I'd love it if someone would review my story Seeing the world in black and gold. Here's a link if needed :3

I'd love to. But, I'm about to go on break for two weeks so I wouldn't be the best person to do it. Sapphire did a review for mine. She gave me some good advice that I used. Maybe ask her?

I have been summoned x'D
Seeing the World in Black and Gold is a very intruiguing read. Sunstar is a complex character but always easy to emphasise with, and for the most part the author does an excellent job at rendering his emotions, particularly his relationship with Ghostsight. I really like how the author traces and develops these characters over time. The trajectory and pacing of the story are brilliantly done and make a solid base for its events. What I feel this fic is lacking is the inclusion of more events and backstories from The Name No-one Knows (particularly concerning Ghostsight's powers and decline, as he is such an important character in both fics), as it is confusing to see the characters reacting to events that are not shown, resulting in the fic incomplete. I also feel that Ratpelt's death didn't have enough emotional buildup or fallout on Sunstar's part, leaving it rather flat. In addition, the lack of a summary on the fic's page could confuse or put off potential readers. But all in all, Seeing the World in Black and Gold is a entertaining, gripping fic, which I would recommend to lovers of tragedy and character-driven writing, and certainly anyone who enjoyed The Name No-One Knows.
