Bumblestripe - I don't think he's a very good mate for her. He might be a good friend, but he seems way too clingy for her, and when Dovewing didn't share her feelings, Bumblestripe got all butthurt and the Clan decided to pressure her into becoming his mate. Then, shortly after Dovewing apologized when Rosepetal forced her to, Bumblestripe was angry and said "I'm disappointed you're not the cat I thought you were". Dovewing's done a lot, and are you really just going to put the guilt-trip her? Bumblestripe also gets into her business a lot. He doesn't respect her space, either.
Tigerheart: While they seem to be a good match for each other, he's not allowed because he's ShadowClan. Besides, Tigerheart already betrayed Dovewing by taking advantage of her knowledge about the herbs. Tigerheart may also be the reason why she's immature, too. Either Tigerheart needs to move into ThunderClan, or Dovewing needs to move to ShadowClan. But since both cats are extremely loyal to their families, I doubt that'll happen.
I say Dovewing should be single. They're both not right for her and Dovewing doesn't even love Bumblestripe.
