Ylva was pairing off the campers for training when there was an eerie silence that overcame the camp. She noticed some of the others freeze and direct their attention to the forest which was abnormally still for a sunny day. The demigod took a step closer and halted any followers with a stiff hand, her eyes narrowing as she peered into the trees. She caught sight of a flame dancing among the trees in the distance and her throat tightened with fear as she figured out the following events. The girl began to turn but a giant blast swept her off her feet, launching her onto her back. The impact had knocked the wind out of her and she felt pain radiating from her exposed skin; shards of trees embedded themselves into both her armor and body. She winced but rolled over to look at the campers, "run! Get out of here now!" Plenty of kids had already bolted but the brave or paralyzed ones dropped their equipment to leave the now damaged arena behind. Her ears were assaulted by shouts, the roaring of a growing flame, and something a bit more familiar -- a wolf's howl. She forced herself to her feet as Ove bolted out of the woods with debris covering his fur as well as some blood on his shoulder. The demigod leaned heavily on her companion's good side, limping out of the arena as smoke began filling the air. She looked over her shoulder to see a large plume of grey and white twisting into the air, darkening the sky. Her brown eyes looked around the group, "did everyone get out?" Her voice was a bit hoarse when she spoke but it was mainly from the air being forced from her lungs rather than the smoke. There seemed to be a few missing but she was in no shape to dive back in there to their rescue, may the gods help us all...
Riley was leaving the lake after swimming around; having completed her activity with Kira. I'm already late for the changing of groups-- She nearly fell when the ground beneath her shook. She heard shouts coming from the arena and a pillar of smoke was taking to the air. Her eyes widened and her mouth hung open momentarily, oh my god... What is happening? She couldn't seem to make herself move until one panicked camper bumped into her. The prophet spun to the only counselor there, "Kira!" She didn't know what else to say other than the older female's name. The situation was a major shock and she couldn't seem to make her brain work so all she did was point to the smoke coming from the forest on the far side of camp. Her eyes were wide and filled with fear as well as confusion as she hoped and prayed that no one was hurt. I should have been able to foresee this. Why didn't I? Her sight felt blocked by some unknown power and it made her heart grow cold.
Ramiel was on the opposite side of camp when the explosion shook not only the camp, but all of the campers to the core. Some started asking questions of what was going on and if it was staged but all of their voices seemed to be lost when they saw the smoke. The angel immediately launched himself into the air, "go back to your rooms and stay there until everything is sorted out." His tone was harsh and commanding which was very unlike him but he couldn't risk having any of them get hurt. He flew at top speed to bolt across the camp, hovering over the arena. His eyes narrowed and he began to cough as the smoke washed over him and made his eyes sting. The counselor made a careful descent but he nearly tripped over a shattered column that was usually meant for battling in a structured environment. He ducked low to avoid the smoke and tucked his wings close to his back, "hello? Anyone here?" He coughed and crouched lower until he was practically crawling on his knees in search for injured or lost campers. I hope Rosalynn wasn't caught in any of this, he thought as he recalled that the elf had gone to battle training with Ylva after his activity on the flying course.
Adam was late to the flying course though he never did make it to his activity. The training with that demigod had taken it out of him and he spent most of his time afterwards in the men's room losing the contents of his stomach. He flushed the toilet and left the stall behind to look at his sickly pale complexion in the mirror. He groaned and washed his face with cold water from the sink but he ended up being startled by a large explosion which cased him to whack his forehead against he faucet. The pain barely registered as he fumbled to turn off the water and rushed outside. His chin lifted as he looked up into the sky that was now stained by a grey cloud; no... That's smoke! Without giving it much thought, he ran for the arena just in time to see a crowd gathering and a few campers bolt from the arena. He tried to get closer but a few of the older campers held him back, "what the hell happened!?" His voice seemed to cause a few people to stir from their shock and dazes, "I thought this place was going to be safe!"
Sterling sat straight in his bed when his humble summer home shook. He looked to see that light was still filtering through his blinds and he nearly growled. The night director tossed off his covers and pulled the drawstring so the blinds would lift and he could peer out the window. He blinked rapidly as his eyes adjusted to the sudden sunlight, something he was not entirely used to, only to fixate on the smoke rising from the trees on the other side of camp. The ancient dragon ran down the stairs in his ratty t-shirt and plaid pajama pants without even bothering to pull on a pair of shoes. Once he was out the door, he shifted into his celestial dragon form and launched himself into the air with his powerful wings. He soared over the camp but felt weak in the morning rays so he landed before crashing onto the pavilion in which the campers ate. He ran to the scene with one hand on his head for it was pounding from the sudden use of energy, "what's going on? What happened here?" The day campers seemed startled by his appearance but he didn't pay them much attention. This wasn't his group of campers but he wanted answers and he wanted them now.
Calithildes felt the tremor from where she sat in her home for the summer at Camp Fable. She left her book and steaming cup of tea on the coffee table as she dashed outside. She noticed a few of the night campers wandering out of their dorms or peering out the windows, blinking from the light and rubbing sleep from their eyes. She probably looked like a mess in her silver nightgown and her hair undone down her back; this is no time for vanity, and the thought was pushed aside. "Children, go back inside and stay there. This is a matter for the directors and counselors to deal with." Her voice was soft but still somehow stern. She didn't bother to stay to see if anyone had listened since she was probably needed to help with any injured campers. What could have possibly been the cause of this? She thought as she sprinted and worry grieved her mind. The moon elf was even praying that that bratty little demigod from the day group was unharmed from the explosion. Her icy eyes shifted to the smoke in the air and she followed it to the arena which she arrived to in time to see Ylva limping out with the help of her wolf.
Cassius was undoubtedly going to remain inside but the curiosity was eating at him. What was happening? Is anyone injured? He could hear his silent questions being murmured around him in the common room of the male dorm. Some girls filtered in to be with their friends and boyfriends but the company didn't get any of their questions answered. When he saw a nymph wander in, he moved towards her purposefully and pulled her aside. "Do you know what's going on, miss? You must. Nymphs are curious little creatures-" a collective gasp interrupted him and everyone seemed to gravitate towards the window. When he peered over the crowd, he saw grey and white smoke rising into the air from the other side of camp. He hissed and flinched away from the light for he had been standing in it for too long. When he turned to question the small girl some more, she was nowhere in sight.
Thaleia was sprinting her way across camp to reach the fire. Whenever she inhaled, it felt like fire was in her lungs and she started coughing; no! No no no! Not my only source of life! Most of the other nymphs kept their life source in the garden with the other plants so they could be constantly tended to and out of harms way. Thaleia didn't want to be like the others and had carefully uprooted her only tether to the Earth and transplanted it to the woods where it could live in the wild like the nymphs and dryads of olden times would. Now she knew that it had been a huge mistake for an explosion had gone off and a fire was dangerously close to her flower. Heat seared her skin and she yelped in pain, the skin on her forearm turning read and blistering but she kept running. She was stopped outside the arena but she shoved her way through, "I have to get it!" Was all she screamed as she ran into the fog, nearly tripping over dropped armor and weapons. The small girl picked her way, not even pausing to cough as the smoke stung her eyes and made it nearly impossible to breathe. She met the smoke head-on as she weaved past fallen trees that were knocked down by a powerful blast, "my... Flower..." she wheezed and fell to her knees in front of a single night blooming cereus. Her fingers ripped at the dirt, giving the plant a wide berth before working the roots out of the soil.

(UGH I still need to make the director. Nice starter btw Lost ) Kira had been adjusting the course for the next group when the ground shook, causing large waves to form against her will. She was shocked as the water fought against her, trying to pull her down. The experienced female managed to quickly grasp the situation, using the force of the water to make her way to the edge of the lake. She turned her head to the pillar of smoke over the forest, immediately knowing something wasn't right. After hearing her name, the dragoness switched her gaze to the young prophet a fair distance away from the lake as well as the other campers. She took little time in shifting to her dragon form, flying overhead to land inside the terrified group of younger supernatural before shifting back to human form. "Head inside and stay there until you're told otherwise!" She shouted over the hectic campers, grabbing their attention with authority coming through her command. Shifting once more, she took flight over to the source of the blast. Kaze, still walking around the camp to make sure that campers weren't skipping their activities or night students weren't out when they weren't supposed to, was closed to the forest than many of the others and was knocked to the ground by the blast that reduced trees to thousands of small shards, a few of which buried themselves in the blonde's left arm and side. Hissing in pain, he placed his right hand over the injured appendage, glancing up at the forest. He pushed himself up onto his feet, narrowing his eyes. Whatever this was, it definitely wasn't an accident or a drill. Forcing himself to ignore the pain from his left side, Kaze transformed, making sure to prevent his scales from igniting as harshly and causing as big of a fire as they normally did. Thanks to his resistance to fire, he had little fear as he flew straight into the forest, searching for anyone that may be stuck, lost, or the cause of the explosion.

So sorry guys. I'll be on around this time this weekend though.))
Rosalynn felt the ground shake has the demigod finished pairing everyone up. She looked at the ground, confused before turning towards the forest. Her eyes widened as she saw the forest in flames. She glanced around before running out of the arena as it was torn apart. She heard a tree branch fly towards her and felt it rip some of the skin off her arm. She stopped at the edge of the forest and turned around looking at it, she knew a few water spells but none of them would be enough to put out all the flames. She looked around, trying to see if everyone was safe only to notice that some of the day people were missing.
Lucifer was woken up by the shaking of the camp. He sat up and looked around," what's going on?" He heard the rest of the night campers up and moving so he got out od bed and went outside only to see the forest a blaze. He stared and watched as he thought about it being the first day.

(Yay! Time to type out all of the actions of my charries xD Imma die. And they all kind of tie in together so... Make sure you guys read them all suffer with me!)
Ylva was barking orders like she owned the place; "all of those that are unharmed, help the injured to safety so they can receive proper medical attention." She was directing where each person should be placed even though she was probably the most injured, having been closest to the blast that swept through the arena. Ove whined as she leaned on him more for support but she waved away the night elf that had come to help her. She then beckoned Rosalynn to her, "if you know any healing spells, enchantments, whatever -- then do them. The healers need all the help they can get." She winced as her knees began to buckle but she was caught by the night director.
Sterling allowed the day head of house lean against him rather than the wolf. His eyes scanned over the crowd that seemed reluctant to leave, "either help your fellow campers or head back to your room." Some turned away and began running to the safety of their dorms but a few kind-hearted kids stayed behind to help the healers or clear away bits that could possible trip those that were rushing around. He hated seeing the camp in shambles but at least there were those willing to work together to fix it. His eyes bore on the elf that stood before him, "you can perform magic? Then, yes, please do what you can." He bowed his head respectfully to Rosalynn, "I can't stay to thank you further. I must find out what I can about the blast and fire." He handed Ylva off to a healer who hauled her away against her will, the girl's wolf trotting after her. Once his hands were freed, he shifted into his dragon form which gave him a few gasps but he launched into the air to join the other two dragons surveying the carnage. He saw Kira circling over the flames, her brother doing the same a distance away, "can you extinguish the flames?" He questioned in her mind.
Callie approached the panicked boy and placed a hand on his shoulder, gripping it slightly to make him wince and snap out of his fear. "Come with me, boy. We need strong young men to help--" she grumbled when the boy just shook his head and ran into the smoke filled arena. The moon elf wasn't entirely pleased that Ylva had dismissed her concerns and offering to help but now it irked her that she couldn't even control the campers. She brushed off the irritation and set to work with the other healers. Though she couldn't use her powers of healing, she could most certainly cleanse some wounds and bandage them. It'll be better to get all of them out of here as soon as possible. It's not safe especially with all the smoke. She absently wrapped a boy's arm in gauze as she looked to the pillar of smoke that was widening and moving closer, who knows what could still be out there...
Ramiel was hefting unconscious campers from inside the arena when a boy ran in. He locked eyes with him then nearly collapsed in a coughing fit. He felt the weight on his shoulder shift, opening his eyes to see that he was now being helped. The angel nodded his gratitude and the process went along much faster with the help. By the time everyone was out of the arena, he turned to the camper, "good work back there," he coughed into the crook of his elbow, "what's your name, kid?" He waited as the boy cleared his throat and gave his name softly. The angel grinned and gently nicked the boys shoulder with his fist, "right! You're the kid that was late to my activity."
Adam was relieved when the counselor wasn't angry with him for not showing up to the flying course. Maybe helping out will excuse me from an infraction. He felt better after assisting the angel and his head was clearer even though his lungs were burning from the smoke he had inhaled. He perked up slightly when he saw Rosalynn and he jogged over, leaving Ramiel behind. "Hey! Need any help?" His voice was hoarse and cracked but he sounded as energetic as ever.
Cassius weaved his way out of the crowd of people, accidentally bumping his shoulder against Lucifer's. He glanced at the other male but didn't have time to apologize nor did he feel like it was necessary with the current situation. He took the steps to the second floor two at a time and didn't slow until he was in his room. His muscles relaxed once he was surrounded by the darkness but he didn't have the time of day to stand around in the shadows. He peeked through one of his blackout curtains before rifling through his wardrobe. When he came back downstairs, he had his shoes on and a black hoodie pulled over his head. He opened the door and slipped outside while everyone distracted. A headache instantly started pounding at his temples so he stuffed his hands in the single large pocket of his hoodie and kept his head low as he moved towards the arena. Where did that girl run off to?
Thaleia felt tears streaming down her face for fear that this would be her last day alive but also from the smoke that was making them sting. She hiccuped with a sob as her small fingers dug at the dirt desperately, wincing every single time a thin root snapped. She was gasping in pain by the time the flower was freed and she held it like it would shatter. The nymph stood but her legs were weak and her head was spinning from the lack of oxygen. The girl made a sad attempt to cry out but she was unable to get out more than a raspy yell and a squeak. Darkness was closing in from the edges of her vision and she felt as though she was falling. Her eyes closed once her back hit the ground but she had managed to keep the precious flower cradled to her chest.
Riley knew she couldn't do much at the scene since she didn't know anything about first aid and she would only be in the way. I'll save what I have learned. Maybe Kira will listen to me and she can bring it up to the directors. The prophet still couldn't shake the cold presence she had felt blocking her sight so she ran to the girl's dorm. She did her best to keep everyone calm along with the older campers that had stayed behind to look after the little ones. In the end, Riley was left holding a small girl with strawberry blonde hair and large green eyes that were filled with tears.
(Riley is just kind of... There. You don't really gotta respond to that. Just felt like keeping her in the loop.)

Kira nodded, turning her attention to the blazing inferno. "I should be able to, I just need you to help keep the clouds from leaving the area" She glanced up at the sky with darkened clouds passing over. "I would suggest getting away from there Kaze, I'm bringing the rain." She told him mentally as she flew up to the low hanging clouds, flying around them quickly to create a large cluster over the forest. Taking a deep breath, she summoned the water that dwelled within her, shooting it into the cloud. Once weighed down with water she roared, the sky growing darker as the cloud grew. Soon enough, the storm began and heavy rain began to fall on the forest.
Kaze had pulled back to avoid his flames being put out in the rain. That always was a problem. Whenever he was in the rain, his fire sizzles out and made his powers more or less useless and not to mention was rather painful. However, the appendages on the sides of his head perked up at the small cry of the nymph in the forest. Without thinking, he tucked his wings, diving straight down into the rain, opening his wings back up to glide over the ground. He narrowly dived fallen trees as he focused on tracking the source of the sound rather than the drops of water hitting his scales.

Rosalynn nodded to them and walked over to one of the least harmed. She placed a hand above the person's injury and muttered a few words, making the skin glow then begin to heal. She let out a small breathe of relief before moving down the line of injured people. She looked up when the boy began talking to her before nodding," do you know any first aid? If not then go into one of the dorms and find water bottles for people."
Lucifer watched as the guy bumped into him then ran past him, he then turned and began helping carry campers to where they needed to be.

Sterling nodded to the female dragon then skirted along the edge of the camp, his celestial eyes searching for the culprit of the explosion. It's going to take a lot of time and money to rebuild the arena as well as the forest. Most camps wouldn't have cared for the trees that had been lost but he was sure they'd be hearing from nymphs and other nature spirits if they didn't. He let out a grumbling sigh before flying back to assess the damage once the flames were no longer blazing. Smoke was still rising from the charred trees and dark from the pines that had been burned but, as a dragon, it didn't bother him much. The Night Director lowered himself to the ground and shifted back to his human. The ground around his feet was blackened; the heart of the blaze where the explosion had occurred. The man paced before crouching and rubbing some of the soot between his thumb and forefinger. "Now, who would have done such a thing?" He wasn't aware of any enemies the camp had but he was aware that some of their campers may have people after them due to their bloodline.
Ramiel was being checked over for injuries but he kept dismissing the concerns of the man that was looking him over. Once he could pull away, he started doing what he could to help, moving people and passing around some medical supplies when they were requested. He glanced towards the smoke and it seemed to have lessened and he couldn't hear any flames crackling and bringing full trees down. The angel apologized and dismissed himself to take to the air and meet with the dragons that were circling the forest. He saw Sterling land and followed his lead since he assumed that he would want to discuss with the counselors in private. A coughing fit took over after his landing in the center of the damaged area and his eyes widened when he saw the scar in the earth. "I don't know but it clearly wasn't an accident," he murmured and felt a bit dumb when Sterling gave him a small frown. Way to state the obvious.
Thaleia wrinkled her nose when the first drop of water hit her face. The water that was being sprayed to douse the fire pulled her back to consciousness but she still felt weak. She coughed when she sat up, her lungs aching from inhaling so much smoke and her head felt light. Her eyes fixated on the flower she clung to her and tears filled her eyes, rolling down her cheeks. Her tears were noticeable as the water soaked her since they were not normal; they were tinged green with chlorophyll. She sniffled then murmured a soft 'ow' since the movement made her chest tighten uncomfortably. The small girl stood, now cradling her flower to her as if it were a baby, and shuffled towards the sound of voices in search for help.
Adam hesitated then shook his head to answer Rosalynn's question. "N-no, but I can definitely handle passing out water bottles." He jogged to one of the coolers that was set out for those that were stuck in the sun, unable to move due to their injuries. He collected a few in his arms and started passing them around to those that wanted one. By the time the boy was done, his shirt was soaked from the bottles but the air seemed to be clearing up. He stared at the smoke as the column seemed to disperse and loosen. He stood beside Rosalynn, "I guess they put it out but what's going to happen now?" He looked to the elf for some form of reassurance. He hoped that they wouldn't be sent home due to the dangerous event but he wouldn't be surprised if some kids left even if they were allowed to stay.
( ^^" the injured campers are on the other side of camp. That's why Cassius left the dorm to go to the arena. It's kind of like... The dorms are on opposite ends and the day campers have their dorm closer to the arena than the night kids. Sorry I didn't make that clear.)

(Okay.)
Rosalynn looked up at him before looking over to the forest," I've heard of something similar to this happening, but who would do it and why now is what I would like to know." She smiled slightly," I don't suggest worrying about it, if it was anything bad then the Counselors and Directors would let us know at least a few details." She looked down at the person in front of her before grabbing some bandage wrap from nearby," come help me fix this person's shoulder."

Adam frowned slightly but he had nodded when the elf requested his help. He wasn't skilled with medical knowledge but how hard could it be to patch up someone's shoulder. As the two of them worked, he couldn't help wondering what Rosalynn had meant when she said she heard of something similar occurring. Are we dealing with a serial arsonist? He murmured a soft 'sorry' when the guy groaned from the pressure he was wrapping his shoulder in. He unwound his last two wraps and redid them before looking to the mage, "um.. Am I doing it right?" Other than spacing out, he felt as though he was using the gauze properly.

She looked over at him and walked to him, inspecting the shoulder," yes. Good job." She nodded approvingly at him," I'm going to have you carry bandages and stuff around so that I can focus on the injured people and not have to worry about carrying those items, if you don't mind of course." She looked down at the guy," I suggest you ice it as often as possible, it'll ease the pain and reduce some of the swelling that could occur."

Kira continued to swirl around in the clouds, keeping the rain at a constant downpour. Once the flames had ceased and there was no sign of it starting again, she slowed the precipitation until it eventually turned into a light drizzle. Flying down to the ground, the clouds began pulling apart on their own, drifting towards the horizon. She landed with ease next to the older dragon and her fellow counselor, shifting to human form in the process. A small frown formed on her lips as she ran the toe of her shoe through the soot. "I've never seen anything like this." She mumbled to herself, glancing around at how far the blast had gone. "So much power in one place."
The older twin dragon scanned through the woods, his body aching from the water drying up his scales. While gliding through the trees, or what was left of them at least, he found a few students lingering about. By their pale, burnt skin and terrified expressions as they huddled together behind a thick tree trunk, Kaze was able to rule out the possibility to be the pyromaniacs responsible for the blast. Instead, they appeared to be night students that decided to see how many rules the could break at one time. After giving them a harsh scolding in human form, he shifted back into his dragon and carried them into camp where the medics had gathered so the students could be treated for the burns and cuts they had.

"Uh, ya. No problem." He was relieved to not be helping with the medical things but he wasn't sure how he felt being a mule and carrying supplies around. Get over it. There are people going through worse. He cringed when he glanced over in time to see one medic popping an older kid's shoulder back into place. He pitied the poor fella and a sympathy pain throbbed at his shoulder blade. Adam gathered the supplies Rosalynn would need as she went around healing people and followed her around the wounded and medics. He felt like a hopeless puppy; lost and confused in all of the commotion. Still better than slapping band-aids on people willy nilly.
Sterling didn't look at Kira as she landed and shifted to her human form. He grumbled when he couldn't identify the explosive used or if there was no material that had caused it. The director straightened and wiped his soot covered fingers on his pants. "Yes, it is definitely something." He wasn't awestruck by the power but he certainly would be if the culprit was a camper losing control of their powers. But that seems far too simple... He looked to the female dragon then Ramiel before addressing the both of them, "we will have a meeting immediately to decide how to handle this situation. Not only will we need to decide whether or not to continue with the summer program, we'll have to find out the source of this destruction." His eyes were as calculating and focused as ever, the true embodiment of a strong leader. His expression only wavered when he heard a weak voice on the edge of the blast and his gaze settled on a small girl.
Ramiel rushed forward, using his wings to propel himself forward as he saw the girl's knees begin to buckle. He caught her easily and shifted her into his arms though the weight of the nymph didn't seem to bother him. "I recognize her..." His brows furrowed as he thought before looking to Kira, "she needs water." His eyes were lit with hope that the water dragon would help but he knew her character well enough to believe she would help an innocent. The angel winced as a nearby tree groaned and fell but he used his large wings to protect the girl from the dirt and ash that was forced into the air from the collapsing pine.
Callie jogged over to Kaze when he landed with a few campers that were a bit crispy. She used her usual gentle tone to usher them towards the medics and help themselves to the water available. She watched them shuffle off, one limping, and she made a note to see that particular girl in a moment if someone didn't come to her aid soon. In the meantime, the elf looked to the male dragon, "I'm pleased to see I am not the only night counselor out here." Her eyes followed a group of night campers walking behind Kaze but this wasn't the time to scold them for breaking rules. She relaxed her shoulders and made herself focus, "how bad was it? The blast?" Her eyes were wide with fear but she kept her voice hushed so she wouldn't bring any attention to them. Her hands were clasped, the knuckles of her forefingers pressed to her lips as worry coursed through her body. The sun and sudden action had truly shaken the night counselor but she knew she had to remain strong for the sake of the campers.

The female counselor was also distracted from the task at hand at the small voice. She turned her head just as Ramiel propelled himself over the collapsing nymph. At the comment of the young girl needing water, the dragoness quickly made her way over, taking larger than normal strides. Kneeling down next to the angel who held the girl in his arms, she took a deep breath and lifted her hands, making small movements which caused water to appear in medium sized bubbles. "Drink this." Kira stated gently as one of the floating orbs made its way to the girl's mouth.
Kaze closed his eyes, lowering his head slightly as his arms crossed over his chest. He remained quiet for a moment, opening his eyes to glance at the surrounding area, checking to make sure no one was close enough to hear them. "Pretty bad." He finally answered, keeping his voice down. "Much of the forest was destroyed as a direct result of the blast or from the fire immediately following. Kira just put the fire out and she and Ramiel are with the night counselor looking over the blast sight."

Thaleia's eyes opened but they were still heavy with fatigue which caused her lids to droop. She peered out at Kira under her lashes suspiciously since she did not know the girl but she accepted the odd floating water. Once she had enough, she gave a small nod and she looked up at Ramiel before craning her head to glance at Sterling. They were all looking at her and the nymph shrank as though she was trying to hide herself, "I had planted my flower in the woods because it was too sunny in the gardens during the day..." She bowed her head and stared at her precious life source, "it was also too crowded," she grumbled. Her cheeks then turned pink when she realized that the male counselor was still holding her and she shifted. She stood a bit shakily but she managed to keep her balance.
Ramiel opened his mouth to offer to bring her to the medics but Sterling beat him to it; "Ramiel, please take this girl to safety and make sure her vitals are glanced over. Kira and I can handle this." His expression was cool and calculating once more now that the girl seemed well enough. He watched as the nymph protested but the angel scooped her up and flew from the scorched forest. The night director began to pace with his hands clasped behind his back, "now, where were we? Yes, we need to discuss the matter of the campers staying or not." He stopped and looked to the water dragon, "what is your opinion?" Though he could easily overrule her, he always cared to hear out his loyal counselors and other members of the staff. If they were back in medieval times, he could easily be a king.

Shifting to lean more on her right leg than her left, the female counselor placed her thumb and index finger on her chin, her head dipped down and her eyes closed. This was a common occurrence when she was deeply thinking. After a few moments, she gave a small nod and locked her gaze with the older dragon. "I think they should stay. From the looks of it, whoever caused this attack was trying to cause more of an uproar than killing anyone. After all, we put out the fire pretty easily and the blast wasn't all that close to the camp. From what I can tell, they could have easily moved in closer and taken out all the students training nearby instead of simply injuring them." Rarely did Kira get in this stage of analytical thinking but all things considering, it was needed more than ever.

Sterling processed her answer carefully before giving a light nod, "we will have a meeting immediately and the elder campers will be placed in charge to make sure everyone remains in their rooms." He murmured as he rubbed his palm against the scruff on his cheek. "Whatever the outcome, we will gather everyone at a fire this evening and announce what has been agreed upon." His eyes gleamed with the anger of a thousand warriors, "until the culprit is founded out and caught, there will be patrols set and the campers will be trained harshly." It may seem more like a punishment to the members of Camp Fable but he couldn't risk anymore injuries.

As she sat silent, listening to the words of the older dragon, her arms fell to her sides, her fists clenching as his eyes displayed his emotions. Ironically enough, the young water dragon was the one to get fired up more easily of the twins. Furrowing her brows and narrowing her eyes, Kira gaze a brisk nod to Sterling, "Right." She made a note to keep her eyes peeled for any suspicious figures around camp and the surrounding forest.
(I still need to give Sol a personality xD He's got everything else though)

(Hey! Alright.. I think we should jump to the meeting with the counselors and directors. I think it'll be interesting if there are some debates among them and I'll probably have Ylva sneak in to watch. What do you think? Also, I really like all of your new characters )

(Alrighty, then! Time for all of the typing...)
Sterling paced with his hands clasped behind his back as the final wave of counselors filed into the fire pit. Due to the urgency, they didn't have time to appoint a better place to meet. At least it'll be easier to gather the rest of the camp here once a verdict is made. The man stilled himself once his day counterpart, Soloman McKnight, entered the premise. He gave him a brisk nod and hid a yawn; the night director was not accustomed to being awake at this hour. "Nice to see you again, Sol, but I do wish it was on better circumstances." His eyes scanned the crowd, searching for any campers that may have slipped into the crowd but there were none to be found. He assumed they must have gotten their fill of excitement for the day and would rather stay in bed; I wish I could do the same. Sterling raised his voice to address the audience, "thank you all for joining us, especially the night counselors since we are not used to being awake at this time." As if on cue, a few of them yawned. "We have much to discuss concerning the destruction of the forest and what to do from this point forward." He glanced at Sol to gauge his reaction from his next statement, "it seems that we have two options; up patrols and continue camp as normal or send everyone home where they can be guaranteed safety."
Ramiel's mouth was pressed into a firm line and he seemed quite pale. He had used a lot of his strength aiding with rescues and tending wounds. He hadn't been able to catch a break since the incident but he couldn't possibly complain. His brows furrowed as Sterling gave them their options and a few voices rose once he finished. Many were concerned if it was safe at Camp Fable and they seemed to be leaning towards sending everyone home. His gaze shifted to his neighbors, a couple of day counselors like himself, muttering about how they didn't even want to come back next summer. The angel rarely spoke up in incidents such as this since he was seen as the relaxed and unbiased figure. He shook his head at his fellow counselors and weakly raised his hand which caught the attention of those around him, "not to dismiss the danger of it all but I think it'd be best to keep everyone here and, ya know, train them so we can better handle situations such as this." More murmuring, a few shouts of indignation somewhere in the group, a thin figure standing among the seated people.
Callie cleared her throat after she had stood. She smiled sweetly at those around her before speaking, resting a hand over her heart, "I, for one, am a pacifist. It'd be safer for the campers to return home rather than learn to fight an unknown force that could harm, even kill, them. I think it'd be better to come back next summer." She glanced around at the faces she has come to know and care for, "I can't bare to see anyone else get hurt. This was only one attack-- whatever it was-- and so many people are already frightened." Tears welled in the elf's eyes and she hiccuped a small sob before sitting down, the female beside her comfortingly rested a hand on her shoulder. Callie buried her face in her hands to avoid looking at anyone for she felt embarrassed for showing weakness in front of so many.

(Just out of curiosity, what's your avatar from?)
The day director gave a nod in return to his night counterpart, offering a tired grin to Sterling. His tiredness was for a completely different reason however. With so many campers in a state of panic and an overall hysteria, Solomon put his power to good use by placing himself in the medical ward where injured, physically and mentally, campers were being cared for. Sol carefully listened to Sterling's statement, bringing his right hand to meet his chin as he dipped his head, considering the options.
Kira had originally seated herself next to her brother Kaze until the differing of opinions began to arise. While she empathized with the female elf with her fears- she was fearfully for good reason of course-, the water dragon couldn't sit silently as the older counselors discussed the fate of the camp. Lifting herself up from her seat, she cast her gaze over the group before taking a deep breath and repeating what she had said earlier to the night director. "By the looks of the damage and where the blast occurred, whoever the attacker was didn't intend to kill. They wanted to cause more of an uproar, possibly to scare us into dismissing this year's camp." She shook her head, clenching her fists as she kept her tone calm and collected, an unusual trait for her and everyone knew it. "This may be the first some of the campers have seen, but due to the fact that thy are supernaturals, it's highly unlikely it will be the last. We're here to train them how to become stronger, not to run away when trouble arises.
"While I agree with you sister," Kaze started, arising as well to stand just a short distance from his sibling, "If there is battle to be fought, we cannot have members that are unable to defend themselves in the line of fire. We cannot take the risk of losing innocent lives in a battle they will not come out of." The older brother's statement was met with a few murmurs of agreement. While others may respect his sister for her ferocity and passion in and out of battle, he was respected for his level head and ability to assess a situation. He heard his sister's quiet growl as she sent him a sideways glare. He shrugged this off however as her attitude being fickle due to the intense situation.

(It's fine ^^ so am I. Honestly, I don't really know. I think it's just work of an artist but I found it through a nightcore video and really wanted to make a character off of the look and the song itself.)
Sterling allowed the counselors to discuss the concerns among themselves before let out a sharp taxi-calling whistle to call their attention. "We share all of your concerns but we cannot sit here all day arguing. We must come to a conclusion that will benefit the camp as well as the well-being of everyone here." He took a deep breath, "Camp Fable has been standing for many decades now but our numbers have dwindled over time. I fear that this may be our last summer together whether the problem is solved or not." He looked to Sol for any additional information he'd like to share.
Ramiel was uncomfortable when Kaze spoke up. He was probably one of the most respected people hear, aside from Sol and Sterling, so many were bound to side with him. He nodded encouragingly to Kira, glad that at least one of the dragons had agreed with his side. From the sound of it, Camp Fable had been struggling behind the scenes and if the kids were sent back home, all of the fees would be refunded. The camp would be entirely bankrupted and unable to survive until next summer. Also, if we admit that we can't handle this, no one would even want to return. His heart ached; this camp had been his home for quite some time. What would happen to the campers that lived here year round? He scanned the group and saw a figure huddled among the masses. It was surprising no one had noticed her since her fiery hair is a dead giveaway. His gaze lingered on Ylva but he decided to let her stay and listen.
Calithildes wiped away her tears and listened to Sterling once everyone had quieted down. She gasped, hearing about the fate of the camp. She still didn't want to stand and fight but she loved working here. There was no way she ever thought this could happen to such a well-defined safe haven in the supernatural community. I guess the camp is a little less crowded this year...
