Curse Chapter 31 - Half way done. Just need three more scenes and then the finishing touches.
The Mountain at the Gate - CotV one-shot about Itzala's father
Giants in the Mist - Another one-shot; possibly for The Forest of Kalmera (my original work)
Ursa Major - Detail out the character Ursa and practice writing her character into the CotV universe
Fate of Fire: Curse - Continue human exploration of CotV

the point of the raffle is to get prizes for taking the time to write, not entering old stuff, anyone could do that. xD

we have until sunday afternoon-ish to get all the tickets into baskets so I can draw for prizes that night
note: only got a few hundred words written but have inspiration to write two more chapters I'm excited for and a short story for the characters outside of SR so yay.
And I might to a little bit for DaN too because it's been hovering in my mind
getting sidetracked tho because I found an adorable manga that I'm trying to read.
"trying" because while the text is, for the most part, in english, the panel notes and sounds are all in japanese and I'm not good x.x

I'm magical don't question it
but no really
tbh none of it is really amazing work, but I'm probably going to have to do some hard rewrites for my one novel anyways since the plot is too complex early on and I don't like how I developed some of the characters. It's freeing, really, to know that this is just a draft and that I can write whatever I feel like because it'll be edited later anyways. So I just write whatever really comes to mind and feels right, which lets me get the actions, important movements and descriptions and most the dialogue hashed out. That's the hard part, the flourishes and making the sentences flow better and changing the words up to make it pretty, that all comes later. This is like a comic paneling or animation animatic. It makes it easier to write knowing it doesn't have to be perfect; that's really what's been holding me up the entire time. I'd stop because I thought the sentences flow poorly. But just with the assurance that it doesn't have to be perfect.
So helpful.
I think I just wrote the same sentence over and over but whatevz

But 90% percent of my time is spent with school and school related stuff so aah Also hey I wrote 386 words waiting for you to answer.

My issue is as always time to sit and write! SO much to write so little time. JaJa os home now and doing great! Her half siblings acceoted her within 24 hours or less and we had no issues. Today was her 1st vet appt and she has a little virus that needs treatment but otherwise she is fine.
