. "Where I'm from, bird shifters are rare! Especially noble ones such as yourself! Sometimes we used to get crows on our farm, but they were never very tasty. I mean, real crows. Not shifter crows. Haha, that would taste terrible! I mean, uh, I wouldn't eat a shifter, even if they were a crow..." He decided to stop talking before he accidentally scared some people. |

(It was extremely fun as I got to enjoy a yearly celebration of my Native American heritage, and I'd love a nap but I just take a nice relaxing shower and am currently enjoying a soak in a bath. There was a shower where we stayed but it didn't look too sanitary so I haven't been able to shower for more days than I'd prefer to go without one X'D I feel a little better now. Anyway, I'd like to see how Ravage takes to having his tail chopped off by the one fox that has ca used so much trouble already, and Vince would get a good laugh out of telling the rat about his trick of playing dead XD.) (Aw man, I hate that feeling of being so dirty that you're like, giving up on hope of being clean ever again! Must be so nice to soak after that! Just don't drop your phone in the tub, ha xD Ravage would be so furious, he's gonna blow a gasket! He'll be even more angry at Vince than Jag was!) |
