here's a piece of ancient forum history, now archived right here until the end of time or until the forum gets eaten by the internet. whichever comes first CRYSTAL'S WORLD is(was) a science fiction webcomic about the royal family of a fictional dystopian nation. Though 17-year-old Amalie Bane has lived in the lap of luxury and ignorant bliss her entire life, she is about to uncover a web of conspiracy, corruption, and darkness that lies just beneath her. cw is an original comic that ran on the warriors forum from 2011 to 2014. it was my debut as a comic artist, and while it doesn't read like the masterpiece i imagined as a kid, it holds a special place in my heart. i redid/updated sections of the comic in 2015, but, for the purposes of archival and sentimentality, i'm posting the original, unedited version the updated version can be found hereBEFORE WE BEGIN: 1. this comic is 300% discontinued. there will not be any new pages 2. the pages are very very small, unfortunately. that's literally the full size 3. i don't want critique on this project! sorry - i wrote this in middle school, and i'm almost out of high school, so i think it's understandable that this doesn't reflect my current abilities i hope everyone enjoys :3 there's another full chapter after this but it's only uploaded to tapastic i.e. i can't save the pictures and repost them READ CHAPTER THREE HEREANYWAAY enjoy :* |

AHHAA THANK YOU i'm so glad people had fun w this comic bcuz ???? honestly i worked so hard on it and it's The Best that people actually remember it
i'm thinking of doing a reboot that's basically a sci fi comedy thing feat. much improved cast lol

@ owl NOT SURE WHAT THTA MEANS BUT IT SEEMS POSITIVE
@ moonwing they're hosted on deviantart so if you have dA blocked by a firewall/etc on your computer they won't show up. i recommend reading the updated version on tapastic if you want the content without the hassle

i have a few sketches lying around that i might upload to my gallery l8r. idk when i'll have time to work on the actual comic but i have FUN IDEAS that are honestly so much more satisfying that bland serious sci fi. ex shadan and amalie are bffs who collect trash and recycle while playing really loud metal music and threatening litterers. environmentalistcore
