Her twolegs were gone from dawn till sunset and all the cats in the gardens were either too old or believed her too young for their company, they were all prissy anyways.

(Alright, then! I will be keeping DewClan's links up. I do believe all of the other Clans will be shutting down due to lack of members and inactivity.)
Dropletleaf beamed. "Couldn't be better!" She caught his eye and hoped that she wasn't blushing...for some reason Gorsefang tended to make her do that.

Thrushstar gives dusty a long look. "Are you happy with your twolegs?" He asked sensing she wasn't happy. Thrrushstar had a idea but wasn't for sure what to do.

"Mm-hmm." Dropletleaf was trying to act casuaul, but was afraid that her heart would break out of her chest. She was amazed that Gorsefang hadn't heard it by now. Looking at him gently, she tried to savor the moment. "What is it?"

Gorsefang looked down at his paws for a few minutes before looking up at her. "Dropletleaf, I like you a lot. Um I like more than a friend and I have for a long time now."

Dropletleaf felt a blush rise to her cheeks. She leaned forward, resting her head on Gorsefang's shoulder. She looked straight into his eyes before saying, "I like you a lot too." It felt good, and in that moment she had no desire to be anywhere else than with him. His scent wrapped around her; she felt safe. Dropletleaf knew from the moment she'd met him that he was something special.

She begin to follow him not even looking back to her garden. She had no attachment to the place or the two legs inside, nor would she had if she'd stayed. She was a cat and she belonged with cats.
