Just words on paper
Art?
Scribbles on a canvas
Nothing special
Nothing magical, nothing emotional
Emotional
It all was so
Or at least is was
Not anymore
Not when your face
Is not in my mind
Art was once
A muse for me
Poetry was once
The language I spoke
Music was once
Always coming from my throat
But not anymore
Its lost its appeal
It use to feel so alive, so real
But now it seems
Dull and dead
Nothing that
Can spark thoughts in my head
Sparks are gone
Its lost its meaning
Music is just music
Writing is just words on paper
Art just scribbles on a canvas
Lost its sound
Lost its rythym
Lost its color
And now all my thoughts
Are running together
And out of my mind
In ways that you can't find
Anything beautiful about it
Like there once was
