Ready was ill ever be!She showed her enthusiasm in wags of her tail. Firepaw smiles, and walks over to the small group of cats heading to the moonpool. "I'm so excited!!! Are you? I bet you are! Hey, Alderpaw! Wanna walk together?" He walks over to the introverted Tom, and flashes him a great smile. Firepaws' eyes were filled with joy. (Sunfall already ate his herbs, and is standing next to Embersong in the group.) |

Palepaw looked worried, but nodded anyway, not wanting to disappoint Swanstar. However, her tail twined slightly around Swanstar's leg is a clingy manner. "You're a great leader, and mentor! I'll be really sad if something happened to you!"

Alderpaw glanced over at Firepaw with a frightened look on his face. But as soon as he realized how excited Firepaw was and how he wanted to walk next to the nervous apprentice, Alderpaw smiled. He nodded and pushed his scary thoughts away.

Firepaw screamed a loud yay, and stood very close to Alderpaw. "Come on! I know you can talk. Everyone can- almost everyone!" When he mentioned almost everyone, he kept in mind his mute sister, in which Alderpaw reminded him of her. The two were complete opposites, yet they loved each other. "Please! At least say.... Stinky-fox-dung!" Firepaw laughed, and crouched down. "Stinky-fox-dung! That'll be our catch phrase! But ya gotta say it!"

Alderpaw purred quietly in response to Firepaw's profanity. "Stinky-Fox-Dung." The timid apprentice whispered, glancing at the older cats to make sure they couldn't hear.
Sandyclaw waved to Swanstar and the rest of the departing cats before turning around and getting ready to organize patrols. Usually the cats would gather around him so he sat down and began to clean his face while waiting.
Maplefrost sighed as she noticed Sandyclaw sit in the clearing of camp. It must be patrol time. Oh joy. I get to hang around cats that don't like me... and that I don't like. Twitching her tail angrily, the she-cat walked towards the deputy and glared at him.
"How are you Maplefrost?" Sandyclaw asked, narrowing his eyes at her. He knew she had quite the temper.
"Oh, just great. I get to patrol with cats who hate me." She growled, shooting a glare at all the cats around her.
Hmm... Sandyclaw had a thought and decided to go with it. "You can come with me then. I don't hate you." He meowed, deciding he was telling Maplefrost the truth. He didn't particularly like her but he didn't hate her either.
"Oh joy." The she-cat responded, pinning her ears back.
Huffing in response, Sandyclaw finished cleaning his face and proceeded to wait for the rest of his Clan.

Swanstar stood up slowly and looked at all of the cats gathered around her, with a flick of her tail, she disappeared through the waterfall entrance, signaling for the others to follow her.
Swiftcloud padded over to Sandyclaw and waited for his orders to patrol.
Embersong stood when Swanstar did and nudged Sunfall when the order came through to leave, "Let's go."
Lionkit sorted through the herbs in the medicine den.

Swanstar watched her apprentice out of the corner of her eye, purring gently to soothe Palepaw's nerves. She gently ran her tail over the she-cats back, "I will be fine little one." She murmured.

"I believe you" Palepaw told her simply, butting her head against the older cat's leg with a small purr in response. Swanstar was strong and amazing, Palepaw had to believe her!

"Swiftcloud you'll come with Maplefrost and I. You can pick one other cat to join us if you wish." Sandyclaw meowed to his clanmate.

Ravenheart swayed her tail in the air as she padded up close near Swanstar, knowing the way, but letting her take lead. "How have you been, dear?" her eyes burn with curiosity and slight concern.
Firepaw smiles, and walks alongside Alderpaw, with short bursts of fast walking, then short. He murmurs to himself multiple times, and stares at his paws.
Lunaflower pads into camp, and sits down, hoping to avoid a patrol now. The cleans her fur, and focuses her purple eyes on her tail that needed taming.
Sunfall jumps, and jogs to keep up. He silently walks near Embersong, and sniffs the air.

Sandyclaw dipped his head in agreement but as he did so he caught sight of Lunaflower. An idea popped in his head and he waved his tail eagerly. "Lunaflower!" He yowled to the she-cat, flicking his ears. "Come join our patrol."

Firepaw smiled, and loved that the Tom was speaking to him. "I really hope to see my sister. She couldn't say anything.... but I bet in Starclan she can. Maybe. I just want to see her again- it can be sad..." his voice trails and returns the favor of asking him the same question. "What about you?"
Lunaflowers head pops up, and she pulls her ears down, and looks away to roll her eyes. She immediately regrets her quiet gesture, and swears to herself while walking over. "What are we doing in this patrol?" She wasn't looking at him, but more at the floor.
