Kuragehime(It's pretty good. I find it funny in some parts and interesting in others. But I am in the early episodes and still reading vol. 1, so I have a feeling that it will get better as the story is added onto.) Kid, only having had the idea and not able to have read the map that quickly, scrambled after him. He wondered what lay at the end of all this. Was it really that odd butterfly they had seen? And if so, what was it. The junk seemed to...get put in some sort of order as he followed Aizen. It shifted from the odd heaps and piles to normal (if dusty) display cases. They were unshattered and neatly in a row. How had that happened? Hadn't the first set of people explored all of this? Behind each display case was usually some sort of larger display. And beyond that? The piles of junk started again. Kid frowned as he walked, looking from left to right, then up at the tops of the piles just above all this...order. "How is this part still in good repair?" he asked.

Lark broken Kuragehime tinybreezeHanna stood there, holding Oliver's phone, and looked around. The computer was supposed to be around here somewhere, and once it was found this could finally end. Her eyes moved over the junk all around. Far off to her right was a window, a little to her left was a chest of drawers. A few dots on the phone drew her attention to a small box in the corner. She walked over and reached out her hand. Just before she touched the box she hesitated. There was no way so many electronics could fit in such a small box. Instead she turned away and started to dig through and under a pile under a tarp. After a few seconds she smiled, holding up an old, battered, laptop. "This will do." Quickly, she hooked the phone up to it, using two wires. Better to be safe. AIDAN might be watching more closely. Quote watched the shiny animals run away. Ox, rabbit, rat, tiger... Those were zodiac animals, right? The gems they were made of seemed important, too. He'd have to ask about that later. As Hanna fiddled with the laptop, he looked around warily, waiting for AIDAN to retaliate. If the AI hadn't noticed this yet, they certainly would now. |

Yup, it's a fun show~ Things get pretty crazy later on, especially if you continue with the manga to the end.]] Aizen had noticed as well, and watched the phenomenon quietly. "One of the museum's many mysteries," he said with a light chuckle. He watched the display cases, he didn't want to miss it if one had an item of importance inside. So far, none of the items inside the cases looked to be all that valuable or significant. However, he did spy a nice looking pair of daggers in one of the cases along with a few other weapons and, oddly enough, a book. Now why would a book be stored with weapons? Aizen shook the question away, it wasn't worth wasting any time on in his opinion, and paused to take another look at the map as they reached the end of this particular hallway. |

AIDAN was being held back by some unwritten rules of the museum, rules that he didn't understand. Much like the Alexander, it had a rule of 'protect the museum' but when the museum was put in danger by those like Hanna or Conan hitting the walls, he could do nothing to hurt them directly. Nothing that would kill them. Why? But he had had to do something at this point. Hanna was now trying to unwork HIM, so that was a loophole in those rules. Thanks to Oliver's phone, he couldn't cause the computer to explode, but he did send a virus at it, in the hope it would unwork whatever Hanna tried to do. After that, he poured all his attention into the real explosion. Back in the museum, in the area around Hanna's group, several things happened at once. Some things exploded, sending shrapnel everywhere. Somethings ended up over heating really close to Noe and a the bookcase was set alight. "Does he want to burn this place down?!" shouted Hanna, desperately typing things on the computers keypad. Near Quote, something else exploded, sending large spikes of metal flying. It didn't escape Hanna's notice that a lot of damage was happening near the people who could take it, but that didn't stop the light above Windsinger's head from flaring, blinking, then showering glass down below.

He mumbled, disappointing that the museum didn't collapse on itself at the beginning of the explosions. Much to his own surprise there was a piece of shrapnel stuck in his arm and pieces of glass stuck in his horns which was irritating. "Hey Hanna, what's your progress?" He questioned her as he began to brush off shards off himself.

It was then that everything began to fall apart. Literally. Quote had barely enough time to lift his arms up to shield himself from the flying shrapnel. Something lodged in his stomach, but he wasn't sure what it had hit. The robot stumbled back, arms covered in bits of metal. He wasn't damaged beyond repair, but... who else had been caught in all the explosions? "Is... is everyone alright?"

(Sure, if you wouldn't mind 🙂) What happened so far- Most prisoners in the museum started getting introduced to other 'people' on there side of the glass wall. One group who entered the museum found out that the items could be very dangerous when Kid picked up a flute and it started to play on it's own. It played fire, not music. Sable has to tell them how to stop it. Meanwhile, the second group is still around the glass wall and this is when Sable first turns up, face displayed on the glass wall. He shows everyone what Freedom looks like (small black box with intricate designs on its sides). Myrnin and a couple of others start to break said glass wall. Arlo is the one who completely destroys it in the end. Myrnin, the Doctor, and the Master brake off from these groups and go off into the museum. There they are attacked by a statue of a jade tiger. Kid and Aizen, who never left the museum, run into a onyx dragon statue who has the ability to speak and tells them that Sable is dangerous, then flies off. Arlo, Conan, Buck, Eleven, Kagura, Nyx, and July go into the museum trying to locate some of there old weapons. Our newest group, mostly made up of characters who didn't get to hear from Sable, (Hanna, Windsinger, Noe) run into a Diamond Snake, which also has the gift of speech, who warns them about Sable and the museum. Hanna, Windsinger, and Noe then run into Zoro, Quote, and Oliver. What's happening now- We currently have two plots running. Lark's mostly in charge of the Chinese Zodiac one (Jade Tiger, Diamond Snake, Onyx Dragon, and Granite Rooster so far) which we haven't done much with yet. Our second plot goes like this: Hanna and AIDAN (an artificial intelligence unit) both chose to defeat their greatest enemy, unaware that they will have to fight each other. Sable gives control of all the electronics to AIDAN in the hopes that it will start the confrontation between the two. AIDAN, who was already unstable, goes mad(der) and will do anything to keep the different groups from turning off his power. His MO is causing things like phones or computers to explode. Hanna is now trying to get help from five people who now make up her group. On the other side of the museum, the group with Conan and Arlo in it splits up. Conan, Eleven, and Kagura go back into the hallways to help Hanna (who they have never met) and Arlo, Nyx, and Buck continue to look for there lost things. Kid and Aizen are/were trying to talk to AIDAN, and AIDAN tells them that he has full control of electronics (minus robots like Quote, who are prisoners in the museum and electronics infused with magic). Kid and Aizen find a map that starts to lead them to an unknow destination. Conan, Kagura and Eleven cause enough choas in the hallways to get Sable's attention and he leads them to a door that leads them into a room that looks like a hotel room. What happens next is unknown. Hanna ect. mange to find a computer and things start to explode around their group as she tries to hack into AIDAN's system. I think that covers everything that happened. We have a few free character who haven't run into anyone recently, so there is always the option of tracking down one of them. My inspration became limited, so I feel back on explosions. There is a small fire happening though, so that could cause all sorts of magical or electronical repercussions. Lark ~ ( Alright, I'll use Morpheus! ) The fae had split up from the group he had been with as they wandered deeper into the museum, wanting to explore more in depth by himself. Morpheus ignored the explosions, and instead headed for a calling voice. "Who is here?" He asked loudly, his large black wings twitching slightly as he neared closer to the voice. "Are you causing all the trouble?"

The hallway was dark with gloom, so it wasn't until they had reached the end that he noticed the glint of light of metal. He turned to look at the case that Aizen had seen and jumped forward in surprise. "That mine!" he said. His hand hit the glass, indicating his card gun behind the glass. Looking around, he tried to see if he could find some way to get at it. In another nearby display case was something else that he recognized and the thief froze. "No. Not good at all. He's here too?" He fumbled a little, still thinking of how he could open the case. "Can you hold on a minute, Aizen?" |

He dug his hands in his pockets and sighed, the memories replaying in his mind. "I watched my 'trusted' commander commit the utmost form of betrayal against the kingdom, woke up here just after seeing the enemy drop down a demon the size of a skyscraper. I'll spare you the rest of the details, but let me just say the state of that city makes this place seem like heaven," he explained, adding a wry laugh at the end. ~~~ Mint, tinybreeze, broken, Rowlet: Zoro sent an irritated glare at the rat. The fact that it was a talking rat didn't really bother him - he came from a world that used telepathic snails as telephones. It was mainly the tone the rat used that caused the annoyance. A retort came to mind but he kept it to himself, this time staying satisfied with just showing how he felt on his face. |

Thanks Mint!)) Kuragehime @bolderpelt "Oh wow... I hope things get better for both of you," said Arlo as she stepped away from a case she'd been looking into. Unfortunately, she found nothing that looked very helpful. "I'd been staying in an abandoned house with some friends for a couple of days... I went out in the city for something and I thought I saw someone I knew... I don't really remember what happened after that though." Her story didn't sound very interesting, but she didn't really feel like going into detail unless she needed to. |
