Russetheart padded towards the entrance hoping to go hunting. After all the cheering she was thirsty and might get a drink as well.

Amberpaw trotted over to a shaded spot and sat down to cool off for a moment.

"Hello Hawkpaw" Amberpaw mewed happily excited still "isn't it weird how the kits we played with are apprentices with us now?" She chattered and gave a lick to her paw.

"Yeah, but anyways how are you?" She said bored other subject already.

She wanted to act mature so that Boulderstrike wouldn't view her as just some kit, but that was much easier said than done. Get it together Blossompaw, she thought, shaking out her fur. You've got this. Looking at the great oak they'd have to climb to leave camp, she tried to picture what she'd find at the top.
