Uriah held back a smirk as Arabella explained her brother. He wondered just what was going to happen if they found out he had kissed her cheek. "So I guess that rules out me ever visiting your country." Uriah said with a chuckle. "As much as I would like brothers, I don't think I would want any right now. Although wrestling does intrigue me." He said.

"No, you can come, just no human contact I guess. I swear, they act like their my parents. At least they don't make me cook or clean, they do that." Arabella was getting a little pink again, she could feel it. "I guess wrestling must be a guy thing. I prefer swordplay. As you could hopefully tell already." Arabella sat on the chair sideways, to where her legs were over one arm rest and her back was leaning against the other. She wasn't sure if Uriah was okay with her mentioning this but she did so anyway, "They would probably hate you if they heard that you kissed me, so if you do visit, keep your mouth shut." Arabella smiled mischievously, yeah, her brothers would kill Uriah for that. Especially since they had never met him.

"No human contact, seems reasonable." He smirked. So that's what siblings were like then. He wished he could have grown up having one, Arabella obviously loved her brothers. He nodded at her wrestling comment, he hadn't heard of any girl who wrestled. "Definitely." He said in reply to her sword comment. She knew how to use it well, he'd seen it first hand. Uriah' head shot up as she mentioned him kissing her. He gaze moved all over the place as he wasn't sure how to respond. "I'll uh remember that." He managed awkwardly. Was she being flirtatious? He couldn't tell by her smile, but it made his thoughts focus how nice it would be to kiss her on the lips. Uriah blinked, he shouldn't think so freely. They hadn't seen each other in a month.

Arabella smiled boradly, "I'm teasing, calm down." She noticed how his eyes went everywhere in the room, she thought of it as cute though. Arabella put her hair behind her ear again for what felt like the thousandth time, "Remind me to cut my hair soon. It's getting too long already." She stood up from where she was sitting, "If you feel like pulling an all-nighter, I could teach you the alphabet today or we can just stay here tomorrow and do it then." She was okay for anything right now. Her king did have an expected arrival time but it was more of an estimate than an exact date. So she could relax for a little while. "I don't know about you, but I personally wouldn't mind staying another day whether I teach you tonight or tomorrow."

Oh. She was teasing. Uriah stopped himself from sighing in relief. He needed to learn to lighten up a little. Uriah tilted his head as he looked at her. "Alright, but it's not a bad look on you." He offered, wondering if she had ever grown her hair out. Uriah yawned. He was dead beat tired right now actually, he had been hoping to go to sleep a couple hours earlier but the bounty hunter ruined that. "How about tomorrow." He said, stepping away from the wall. "I'm tired and I don't have anywhere to go for the next couple of days." He said, hoping she was okay with the idea. It would keep him out of any run-ins with the law.

"You think so? Well, either way, I'm not allowed to grow it out passed my jaw. It's just one of the rules Eldin set up for the female guards. But I'm kind of glad you want to go to bed now. I'm getting tired too, but I'll probably be up for a few more hours." Arabella stretched her arms a bit, "Go ahead and check to see if there is a bed in that bedroom over there. I haven't really looked around when I first came here." She yawned, but didn't feel tired just yet. Hopefully Uriah found another bed in the other room. If not, she would most likely end up sleeping on that chair in the living room. This would be the first time in a while that she and Uriah had been with each other for the whole night. For the majority of the time they saw each other it was during the day.

"Really?" He said in inquiring about the rule. "That's one I've never heard before." He hoped Arabella wouldn't mind staying up by herself. Uriah went to the room she had directed, relieved to find a bed. It had no sheets and the frame looked rusty but it was better then the ground. He pulled off his shirt and threw it on the bed. He still overheated at night. As long as Arabella didn't come in the room he would be fine. He grabbed his cloak, it would work for a blanket or a pillow. He decided it would be a pillow unless he got cold. He walked to the doorway and poked his head out. His eyes landed on Anabella. "Goodnight Bella." He said softly and returned to the room. He laid face down on the mattress and it groaned under his weight. Uriah closed his eyes, hoping nothing would go wrong during the night.

"Goodnight." Arabella whispered back. After he went back inside the bedroom, she went over to one of the windows on the front wall of the house near her sword. She placed her fingers on the base of the window, it was cool to the touch. Pherhaps fall is coming soon. The woods outside the window seemed intimidating at night. The trees looked dark, and their branches like hands. However, she knew there was nothing out there that could harm them from in here, as whatever was out there had to find them first. Which was no easy task. So long as they didn't light up lamps or the fireplace they should be fine at night. Arabella turned around, to where she leaned against the window and was facing the opposite wall. A sudden thought came to mind, it was crazy and probably something that would never happen but, Arabella imagined what it would be like if she and Uriah were married. Yes, crazy she knew, but still she imagined what their children would look like. Maybe little brunette Uriahs and little blonde Arabellas would be running around. She chuckled softly at the thought. She was out of her mind for thinking up something like that, maybe she should go to bed now. All of her traveling has most likely caught up to her. This time not physically, but mentally. Or maybe it was just that Uriah was here, with her. That was probably it, Arabella shouldn't think about it anymore. It would be best if she just sat outside to enjoy the night. It was safe after all, they may be close to the border but this area is so secluded and the undergrowth is so dense, it would be unconvincable for anyone to reach them. Arabella stepped outside, and sat next to the door after she closed it. The night may have been cool, but she was wearing the regulated long sleeve and pants so she would be okay for now. Heck, she could sleep out here if she wanted, but Arabella knew it would be best to just go inside soon.

Uriah rolled over as he opened his eyes. Something made his arm itch and he looked at it. There was a spider on his arm and giant one at that. Very ungracefully Uriah jumped off the bed, tripping and falling on the floor, his shirt landing on him. He hoped Arabella hadn't heard the thud of his fall and he slipped his shirt on, eyeing the matress.

Sorry, we found a stray dog and I'm trying to look after him so I may he spotty)
Arabella was awoken by a loud thud. She jumped up in surprise but she was confused when she found herself outside. *Oh, I must have fallen asleep out here. Oops* As she entered the house Arabella grabbed her sword and headed over to Uriah's room where she supposedly heard the noise. "What happened?" She asked. If he said he fell out of bed Arabella would have laughed, she couldn't imagine Uriah being clumsy.

(that's fine.)
Uriah looked up at Arabella "Oh, I just fell out of bed." He lied, getting up off the floor. He was not going to say he got scared of a spider. Where had she been all night? He glanced at her sword with a small smirk. She was a warrior.

"You? Fall?" Arabella chuckled, "I didn't think you would be the clumsy type." She put her sword in the hall way, leaning against the door. "Well, I guess I should be speaking for myself. I fell asleep outside." Arabella ran her fingers through her hair and looked back up at him, "Did you want to start learning now? Or did you want to eat first?" She was hungry, she missed lunch and dinner yesterday. As villages were scattered here and there it was hard to stop in the middle of the day and get a meal.

"Well, when I'm tired I can be." Uriah said, giving an embarrassed chuckle. He looked at her. "You look like you did." He teased her lightly. Uriah's stomach was practically empty. The tavern food hadn't lasted long. "How about food first." He suggested, knowing Arabella must be hungry too. Maybe they wouldn't try rabbit traps this time as that didn't end well. "Do we have a stream nearby?" He asked Arabella. Fishing might be an option.

"Gee thanks. But I'm pretty sure there is. Why don't we go look around, we can kill 2 birds with one stone. And maybe we can start our first lesson while we eat." Arabella suggested. They would be very busy today, exploring around the area, studying and cleaning up the place. But it will probably be worth it in the end.

"Maybe." Uriah commented in a cheerful tone. Despite the spider incident, he was in a good mood this morning. He pulled on his boots and walked out the cabin door, scanning for areas that might have a stream. His horse was still tied to a tree. "You want to walk or ride?" He asked Arabella.

Arabella hurried out the door after Uriah, "I think we should just walk. It is a nice and cool day outside after all." She looked up and smiled at him, she noticed for the first time his hair was getting darker. It looked really nice in the sun, "I like yournew hair by the way." She smirked before starting forward into a place in the woods. Hopefully there was a stream or something around here. Arabella was actually really excited to teach Uriah how to read and write. And spending the whole day - possibly a few days - with him was a really nice bonus.

"Really?" Uriah asked, running a hand through it. "I'm not sure whether im going to like it or not. My mother's hair did the same thing. I'll have brown hair in a matter of months." He said as he started towards the woods after Arabella. They walked just close enough that he could hold her hand if he wanted. He bit his lip, it was tempting, but they needed to focus on food. Uriah was ready to learn to read and glad Arabella was teaching him, he might not be able to stand anyone else. He looked around the woods, listening for the sound of running water.

"I think you're really cute either way." Arabella quickly put her hand over her mouth, "I mean you'll...you'll...I'll shut up now." Arabella bit her lip, how embarrassing. She almost can't believe she said that. That was a first for her to say anything like that to Uriah. Well, except for him being the most handsome man she's met while on her journey. But someone's mother could say that about them! This however, is not something your mother would say unless you were a young child. In which Uriah was not.

Uriah smirked at her when she stumbled over her words. "Cute? I prefer handsome." He teased, hoping she wouldn't feel as embarrassed. He was glad Arabella reciprocated most of the feelings that he didn't speak about. He still didn't know how and he was trying to come up with a compliment for her when he heard babbling. He stopped, holding up a finger so that Arabella could stop too. He strained his ears, looking in the direction of the noise.

Arabella looked down at her feet, "Yeah, I'll take note of that." She almost ran into Uriah when he stopped. She looked up at him and saw his signal, and fell silent immediately. Arabella remebered they were still looking for the a stream or river of sorts. The sound of water washing over the banks and rocks signaled that they have arrived at their destination. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Arabella started forward through the undergrowth, until she saw the river. It was a running river, with rocks serving as the banks. Arabella spotted a large rock with a flat top, which would serve as a nice seat while they studied and ate. Arabella got on top of it, with her feet about 6 inches from the water. Hopefully, even though the water was slow moving, Uriah wouldn't get any ideas of pushing her in.

Uriah took off after Arabella as she headed for the stream. The river wasn't far away and she arrived at it before he did. Uriah looked at the stream. It was pretty and there would definitely be fish somewhere around here. He saw Arabella sit don't and smirked to himself. He walked up behind her. "I hope you'll forgive me for this one." He whispered in her ear and grabbed her around her waist, throwing her into the water. He made sure to that she wouldn't land too badly in the shallows, hr didn't want her to get hurt.
